UK Courts are the Same as Australian Courts.
The UK Courts also recommend that courts send children to live with violent parents.
So many women are walking away in sheer desperation and can not bear to watch as eminent experts like Dr Claire Sturge recommend that the children go and live with a violent parent .
Dale Wood Cafcass officer and Legal Guardian for my son said :”tell your child it is ok to go live with dad”.
