You are currently holding Cheryl Stannard, who is a loving mother, for taking her daughter out of the country in order to protect her from her father who is an alleged paedophile and who has allegedly had other people on the Isle of Wight sexually abuse her.  Arresting her, the mother, is not the answer - she is the victim.  We need a full and open investigation into this poor woman’s allegations – what has happened to her and her family is happening with other cases all over the country.  Paedophilia is going on, even at the highest levels of society, and the allegations made by researchers like David Icke and Brian Gerrish MUST be fully investigated by decent and honorable people like yourselves, though it must be said that a very small percentage of the police, according to detailed and verifiable research, are compromised by such criminality and are actually protecting paedophile rings within local communities.
Please release Cherly and support her to get justice.

    It all looks fine, until I read the reference to David Icke.

    And this is what kills campaigns; as soon as Icke is mentioned, we are in the wonderful world of the ‘Illuminati’, 12-foot alien lizards, multi-generational satanic abuse and Mind Control.

    Fine if you are a committed believer in such things, but the sometimes bonkers conspiracy theories of social workers pale into insignificance compared to what the Icke Brigade come up with routinely.

    Fine, reference him, but expect to lose some credibility from some readers along the way.

    Regrettably, being quiet is an activity that some folk in the social care sector would prefer a lot of other people to do – I suspect they would prefer Linda Mac to be quiet.

    So, Pip, either you are a troll, or you took offense at my comments about the Lizard Conspiracy obsessions. Of course you may hold those beliefs yourself, but perhaps you would illuminate me and maybe others as to why I should be quiet?

    hi, i do not know whether anyone else has contacted “The Isle Of Wight Chronicle” LINK- http://iwchronicle.co.uk/index.php/contact-us includes phone numbers, but if others do, being a paper just over the water from that wrag in portsmouth that the hack gareth bethell works for, that tried to discredit Cheryl Stannard. The isle of wight chronicle might just do a proper job in reporting what happened and what happens at the next hearing on the 17th sept. If you don’t ask you don’t get. All the best
