Hello From Lyndamac
At long last I have found my way in after many problems with the pass word,welcome to my office .This office is about to close soon as I have been hard at it on other sites today. I just simply had to christen this page tonight before I go to bed tonight.
I must confess I am getting addicted to the blogging epidemic culture that has recently swept my way ,with invites from friends. I am on facebook myspace and You tube. I hope you enjoy reading my blog ,next I think I will try podcasting want to join me ?

I have lost my toddler to his abuser father who hates women.We have to get together and stand up for our children!

Maria, I am so sorry to hear this ,however we need to be clear and stick to the facts. I say the same however some fathers get set up too . This is part of all of the miscarriage of justice . Have you done research with Women’s Aid ? contact them please as a favour to me . They are collating the evidence .Listen to the advice and work with us to get our children back . How bad was the violence? I ask this due to research sexual abuse factors go up depending on the level of violence.Keep your head & your paperwork in order.

What the hell was going on? A Consultant should not be taking out an EPO.
Sounds like we had yet another egotistic consuultant who was “offended”.

Richard,the consultant soon changed his mind when he seen the result of taking out an EPO , he sent a letter in January 2005 9 days before the final hearing. This letter never was disclosed until 2006 when I found it in the child’s medical bundles. Judge Pearce in Luton Family Division Cresta House said to my counsel it was too old.
The letter stated he did not agree with cutting me out of hospital appointments……
I should think now he has major regrets about this decision originally made in haste,and based on very little information.

Cheryl, I would be glad to talk , however I can do so much more for you than talk I can link you up with a professional who is very interested in meeting us mothers who are having out children put at risk because of experts wanting to create trauma in children an come back and do the research on them. This is not in the child’s best interests it is in Claire Sturges interests.I use the Clayton ruling to show her handy work all her own words . With an addendum of a CRB check which is not mine but 4 pages long…….. this person being the best option for the child. Say no more!!!!!!

It works both ways I am inviting fathers men are welcome to come to the meetings too. We have to all be mindful not to cut out 1 parent for the other. I am not all for mothers, both parents suffer equally if they do not get any contact or threatened to reverse the contact due to a crime not being dealt with in an appropriate way the law should deal with it in the criminal courts.Both sides are being alienated,so let me get this straight men suffer too. I am fighting to get my son back, who was taken 6 mths ago when an interim residance order was given to his father. He is an abusive, violant, bully who now is doing everything to stop me seeing my son

Sue, I could not believe it when it happened to me in 2005 now I talk with lots of motherless children globally who all say the same. The courts have swung far to much the other way for perverse reversal of custody . I for 1 do not like the fact finding hearing stage it is so corrupt and flawed this system sucks ! The way the assess domestic violence is a farce.

I got kicked from this blog: the familylax that runs the blog is a bit touchy about gay adoption methinks. How dare anyone oppose the elevation of gay adoption over heterosexual birth parents doing a perfectly good job of raising their children? So a child girl or boy brainwashed into being told their mother doesn’t want them having been ripped from a loving home by the state is not being abused when she is placed with 2 gay men instead? Familylax couldn’t explain herself so she kicked me out. That’s how my name is lived up to.
Her heart bleeds for those parents who are still under the illusion that cafcass will help them as they bleat about ‘delays because of workloads’ fallacy, but she had no time for parental experiences further along the line when a parent finds our the whole family law network is rigged with cafcass as the fat controller.
She did me a favour because attempting to read her obsessionblog with the sound of her own self-importance made me lose the will to live.

Join the club , Carespace for social workers left my profile photo on there we got told move over to the section over there it is for non professionals. I was barred from wikivorce which is run by a Ian Ruskin he said do as you are told no more blogging about mothers losing children in court . Why should I keep quiet about this subject it is ok for the Timesonline to print, or for the journalist to want to use my contacts for more stories about women losing custody of their children for theories which experts use without any research to prove any of it exists.
This is about social engineering and keeping people dumbed down about what really happens to you in closed court.
With the use of technology there will be people who will gladly listen and look at your paperwork evidence of corruption.
Please check out an exampleof what to do: The adoption UK site I visit there recently as they upset a friend of mine by deleting his comments copy & paste,the have your say and drop it on Facebook for a discussion there. The concept of freedom of speech also the blogging world has escaped the people in control ……….

My children were snatched in Dec 2009 and handed to their Dads temporarily, now the court has ordered they stay with their fathers for their entire childhood. Both children were saying they wished to return to me but their views were not taken into account at all, only the lies from social services were used when the judge made his decision at the final hearing, where do i turn now? i can’t trust anyone

I was not happy with putting my child’s name into a hat and then the computer pulling a name out if he got the medication or not. Then the treatment has side affects too and the children have ongoing side affects years later. They are only now saying this when they knew the results 5 years ago . They extended the trial till 2012 it was running till 2010.
