Meet Julie Tadd She Likes To Lie 4 A Living!
Do You ever ask yourself WHY you TRUSTED and signed the working agreement document with Social Services?
I trusted the Social Services ,solicitors and courts to be honest . So I completely opened the door to my home and worked with the social workers in good faith,that was in April 2004 – February 2005 the early days, simply because that was the kind of person I was , that person has I am glad to say died a shocking death in 2006 and paid a hefty price for making this mistake.
Since then I have moved on to 2009 and I said I will not work with Social Services or courts even if that means I will get back my child,and this said I will not take this back that is how strong I feel ,and who can blame me for taking a much more cynical attitude , also a hardline approach is very much needed when working with these professionals. I would doubt a solicitor or a social worker would dare try it on with me again .
So by the time they finished stitching me up in a closed court , the working relationship if that was the title you could give to it was anything but that, working with us was a very difficult experience quoted Dale Wood Cafcass legal guardian to my son.
It would be unfair, to say that I had a good working arrangement with this social worker for a lot of reasons, the biggest reason was she personalized the case from the start, and she also had a very deformed and twisted mind. I found her child like , and very petty and very scruffy to be seen out with in the community I hated the stares people would look at her trailing around 3 paces behind us ……….
She would ideally want to be in my house early in the morning , saying “I am outside your door”, tough I am on the bus in 3 roads up from where you are parked up or watching her do her 15 minutes work out in the same gym I was going to . I refused to speak to her in the end , hung up on her ,would not go in a room with her at Unity House the more you talked the more they lied about what you said, she even tried to get an injunction out against me saying hello to her in the changing rooms of the gym. She never succeeded ,as the judge said it would scare my son to know I was in prison.
She told Judge Mac Gregor she was scared of me ,and wanted an injunction, she had good reason to be scared she knew I was on to her and she was a liar. Julie Tadd knew her game was up ,as much as she tried to wind up me or my eldest son we laughed at her for it. At the final hearing she waited for the drama of screaming match to start and again she never got it ,so when she and her side kick Sharon Andrews expected me to fall to bits, or collapse I retreated and went on holiday ,if the professionals went on holiday I went on holiday . I did say in court to her I could kiss you ,you know ,as I thank her for doing everything you have done. I now have a much better life than you…. .Her face was a picture when I said this , this process is all about destroying a persons world . I will never forget her face when I said this to her, she let it slip the face was gutted, she turns around in Debenham’s to get a good look at me when she sees me in town. I let her as she can look take a good look at all the hours wasted and thousands of taxpayers money on the mother who never went down for nothing at all.
The working agreement was never signed again , the expert was never trusted either , if she asked to see me again which she did after the final hearing was over , I took my solicitor with me.I learned to suss people out in my environment very quickly,also what they wanted from me or wanted me to do next . I questioned the cost of it all and how much it was bankrupting me to continue with working with the courts for so long .
If I was to survive the court experience I needed to function on the same level as them without emotion I soon got sick of being played my friend said they are so predictable.
It has sadly left me with no respect for professionals ,and I will never completely trust anyone again after this ,and who can blame me for this I have been abused by all and sundry .I would also have to say that this, the whole CLOSED court experience has hardened me up,much more than I ever expected I would dare to admit too. I got asked a few weeks ago by a doctor if I was a social worker and I can talk like I have no child without the emotion . So think again if you are heading to the Family courts trust no one. As these respectable professionals can and will use you,simply just because they can get away with it in a secret court.
I was probably no different than the next person to trust a professional . The general public put their trust in the multi-agency groups and expect them to be honest,and do their job.
It was our experience that they were anything but honest or even cared about the children in their line of duty.
The foster carer was not much different it was for her all about the money. I got the odd homemade card or present a few sweets that are in a box with so many kisses and I love you Mum on the paperwork just does not add up. The foster carer said that my son never asked about me or asked when he would see me next.Then again it is very good money for a special needs child some say £500 a week all in plus petrol so you work out if it pays to tell the truth especially if you have a child who is sick and can not fight back .
What must the children think about their parents , little do they know they have had contact stopped for no reason whilst they settle 3 months nothing not a phone call, or your Easter egg is sitting on the social workers desk for 3 months until it had gone green moldy.
Or how they stop the mothers contact and force a child to go see dad whether they have expressly wished not to go does not matter.The expert witness says she has specific wishes how this must be done.
Someone said to me it is amazing how long they will keep this up covering up the lies the perjury an most of all protecting the professionals who write this stuff for court.
If somebody else is reading this did you have this social worker Julie Tadd? and did you get nowhere with your complaints . Please can somebody tell me if they know if she also came out of the systems care pool ? Was she put in care as a child? This could explain a lot and why she was off work for 1 year after taking a beautiful child out of the care pool.
I did ask Kelvin Hopkins can he find out how many social workers in Luton take away children and go on maternity leave for 1 year ? I also want to know do they put the children back in the pool and start again when they have to go missing for a long time when they are the centre of a dodgy case like ours was .

Well said sadly they are all liars and working agreements mean nothing when they got involved with me i had a written agreement a4 long they had put so much down obviously hoping to set me up to fail.I did everything on the agreement even referring myself to appropriate agencies womens aid, sexual abuse counselling etc before they even had their next meeting i did everything asked of me and more but nothing was ever good enough.I will not speak to social workers over the phone as they record something complaetely different to what was said. I have 3 years of complaints that have not been handled i cannot afford the ink to print them all off my computer they amount to hundreds. This was used against me in court the social worker was of the view i was on the verge of a mental breakdown because of all the emails i sent needless to say the judge went along with this despite psychiatrists saying differently.I now have the ico and gmc dealing with my case after a wait and constant emails for 2 to 3 years. Hardly a case of mental illness is it that a mother can be so persistant without keeling over through stress.

Jane, precisely no days of no loony bin , no days off sick even when I had major surgery I was back in court 6 weeks later.I hope the GMC is not as corrupt as the in house complaints system is with LSC and Local Authorities. They write down the phone calls .I would like to thank Alison Dowsett for writing down the things I said about the father, I predicted the problems they have diligently tried to cover up since 2005. They got what they deserved in Addenbrookes there is such a thing as KARMA !

Well said to Linda, From my involvment with ss I av met many people like Youself who to me I admire, I know that maybe admire is not the word u want tohear, It is so sad that still ss seem more intent on following suit with their cover ups, & trying to make the parent/s the bad ones. I turned to ss yet they failed to intervene. Then when they did intervene 2 years to late, They did nothing, i followed care plans etc, yet the extra help and support I found came from my childrens headmistress not ss , they were just happy to note any negatives and Lies , like u I was very open , I do sumtime think maybe to open, I wil admit I did have a breakdown which finally ss av been held accountable for. I am consumed with hate for them , that is something I’m dealing with, but they make u that way , I strongly believe we reap what we sow , good o bad, Karma ,

Bethan, again another brave mother telling it like it is. The positives are we made it , a lot of parents would not make it and after being put through this system there is no going back and putting it all back together again the sad thing is people are broken literally down so they never manage to get back up again.On FB today a person said they turned to drink . Forgive me now for stating a fact ,well so did Sally Clarks husband , he even had a CPN sent out to the house to him, I noticed that the mistakes & risks for the father who was never to blame for cot deaths was never considered important yet so many other parents can not get their children back with exactly the same problem even though SS have inflicted these problems that were never there in the first place.
I have to say most of the parents on FB are at different stages of coping with depression & anger. I no longer feel anything anymore. I actually feel sorry for people like this social worker she done her best and at best she was and still is a retard.

I am appalled what is going on in these child care court cases ,i thought it was all about children’s feelings,most of these children or having all there human right taken away from them regardless how these children feel about there parents .The social services are putting in reports which or going unchallenged in these child care court cases .The Social Service are paying specialist witnesses,to make reports about the parents,and 99% off the time go in favour of the social services ,which it stands to reason ,the social services are paying these people large sums of money,so only common sense tell you that,they are going to side with social services.How can you say this is fair on children ,it`s shocking what is going on,What reason should a child be cut of from all there birth relatives,if thy or adopted,it is selfish and horrible,most children love most of there birth relatives,and to just cut them off,it must be so traumatic far children .How in gods name can this Governments MPs sit in there office and allow this practise to go on,we are living in 2010 now not 1956.Allot of these children or being put into care far some of the silliest reasons going.In most of these child care court cases parents or not allowed to call there own specialist witness .These poor children most go through hell ,thinking that all there relatives do not love them anymore,and do not want then,its mental abuse to children on a grand scale,i just can`t believe that this Government or allowing this practise to carry on .There are thousands of children in ,like Romania ,Africa ,that have no parents ,that really need to be adopted,or black babies not good enuff far white people of this country? How would you feel if your children were taken off you and you could not see them again far the next 12 years ,and your children could not see your mum or dad etc, It must be so damaging far children ,to grow up feeling that there birth families do not love them or want them .How in gods name this Government allow far a child to have all there human rights taken away from them,to be cut off from all there birth family members and on top off that place with strangers .This Government and so many people ,social workers,judges,etc are causing so much hurt and pain to these children,how can this Government,say it`s in the best interest of children ,i shall never know .No social worker should be allowed to to put in a report to the courts just on her account,families should be allowed independent witnesses in these court cases like doctors,family members should be allowed to see a specialist through there own GP,not have the Social services appoint one .This Government are breaking all the children’s human rights laws .This Government should drop all this incentives of giving money to councils far adoption numbers ,this money gives people the incentive to take children into care ,etc, More money should be spent on employing more social workers,this Government should be encouraging people to adopted some of these children that need adopting from Africa ,etc, Half of these children that or in the care system should have never been put into care in the first place .Its is scandalous what this Government or allowing the social services to get away with.These poor children . People of this country are finding out what is going on .there is no is no reason to keep these child court care cases behind closed doors,the children in the cases do not have to be named,so there is no reason anymore to carry on this practice ,at the moment it is up to the Judge who goes into there court rooms,these courts should be open,just like any other law court. Its disgusting what is going on ,what this Government ,and so many MPs or letting happen to these children .There is no reason far this barbaric practise to carry on any more .Gives these children there human rights,and also there right to see there birth relatives .STOP THIS MENTAL ABUSE OF THESE CHILDREN TAKEING PLACE,AND MAKE THESE SOCIAL WORKERS ACCOUNTABLE FAR THERE ACTIONS, .
