This Weeks Reject Is The HPC Complaint.
This weeks reject for the bin is from the HPC . The HPC have now rejected my complaint about the expert Graham Flatman Psychologist .

party for disclosure of all the paperwork was put in to Cresta House Court Alma Street Luton on 19th November 2009 , so far there has been nothing released yet from the courts to the GMC I have rang up several times and put in my earlier statements the past problems with request for copies of the files .
The reason for the application for disclosure was for the purpose of compliant against the other 2 experts. Dr Wilkins & Dr Claire Sturge.
All of the parties were asked for their permission for release of the court documents, even the father agreed to the bundles.
I noted that the experts were quoted at the time, as neither agreeing,to the bundles or disagreeing the bundles.
The only named parties who did not give consent to this paperwork coming out which was requested of to all the named parties for court by the GMC was you guessed it, the doctors consent.
Howwever in order for the GMC to properly investigate the complaint,and in order to assess whether the complaint and in order to assess whether the complaints can satisfy the realistic prospect test as to finding of impaired 
fitness to practise, the GMC requires sight of all of those documents l
isted in Exhibit CB/1
Please note the HPC have disregarded or passed the buck to the GMC and said when they have completed the investigation and the final bullet point is that there has been a fundamental defect in the previous proceedings. Then I can put in another complaint.

I was told by Sonja Okaruwu to just to send the report in , the case manager did not want to be copied in on all the evidence being sent over to the GMC , simply because they are doctors , and Graham Flatman is not a doctor he is a Psychologist operating out of a POBOX Number in Kent and he does not like this address being given out to clients but he advertises for business online so that everyone can find him.

Jerry Lonsdale said: With regards to the tests these “experts” carry out are done so under strick licenses from the US, not even an assistant of a psychologist should carry ot the test, the licenses run on a scale system dependent on the type of test they are carrying out and the psychologist must be licensed to the relevent scale too.
Its a criminal offence for anyone unlicensed to carry out the tests.

Linda, what we need to also find out is if the guy does the assessments himself or lets others do them, Pearson Assessment can and will investigate as well as he’s bring them into the equation for the courts. 6 cases a month is 3 too many, all paid for by the GOV. he obviously don’t assess correctly but copy and paste stuff from the few doc he …

Madeline, Diane Hammersley is a psychologist trainer, this means she is licensed in all fields, and trains the other psychologist through the BritishPsychological Society, she even trains the muppets on how to handle courts.
Jennifer Todd is not registerd, have you got her full name and correct spelling

There is an accredited list of experts and I have got evidence they were waiting for Linda Jeffes and she was busy and they got Graham Flatman and wrote I trust you will not need his CV !!! if this does not tell you something about him. This guy is on more money than David Cameron .Wow imagine sitting in a room with 1 of the top earners in the UK lol

Jerry, I found evidence that fathers should not do this test as they score high in custody battles as the stress levels are running so high. They actually named some father online

Just to let you see that other people are searching and looking for answers who these experts . The fact is , if 3 – 4 experts are being paid nearly £5,000 – £12,000 a report and the best that they can come up with is the parent a may have a personality disorder then this is a scam that needs to be investigated in the general publics interest . Prior to all of these cases most families would never have been made a referral or had any significant history of any of these problems these highly paid henchmen the local authority hire saw they have now.
Then we should look at how much the government are paying out of local and central government to supervise contact during the forced adoption cases and the cases of perverse reversal of custody of a child to an abusive parent.

Linda is there a way I can post a document on here, its all about the standards and licenses along with the qualifications Pearson require before allowing them to use the tests, oh yeah the form is an application to \buy\ tests from them
