Sadly another case similar to the Spain case concerning Stafford Social Services,both mothers driven to the point of no return. I would say the professionals have induced more than enough trauma. I wonder if covert studies are going on to see if people snap .

I think it is high time the professionals had an online meeting to discuss the subject of ex-clients passing first hand experience of being abused in assessments for court. I want you to know how dangerous this sharing of files and paperwork is going to be in the future when put it the wrong hands. I also acknowledge my part and take full responsibility  in this file sharing ,I am very anxious as you should be anxious to find that the best people to manipulate these reports and assessments are going to be child abusers .

We have found this group of people work the hardest of all to find out more online from other parents about what goes on when they send you to see psychs for court. So once you accept that now working in this industry has become increasingly  dangerous to all concerned you will have to also  take on board the fact that there is no way forward but to share this information with everyone online and that includes you too.

I would not want to be an expert witness facing the next clued up client if they are the real thing . Left with no choice now as this information is for all that have the mental capacity to pick up on just how many bogus individuals are out there acting in the role of practitioners.

Let’s have a look at the previous posts concerning buying text books for assessing personality testing and who is qualified to do this for court. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, however now you are here why not take down theses questions for your solicitor and expert witness before you commit to taking a series of carefully selected tests (all set up to make you look like you have or may have a personality disorder not that you are mentally ill or anything .)

This has to be the next best thing the professionals need to secure for court to make it look like you are going to be a significant risk of harming your child for the purposes of swaying the judge. They pay a significant amount of money to the expert to do the report that they want them to write. If you are anything like me you will pick up on the paperwork very early on even though there will be nothing that you can do about this at the time.

Questions for your solicitor to ask the expert witness.

You  want a copy of the psychometric tests that I am going to have to take and the information to say these tests are either accepted here in the UK they are not out of date.

You want a witness to sit in with me like you , I want the transcripts of the meetings.

You want copies of the professionals meetings on time and all of them.

You want to see the bills for what each person expert is getting paid .

You want copies of all the paperwork for court not just some of it.

Most of all you want the final hearing transcripts of what gets said in Kangeroo court.

Now I am wondering if Mr Social Worker/Psychiatric nurse here is reading this? What part of an untrained social worker / a family aid worker is qualified to assess a parent for court?

I kept a diary of when I was given information concerning my sons welfare and medical treatment. I am wondering what kind of training she has had to assess me for court . The GMC are now reading nearly 6 years down the line paperwork cross referenced to support she has not given a true or accurate account of events.

Now then the next question I have is :what is the Family aid worker’s mental capacity functioning like , and how did she find employment in social care?

Did you also know this : the GMC can make a doctor take a mental health test ? Sadly for us it is too late , however it is not too late for you to question what is going to happen to you going through this corrupt system that is nothing but  a running gravy train for experts & solicitors.

Social workers rant about out of date interview process. What about the out of date MMP1-2 Graham Flatman done on me ? Never mind can’t get a job in social care, we can not get our children back after out of date reports for over £5,000 are being sought and paid for.

The reason for the prevelance of points based systems in recruiting is mostly due to having to demonstrate fairness in the process. Its very easy for unsuccessful applicants to challenge employers on the grounds of discrimination and the employer has to be able to show a consistent system was used. Therfore the points based system of ‘magic answers’ takes prevelance and then if there is more than one approprately scored candidate things like experience and personal qualities are then taken into consideration.

Thats how I believe it to work anyway, I’m not personally involved in recruitment.

Not to worry your not the only people to have your  say about the closed courts , the doors are literally being blown off the courts  hinges in one way or another via a splattering of paperwork going viral online which can’t be all bad. Message to legals is :You will be alright if you can find a new career where you have to do an honest days work,there is now a serious threat to professionals who think they can hoodwink clients to play the legal game to lose their children.

The confidential legal game is well and truly declared   over, as parents will not work with you . Parents have gone past caring now  as there is clearly no chance of justice, then expect to be exposed in one way or the other.

I am now wondering why the HPC and the BPS do not  do a proper assessment of these so called experts for court. The times to do the test the conditions of people who are threatened to undertake these tests for court proceedings for child custody or child protection issues.

This MMP1-2 test says it is for mental health problems. The GMC have accepted a report from Addenbrookes in house psychiatrist said they found no mental health problems I was stressed at finding out my son had leukeamia. I have the documents to prove this.

Graham Flatman carried out a number of tests and it took 5 hours not  the time quoted here.  These kits are very cheap to buy and he charged almost £6,000 .If asked how he got his results the HPC and the BPS should ask him what text books he used and why he chose these text books to work from. Please note that the results were alarming with only 54% on 1 test and 75% for others take a good look around at the percentage of proof of the validity of these reports.

party for disclosure of all the paperwork was put in to Cresta House Court  Alma Street Luton on 19th November 2009 , so far there has been nothing released yet from the courts to the GMC I have rang up several times and put in my earlier statements the past problems with request for copies of the files .

The reason for the application  for disclosure was for the purpose of compliant against the other 2 experts. Dr Wilkins & Dr Claire Sturge.

All of the parties were asked for their permission for release of the court documents, even the father agreed to the bundles.

I noted that  the experts were quoted at the time, as neither agreeing,to the bundles  or disagreeing the bundles.

The only named parties who did not give consent to this paperwork coming out which was requested of to all the named parties for court  by the GMC was you guessed it, the doctors consent.

Howwever in order for the GMC to properly investigate the complaint,and in order to assess whether the complaint and in order to assess whether the complaints can satisfy the realistic prospect test as to finding of impaired fitness to practise, the GMC requires sight of all of those documents listed in Exhibit CB/1Please note the HPC have disregarded or passed the buck to the GMC and said when they have completed the investigation  and the final bullet point is that there has been a fundamental defect in the previous proceedings. Then I can put in another complaint.

I was told by Sonja  Okaruwu to just to send the report in , the case manager did not want to be copied in on all the evidence being sent over to the GMC , simply because they are doctors , and Graham Flatman is not a doctor he is a Psychologist operating out of a POBOX Number in Kent and he does not like this address being given out to clients but he advertises for business online so that everyone can find him.

The HPC have just rejected my complaint about Graham Flatman:saying that I had already complained to the BPS  British Psychological Society and they  previously rejected the complaint and would only re- open it on

new and compelling evidence or newly discovered facts come to light

It seems a complete waste of time and money to even bother going through the complaints procedure  about these experts. I think what the complaints department and the mulit- agencies are over looking is this fact . Regardless of the confidentiality there are more parents who are going to have the same complaint and experience the same psychiatric abuse .If we look at this recent findings and we take the information and we share this with families who are going through the system and show them the reports and how this psychologist used a 30 years out of date test on me then I am sure that the general public will make up their own minds .

I think the HPC & the BPS need to know that this will bring about new and compelling evidence that corruption is going to be so much harder to bring to the courts in the future.
