Do You ever ask yourself WHY  you  TRUSTED  and signed the working agreement document with Social Services?

I trusted the Social Services ,solicitors and courts to be honest . So I completely opened the door to my home and worked with the social workers in good faith,that was in April 2004 – February 2005   the early days, simply because that was the kind of person I was , that person has  I am glad to say died a shocking death in 2006 and paid a hefty price for making this mistake.

Since then I have moved on to 2009 and I said I will not work with Social Services or courts even if that means I will get back my child,and this said I will not take this back that is how strong I feel ,and who can blame me for  taking  a much more  cynical  attitude , also  a hardline approach is very much needed when working with these  professionals. I would doubt a solicitor  or a social worker would dare try it on with me again .

So by the time they finished stitching me up in a closed court , the working relationship if that was the title you could give to it  was anything but that, working with us  was a very difficult experience quoted Dale Wood Cafcass legal guardian to my son.

It would be unfair, to say that I had a good working arrangement with this social worker for a lot of reasons, the biggest reason was she personalized the case from the start, and she also had a very deformed and twisted mind. I found her child like , and very petty and very scruffy to be seen out with in the community I hated the stares people would look at her  trailing around 3 paces behind us  ……….

She would  ideally want to be in my house early in the morning , saying “I am outside your door”, tough I am on the bus in 3 roads up from where you are parked up or watching her do her 15 minutes work out in the  same gym I was going to . I refused to speak to her in the end , hung up on her ,would not go in a room with her at Unity House the more you talked the more they lied about what you said, she even tried to get an injunction out against me saying hello to her in the changing rooms of the gym. She never succeeded ,as the judge said it would scare my son to know I was in prison.

She told Judge Mac Gregor she was scared of me ,and wanted an injunction, she had good reason to be scared she knew I was on to her and she was a liar. Julie Tadd knew her game was up ,as much as she tried to wind up me or my eldest son we laughed at her  for it. At the final hearing she waited for the drama of screaming match to start and again she never got it ,so  when she and her side kick Sharon Andrews expected me to fall to bits, or collapse I retreated and went on holiday ,if the professionals went on holiday I went on holiday . I did say in court to her I could kiss you ,you know ,as I thank her  for doing everything you have done. I now have a much better life than you…. .Her face was a picture when I said this , this process is all about destroying a persons world . I will never forget her face when I said this to her, she let it slip the face was gutted, she turns around in Debenham’s to get a good look at me when she sees me in town. I let her as she can look take a good look at all the hours wasted and thousands of taxpayers money on the mother who never went down for nothing at all.

The working agreement was never signed again , the expert was never trusted either , if she asked to see me again which she did after the final hearing was over , I took my  solicitor with me.I learned to suss people  out in my environment very quickly,also what they wanted from me or wanted me to do next . I questioned the cost of it all and how much it was bankrupting me to continue with working with the courts for so long .

If I was to survive the court experience I needed to function on the same level as them without emotion I soon got sick of being played my friend said they are so predictable.

It has sadly left me with no respect for professionals ,and I  will never completely   trust anyone again after this ,and who can blame me for this I have been abused by all and sundry .I would also have to say that this,  the whole CLOSED  court experience  has hardened me up,much more than I ever expected I would dare to admit too. I got asked a few weeks ago by a doctor if I was a social worker and I can talk like I have no child  without the emotion . So think again if you are heading to the Family courts trust no one. As these respectable professionals  can and will  use you,simply  just because they can get away with it in a secret court.

I was probably no different than the next person to trust a professional . The general public put their  trust in the multi-agency groups and expect them to be honest,and do their job.

It was our experience that they were anything but honest or even cared about the children in their line of duty.

The foster carer was not much different it was for her all about the money. I got the odd homemade card or present a few sweets that are in a box with so many kisses and I love you Mum on the paperwork just does not add up. The foster carer said that my son never asked about me or asked when he would see me next.Then again it is very good money for a special needs child some say £500 a week all in plus petrol so you work out if it pays to tell the truth especially if you have a child who is sick and can not fight back .

What must the children think about their parents , little do they know they have had contact stopped for no reason whilst they settle 3 months nothing not a phone call, or your Easter egg is sitting on the social workers desk for 3 months until it had gone green moldy.

Or how they stop the mothers contact and force a child to go see dad whether  they have expressly wished not to go does not matter.The expert witness says she has specific wishes how this must be done.

Someone said to me it is amazing how long they will keep this up covering up the lies the perjury an most of all protecting the professionals who write this stuff for court.

If somebody else is reading this did you have this social worker Julie Tadd? and did you get nowhere with your complaints . Please can somebody tell me if they know if she also came out of the systems care pool ? Was she put in care as a child? This could explain a lot and why she was off work for 1 year after taking a beautiful child out of the care pool.

I did ask Kelvin Hopkins can he find out how many social workers in Luton take away children and go on maternity leave for 1 year ? I also want to know do they put the children back in the pool and start again when they have to go missing for a long time when they are the centre of a dodgy case like ours was .

Please can you think about doing something regardless of court cases .Think hard about stem cell donation or bone marrow  and also think about  a global data base or storage for your child. If this is really true ,your  child has the key to your heart ,and you can type I love my child on a status on Facebook then follow through with the final touches and leave a genetic key for them should they become just another  statistic ……..

What can you expect from the Family Courts.Well If first hand experience is anything to go by and after meeting so many mothers who have had this perverse reversal done to their children it is like this.

Fact Finding evidence in domestic violence cases.

If you have calls logged at the police station for damage to your property or house, how does the Scots Schedule decide this? I do not believe they considered the damage to my front door kicked in or calls to the police. That has to be bullshit too damage to property costs for repairs…..

2) Child sex abuse how do the courts decide on the training of  these SO experts who checks the experts? Have you seen how many children in America are now suing for damages in these perverse reversal of custody cases?

I am left wondering now  how soon it will be when the UK mothers will be quick on the uptake to follow the lead of US mothers in claims for damages . Imagine the cost to the NHS in families taking  out claims on behalf of children,who are finally  sent back home once ,they are seriously damaged children, because lets face it , that is what is happening .

These children are reported to be only  returned when harm is done to them.It seems to me, and also  other professionals, this is an  experiment in trauma ,what else can this be about ?It is staring you in the face ,they only want these children for something , as it is not in any child’s interest to be removed from a good parent in favour of placing with an abusive parent but this is what is taking place.

If  this is not  more about a conflict of interest, and experts either needing subjects to train on, or make money from them staying involved  long term then I will eat my hat .

So much for conflict of interest , take a look at this: Dr Claire Sturge  sent this fax to the child’s solicitor who is now a judge in Milton Keynes. This is:” INTENT TO LABEL ANOTHER FISHING TRIP!” my medical notes have not gone over and she is AT IT !
For those of you  who were sent to the following Family clinics to see Joan Claire Sturge she is  in Gayton Road Harrow Middlesex or ,or to Edward House Lisson Grove   London to see  police forensic psychiatrist  Dr Anthony  Wilkins ( he rents private rooms by the hour)I have to say now ,it was very intimidating  experience in having a meeting with him .I also heard  from other  mothers  they too felt intimidated ,and  having experienced this first hand Dr Wilkins hates women you can tell the way he looks at you ,the words “implacable hostility “had to come from somewhere and this doctors will practise this in a closed court along with Dr Claire Sturge ,and just  like  the lyrics in a Barry Manilow song I write the (song that makes the world go round)these experts write and train the doctors to give evidence  in court ,they write the same guidelines for DV contact ,they write literature for , solicitors to  study emotional harm  when they are training at University the  facts are life is not like a text book 1 – 4 women died in the UK every week from DV yet we dare not say DV in closed court . The  text books and everything else  is bonus ,something else that is very profitable for everyone else who is working behind closed doors  of the court This works very well for all the experts  in court and they have to be respected they wrote the books about it .

Women say the same about Ludwig Lowenstien I have spoken to him he sounds like another money grabbing freak  on the same gravy train ,he has got his own private care homes he has worked with Claire Sturge .Lowenstien said get the legal aid money and I will change the PAS around for you !

So as far as I understand it then ,it seems a legal game for all of them it is not so funny for the children .Be well aware of what you are about to walk into , and make no mistake as you are likely to get fitted up for this psycho-babble as we were .

By now most of us mothers will have undertaken minimal searches for CV’s about the experts who destroyed our lives ,and we have read enough paperwork so we  can prove to you just how far these experts will push a tall story on behalf of 1 parent to get the other parent out of the way so that the parent that wins the court case gets only to have an exclusive relationship with the child.How creepy is that ?

Please note these professionals are  Tavistock or Coram all of these  cases happen to be in the  long term loss of children in custody battles. They also  get away with it by using  these  experts are using NLP training ,or Tavistock training. Here is an example of doctors looking for to rule out a malignancy ,at the same time the patient is busy else where being assessed for abnormal illness behaviour before even meeting the expert or the expert reading the medical notes.

Not once does any of this  look like this is child focused,as they never considered the child, or hear what the child is saying if they do they simply  twist the facts. These experts  will do anything to destroy any child even my child who was  having 3 years treatment for leukemia was not spared , 3 times in total.There were no concessions made for him he had to travel to see Claire Sturge at her clinic as she quotes I charge £150 an hour and do not travel .

It is just child’s play to them  in a sinister way I mean child’s play , the children are house with psychos , pedophiles,sound crazy ? Well wait until it happens to you then see how crazy this is , it works very well for professional’s to abuse vulnerable families in a closed court.

They will take your child break their heart, and force contact on that child without a care for the child’s wishes & feelings. What kind of message is that giving our children?

The final message to children is that they are worthless pawns in the game and moved like  a piece on a chess board. Done get out of that, I can hear the judge saying underneath his or her breath , as you repeatedly return to court and have a long lasting relationship with your bank account with a solicitor for 5 years or more ……

The similarities with all of these cases are of no prior concerns about  these children staying with their carers,so this is a fact, they were never at risk. The fact finding is seriously flawed with barm pot expert witnesses writing reports done using this NLP training so imagine what kind of report you will end up with for court !

My son C went to a non resident parent who  had recently married again,he was  divorced when I met him  with 3 children an ex – wife who says she was in dire need of staying in a battered wives hostel with her 3 children rather than stay in the marriage and similar experience  with DV issues .

Claire Sturge invited me to return to talk with her about contact about contact in Northwick Park hospital  I took along  Liz Oldham Machins solicitor. The only reason I took my solicitor was I never trusted Claire Sturge as she used technic of cutting you up in conversation.

This is a professional giving orders 1 day to stop contact for 3 months then worrying 9 months later why you have not come back . What do these professionals really know about families ?

Get this we families will not be hoodwinked any more .

The expert I would like you to tell the courts what went wrong with contact ,also how much your role ,the recommendations you made about how it should be done contributed to this no contact now.

Why are so many mother talking globally about losing custody or have been subjected to threat therapy private same experts recommending it ,also wanting you to pay them a lot of money for 2 years.

I tell you this If I want to go off seeking attention it would not be by being sick.

This is Sharon Andrews in the photograph  below she is not a fully qualified social worker she is a family aid worker a mother and a foster carer working for Luton social services. She has no qualifications or training to identify a Munchausen’s mother =Munchausen syndrome by proxy yet , she was expected to find evidence for Dr Claire Sturge.

You may remember seeing her and a 2 more individuals at Addenbrookes hospital  especially after my son had a lumber puncture done in the recovery ward?

Yes that is right we were also  1 of the many families who were subjected to being investigated by social services after a referral made Dr Amos Burke. I know we were not the only family to be referred to in 2004 because other families talked about other families losing their children frequently in the coffee room for neglect they said.

Going back to the events or summary of the case . I was the mother who got ill with pneumonia on the ward and made to wear a face mask . The family aid first wrote in her hand held notes ,the very first notes evidence is in  my medical notes. I told her that I was missing urgent appointments as the consultant not me thought a mass on a lobe which was found in an X-ray which was presenting as a normal infection, but needed further investigations to see if it was malignant.

This Family aid worker gave 1 of the first leads for an expert  Dr Wilkins & Dr Sturge and all the other multi-agency groups to pick up and run with a Muncheasn mother.It had to come from someone as she was the first person I met when I was called into the office it was her.

I was expected to fail core assessments from the start as they wrote and discussed us in a very stressful environment in hospital. I was later to observe how they tried and failed to set me up by not letting me know when my son was to attend out patients hospital at the L&D .This took place before an up and coming LP …..

The foster carer said the cough my son had was not a problem at all. My ex-partner wrote in statements he never saw our son have an asthma attack. The Foster carer never used the inhalers. The consultant said prednisolne steroids would cover this and to stop the preventatives as it could  delay growth. Then the foster care Grace Human sneaked up to Addenbrookes hospital for the LP and I just got there in time to see her get out the inhalers from her bag. So they had a discussion with doctors to make it look like I diagnosed the asthma ,then they could not take the risk of him going under the anesthetic without using them.

The paperwork never adds up so this is just another dirty trick used by all of them to set you up for a Munch Bunch Mother.

I only got to the hospital on time simply because I left the house before 07:00am and got through London , they never offered me a lift to hospital  or the money or even a travel warrant I paid or paid a fine . The working agreement to work with Social Services should read like this .Set up to fail from the start.

I was delighted to read this news ,I came across Mick Law on Facebook last night .Mick is the chef on ward C2 in Addebrookes he is up for an award , I never met such a lovely man whilst staying in Addenbrookes hospital with my 7 year old son C. C used to like Mick coming around  you name it Mick had it in his kitchen and if he had it you could have it gladly.

This is it folks “everything it says on the tin lid”, what more can I say about Mick he is a lovely guy you could ever meet.

The Telegraph , do not even touch base on what the living experience is like for a family and how do they stay healthy in such an awful environment , being detained here in Addenbrookes  hospital is not all it is cracked up to be ,whilst the staff quiet rightly prioritize  getting on with  the important job of looking after children battling with leukeamia the social care side should be supporting families and I mean all families not just selected families.

The whole family should be looked after  and supported properly as a unit .This is not the case at all ,as some people ,parents were  in fact collapsing  from total exhaustion after being on a ward for 4-5 days no sleep or time to wash or eat properly, some of these  parents had  health problems of their own,  and neglected their health whilst looking after the children. No consideration or help was ever offered to families who were struggling on ward C2 I should know as I asked for help when I had a serious chest infection at that time I was ill with pneumonia there were not even enough blankets or bedding on the ward and only 3 staff on a ward for 17 families with seriously ill children.

You will not also  be reading the fact that children were fed McDonalds meals and that there was no chef was on all weekend either .

A hospital social worker sent out a questionaire what can we do to help families like you ?

A video camera  to help do a video diary would be ideal , however you would probably not escape to tell your story with the side of the expereince of how this hospital like any other has it’s problems,that  it needs to address, before it can really expect the general public to believe that it does come up to standards which are acceptable. Watch out for the eject button the social services referral mode,  the other option is easier  for the hospital to take by getting shot of the difficult complaining parent.

I spent thousands  by the time we had been to court and back again ,so now to moan about  it was a struggle to pay for living expenses away from home on the concourse was mostly junk food ,and expensive for a family who  will not be  able to work full time  when stuck in hospital looking after a sick child . The car park is another complaint . It was so expensive to live from day to day this now seems pointless we experienced 10 fold what normal families experienced at being detained at  Addenbrooke pleasure.

After being given a billet : a room in Acorn house you were given 1 shelf to put your food on . The nightmare for most of us was time , you simply did not want to be away from your child’s side for a moment,so spending time away during the day doing labels writing your name on your food items this was after  you dashed into town to buy from Tescos

The reality for most of us was this was a pain in the …..

Another fact was this  communal house dwelling was not all it was cracked up to be either, living sucked for us having to put up with families from all walks of life and then their extended families dropping in it was noisey and over crowded when you needed to sleep or rest there was no place to go for a break  . It was like the whole BIG BROTHER experience with Linda Walker not exactly telling it how it is a home from home it was not!

I have just found some solicitor having a rant on Pink Tape about photocopying  copies of court orders for LIP clients for court.http://pinktape.co.uk/

This is priceless to think this rant is justified ,when the  truth of the matter is,  life is difficult enough being LIP  ,not to mention the added  financial burden of costs for court that nobody dare mentions just incase they end up contributing towards the costs themselves. See JFF Forum they have funds for this now or so somebody told me to put in a claim for expenses.

So the other side of the coin  for both the  person who is LIP or the MKF  who truth be known is , that they to are possibly  still left living or existing on the poverty line after being subjected to the long term stress of the case which is above and beyond what any family should have to pay the costs both in terms of financially or otherwise.

This will be more likely to be the case when a parent  has over time had a lot of stress above and beyond  inflicted upon the m as an applicant trapped in  the legal system by length of the time the  original case started.

This will be more than likely be  dragged out for at least 42 weeks .It is not surprising after the case is dragged out ,the court case has  now impacted upon the applicants  health.Let’s face it you would be sick after losing your house,and your  your job hen your child this is the correct order to put this in some kind of perspective for you. In a desperate attempt to get a fair trial in a Kangeroo court, by the time it dawns on you you have no chance with  most solicitors as you try to come to terms the amount of  pre -trial appointments for court ,directions hearings other legal hustles , the legal pursuit to get your children home in a no win situation in  a closed court most of these solicitors by now you wish you were in a criminal court for shooting them as you try to get rid of  a dead weight around your neck ,and the sooner you drop them the better especially if they are Coram based firm of solicitors or Judges. You will be hard pushed to get your full fares for travel to court  paid by Coram solicitors.

Then watch out for the pitfalls of being asked to perform for a LIP as a Mackezie Friend.

As a MKF you will find that you are spending more time doing the donkey work by  trying to encourage the LIP to  type  out a statement.You will end up doing this as they are not up to it, or won’t, or can’t do it. It has been my experience to never have a moment free since our case and doing what can best be described as doing the form like a taxi driver tearing round London at rush hour,when all you really want to do it catch up on gardening or have some time out to read a book ,but you get caught out  time & time again by  the fone ringing, or a message in your inbox some other MKF asking you to do a favour for someone who is  you find out  (not all are like this just some ) an ungrateful, lying, scheming client, who another MKF has said they have nobody else step will you step in?

Then  see what thanks you get for stepping in ,or the grief you get later on for spending your gas money which you had put aside only to   find out only when you are sat in court  the client has been all talk.

This is another hidden costs to  going to court the serious cost of disappointment ,  you will find out that even though these people can be very   presentable ,they are  also very consistent in their efforts and they can go on to manipulate many more people after  you depart and make your apologies to the court for not being able to stomach another day of reading the facts surrounding the case.

Please  whatever you do,do  not try to go there with me , trying to “re-classify child abuse with me won’t wash.” I have got very wary of people after my experience and this is so sad, as there are some very worthy cases out there ,and  genuine people suffering in silence ,but due to users & players knowing how to monopolize and also polarize the groups this is causing more harm  than good to the campaign groups  .

Moving on to the paperwork the magic bundles of paperwork , and it is only when you are finally in court sat next to them and see the bundles and I mean a sly  quick look if you are so lucky ,this will be  at break time or when they run down the nearest chip shop for a greasy feed at lunch break, and leave you there to look after the bundles , only then you see for yourself ,that this  case was indeed justified in removing the children who were at risk do you realize what a waste of your time,& money not to mention resources this has been.

My advice is this,   if you get a phone call to go in as a MKF at short notice be  very wary  ,do watch out for  being used like a skivvie all day long to carry bundles to court when the client is well able  and perfectly capable to carry the bundles themselves and  note is a man suppose to be the stronger sex! ( but it will look so much better for them if they have a joey in tow and also be wary of your clients asking you to do this:  most of these clients want you to use a dictaphone and record the court session  for them as the transcribes costs a small mortgage to get hold of post final hearing.)

Is that  the kind of  friend you need asking you to break the law, and how far will you go in your duty as a MKF depends entirely  on you  ?Some people expect far too much out of a MKF that is a FACT !

We mostly  carry laptops and are  often refused to use them in court for typing documents up for clients,   most judges will   refuse to let us  use them in court,but they sit using their laptops .In Barnett court 1 barrister pointed out for the judge that they  are wi fi the local authority barrister was most put out ,as they  do not want their dirty insider hustles being picked up by some passer by with a lap top .

Another case I spent nearly £250  towards  travel and stay over in a hotel  at £95 a night, plus my train fare, which is not like  a hell of a lot money  to some people ,but considerably a lot  more than £20 than this solicitor moaning about costs , but it is a lot if you are not working ,which  may I remind this solicitor she is working and getting paid for.  I am not working, and I have nobody who I can claim this money back from which is an important point I am raising at least this is saving the taxpayer money and families are having a go at LIP  .I can  not claim it back from the courts or expect the client to cover the costs  I think it kind of makes you look very mean spirited on maybe £75 an hour solicitors  fee ,this is to the Miss Pink moaner on Pink Tape blog £5 a sheet for a court order…….

Enough said,LIP was said  recently to have gone up 70%

The bottom line is this ,  I can tell you it is  a real struggle for most MKF’s if anything like myself it will be  something like my  gas bill money spent on supporting a person who is  LIP but LIP is here to stay now the legal profession will be lucky to have a job left to moan about if this keeps up .

There is in all fairness a real community spirit going for families ,enough for other families to pull out all the stops  and to prevent the legal professionals robbing the public  gravy train purse. Why should families put up with bad service , when they are  never represent by the firm of solicitors who are whole heartedly or are willing to  fight their  cases, so this LIP & MKF just kind of brings about an equal sense of chaos back to the courts which they so rightly deserve.

All that law and it is how they use it in secret ,if families have  no right to justice they might  as well be to go LIP  it is nothing but a bare knuckle fight  with no respect for either side , and a few odd cases laws quoted for good measure.

Oh and finally when you have your baby Miss Pinky  think about the poor mother on YT giving birth screaming in pain and then in court the next day fighting for a return home of her baby , this mother never moans about the £5 costs she just wants to document the crime and show what goes on in a closed court.

For those of you following this blog or our case it is about a mother being set up in court for a lighter  label for msbp I do not know if my child has stem cells stored should he come out of remission from leukeamia simply because the expert has ruled the day and court orders were made I should have nothing to do with appointments or anything to do with my sons medical care.

I am going to put in an application to leave contacts for him and to ask to leave the data intact as it should be about our family history and not tampered with by an expert in a closed court. I have permission to do this . I had a section 91/14 running until November 2006…….

Moving on to the issue which is forced adoption,  is it a case of a mystery  or real misery facing adopted children or adults?I said if they come to remove your baby keep a sample of DNA to match and store the stem cell from the  double cord from your baby .

You simply could not write this, a few weeks earlier I was sitting in Kangeroo court( First Avenue House Principle Registry )  being set up for a Munch Bunch mother in February 2005 final hearing  the next minute  I was on holiday in  the Dominican Republic.

I would like to see  the  faces of the nurses & doctors in ward C2 to see this , especially after all the false allegations an bent reports for court .So whilst you were all busy gossiping about the case and everything else you might of  missed this and probably preparing for another mug who would fall into the same trap again . I was having lunch in the Dominican Republic  with a social worker and a Business Development  Executive from Cambridge who knew  the consultant Amos Burke from ward C2  Addenbrookes the doctor responsible for putting my son in care.

Now what a shame all of  that team effort gone to waste ,thousands of taxpayers money wasted on destroying us as a family in a secret court . So what did I do ? What the professionals do switch off and go  on a holiday….. what else was I supposed to do ? When I came back I started to do the form on the Fassit Forum this is a website for families who were asking so many questions about social services and courts.

I remember my barrister pumping me for information in Chez Garrard restaurant after court , the Local Authority  barrister  & child’s solicitor Patrick Perusko wants to know were the money is coming from?

We both looked at her ,my son G just looked at her when she asked this.  . She was pumping  us for the opposition………

This was the only holiday I never had to come racing back from a wedding in Ireland over a weekend   or a social function and pay an extra £200 to  catch a flight back ,to be in time for contact for supervised contact in a dump in Luton in  Family Centre in Mayne Avenue, or Purple Professionals Dunstable for a couple of hours to see my son . What right has anyone got to cause this amount of disruption to any family or burden them with the financial costs.

I decided I would not go any more to contact, or to  be assessed or humiliated or lied about any more ,for this I believe  am highly criticized by the courts and probably some families too.

This is  certainly not about children or child protection it is all about making money and never letting children come home again let us face facts what budget do you have left to keep up the court momentum?

Surely the best thing to do until you get to meet your children again is to live your life like normal people do if you can that . Nothing will ever be the same again for most of the families as this is set up to drain everything from you .

I consider I have paid enough , I have lost far to much and I am not paying any more.

This is us in Addenbrookes hospital 29th June 2004 , my oldest son G was very supportive he knew exactly what the game plan was with the staff setting me up from anything to MSBP – NAI  at one stage the called for a photographer an got consent from the Luton LA to take photographs of C they put him up on a table and clicked away.

I  had asked for copies of the photographs I recorded calls they deny taking photographs and then Dr Burrows got his secretary to tell me over the phone he never met my son C. I have evidence how come it is in the child’s medical notes?
Can somebody tell me why they would lie and say I harmed my son ?

Why does this have to be  done in confidential and  secret meetings, is it so they can cover up their mistakes? It is never neglect when the Authorities make a decision to wreck a family and then cover up the problems when they have been warned .

Coming back to the final hearing in February 2005 the court heard a police forensic which is worst as he is forensic, he said  in his oral evidence this is Dr Wilkins he said “35 year old women like her have nothing better to do than sit in a doctors with nothing wrong with them!”

I am note 45 years old he has taken 10 years off me . I have a  serious history of auto-immune problems and various other medical problems except in closed court both doctors are doing their level best to convince the judge I had none of it!

In 2009  the recent  court order  Dr Wilkins is not happy to be hearing he is up before the GMC with more  complaints about him , according to the website he is now up for a 2nd time.

Dr Wilkins is not happy either for the 3rd party of disclosure to others not party to the court proceedings tough as it is coming out .

Social Worker on Holiday

I was told to take a break from court after I lost, the clock said “nice day on it” just underneath the number 6  as I looked at the logo on the face of it ,this was back in February 2005  in First Avenue House Holborn court. I had  heard enough from Judge MacGregor   she got my date of birth wrong , she said you in your life time will never be able to look after your son.

I took one look to the left my ex-partner was sitting there, I tried never to look at him at all throughout the whole of the proceedings.

Now I winked at him said “see you,I  am off”.

The barrister  (who also set me up ) Sheila Philiboise .I blew her a silent kiss  she worded thank you and I read her mouth “wait”.

I did not I wait  picked up my Next coat an designer handbag , my friend said drop the bag as you will get done by these legal vultures. I then took other advice  from friends and other professionals . I walked away,they all said the same I was being set up.

This is a social worker from up north a Geordie  said her name was Lyn, what is it about me and social workers , I can not get rid of them at all no matter how I try to  . They stopped my contact for 3 months , Dr Sturge wanted to know why I never returned the very next day after this was up? I thought she was the expert she has all the answers!

Well , it turned out there was a Mr Smellie at Addenbrookes hospital. I done a search yesterday. It is clear to see my blog is up there with the rest of the searches for Addenbrookes I come in at 6 on google.

The stats are also  encouraging to keep this blogging up as I smile to myself and think there are other families out there that  I can help, as I am sure it was not an easy ride being in ward C2 for some  families,but  I am sure  there are other families who would never dream of making a complaint about any of the service,as  was second to none .

The service they got for their children will have been acceptable and the standards of care were A 1 ok .

This was not the same for us ,as  I have stated before ,I had to complain about the standards of care my child got, or  more to the point never got .

This was my duty to him as a parent to make sure he was washed and kept clean I could not do this with lines attached to his arms and they needed to be disconnected to remove a t-shirt  .I will not be the first and I certainly won’t be the last that Dr Burke has referred to social services to remove their children.I just maybe the only mother to have my own website out of the country to get away with having my say about facts , events that took place that got put through the mixer for Kangeroo court.

I feel so sorry for the families who are now facing court , with a seriously ill child. They will be devastated and the solicitors will come in for the kill, taking  full advantage of the emotional difficult time these families will be going through.

Well what really happens to you when a doctor thinks he will make a referral to Social Services for an EPO because a mother is showing signs of stress?

What  is likely to happen to the the family post court , once the referral has been made, and wheels put in motion ? The answer is the same as all the rest , you will eventually lose your children for good, hardly any contact with your child. The child is the last to know all of this of course and it you warn them you risk being in contempt of court.

Is this really necessary to destroy a family take it apart and then expect a child of 7 years of age to go and live with a total stranger when they have just found out the have leukaemia.

Answer yes again , it is easier to control the family if broken .

Is this really in the child’s best interests?

No is the answer , it is in the best interests of making a lot of money for the courts .

How do you think you would like your seriously ill child  to be removed from your family ,and places with a same sex couple intent on  to taking him or her  on a camping holiday in Devon with a hickman line in place.This  was  shortly after being released from ward C2 this is exactly what happened to my son C and he hated it? That is another fact you will not be reading in any of this paperwork for court.

Or how do you think you would cope with say : having a senior child protection officer write negative remarks about you in her notes when a sister from ward C2 offers you a holiday  in “Centre Parcs” and you say no,I  turn it down the offer .

The only reason I turned it down was we did not need a holiday we need a break from being on the move . We were in Lanzarote 1 week before Christmas ,then for New Year we spent time in Cyprus , 2 or 3 days later we had just dumped the cases  refilled and headed out to Euro Disney  Paris. Then finally Gran Canaria Puerto Rico ,I never got my son C home I took him to the L& D hospital…….

The facts were that we had just got back from 4 back to back holidays  1 after the other and my child had just been diagnosed with ALL T cell leukamia and I had pneumonia ,so the last thing I wanted was another holiday. I simply wanted to have a rest at home, and a full day off from meetings hospitals sick children and a very depressing oppressive environment with over bearing bossy nurses not all just some  sisters , and the constant core assessments.If they got the balance right , which they  didn’t they could  have alleviated some of the problems instead of adding to them this is   what was really causing  my so called problems with  stress.

Just for the record the thing Addenbrookes do not get is this, they do not know when to stop or draw the line. They jump in all guns blazing and god help your family when they do this.

Is that awful ward sister or nurse Carol Chenney still there  on ward C2 ?

These are the things that you will have to face when dealing with social services at Addenbrookes hospital  the dangerous power of a think tank put together to destroy families not help them or support or empower them to be able to cope living with a child with leukaemia…….
