These doctors really know how to stick together, he has had my money an I paid to get  data  of a child who has had leukaemia an 3 years treatment of  cared share with 2 hospitals you would expect there to be more information on file   .All this GP  gave me 4 pieces of paper. I am after the medical files in the files is evidence to prove my innocence. So nearly 5 years down the line an he still does not want to let me know as a parent  with PR= parental responsibility   of a child who has gone through Addenbrooke’s hospital and trials for UK2003 ALL  Randomisation refused  , this information is shared with hospitals and him as a child’s GP .The solicitors representing the father lost most of his medical bundles for court .

Just maybe now the penny will  finally drop , how much time do you think  you have to find a genetic key if you were a parent, or even  a non resident parent, or a foster carer, or an adoptive parent you could wait for this lot to stop shivering about who is going to pick up the lead. Leukaemia can in some cases be acute and there is only so much time to ACT.

Know I know cancer , an the subject of children getting cancer do not go together , it is a toxic subject.Well then   are you going to wait until there is another case ? I can not be the only parent to have concerns or to take action to set a precedence to let other families take my lead for a child to find a true genetic key .

These courts or doctors do not give a shit about your chances so why don’t you lot make some noise for children who have no voice.

It would be wise   to do a search on expert witnesses prior to going to court. It would also be a matter of insurance to record or have a solicitor present at the appointment stage. This is 1 of the experts who I was sent to see in 2005.I had no time to search or question the expert due to having a seriously ill child with many other urgent appointments for treatment for leukaemia.

This particular expert is a specialist ,however it is not in domestic violence issues or in medical issues either. I was labelled with PAS also a MSBP so work that 1 out leukaemia , make your child ill to get attention ? When is it never an issue of domestic violence? When it is a quicker for PAS  that is when .

This doctor recommends that children be placed with carers who have got a significant criminal history to do with violence. If she is suppose to read all of the paper work then she can not deny reading the CRB checks can she?

Well I waited  to hear about the figures or statistics for domestic violence victims losing their children to either the abusive father or second option the state for adoption . The BBC News 24 today said  blah de blah de blah………

Why is it then  that 5 years down the line after being inside closed court,having  gone through the system myself as a mother with a child who was also  subjected to  domestic violence then having  stepped in as a Mac Kenzie Friend an having an inside ring seat seeing other mothers ,women,who are  abused later on by the state after ringing the police for help. Women are talking despite being scared. Recently a lady here in the town I live in has lost 1 child to adoption , the other baby in arms  she told me is  currently being assessed by social services to see if the abuser can have custody . I told her there is always Ireland you could keep your baby if you go to Ireland this is only at the interim care order stage . There is no full care order she is being given shelter in a safe house.

Shall I say that again for you just incase you did not get that ? The ABUSER  is being assessed as a CARER for placement .  Whilst the mother is in a safe house put up by social services  they are assessing or wasting taxpayers money to assess the father who is the root cause of the domestic violence this stinks of forced adoption another naive mother who is an easy target . Does that make sense? Why is this so sensitive an issue for the BBC to go live with this issue all of us are talking even comparing our cases using the Clayton v Clayton ruling.

Some women also say this battered women’s refuge is a set up too as they pass the records on .I picked up leaflets from a local refuge if this is anything to go on the referral comes from a housing department. I can just see women supporting each other pooling their knowledge of the courts ,social services  their finances and helping each other find safe houses get their children packed up and go on the run from Social Services  Courts and last but not least the abusive ex-partner.  There is a pattern here  it seems to be working for other mothers who got out. The decision is all yours take your pick.I will post the leaflets for women who want the details for Women’s Aid . This is what is on offer here in Luton . I met Jenny Moody recently and told her the same women on the run are getting wiser to the pit falls of being set up by experts for court . Word is getting out ,that there are safer options than the Women’s Refuge ,so many houses are being offered up to women on the run there is always a safer option if you simply can not win or pass core assessments .Do not get defeated get educated about a system everyone is talking about if you want to really keep your family safe. 

I  was watching Bea on Big Brother moaning about not seeing  her mother, instead a friend turned up as support.  Maybe she will be suing Big Brother for the emotional harm she has suffered . As much as I am a fan of Big Brother this  last episode  with her crying tiny tears was enough for me  to  want to reach for the remote and change channels . Yes do go home  is my advice to you  the general public have had enough of you over the last few weeks.

Like many families you do not know how lucky you are . Bea is from an influential back ground she has probably  had a lot of support over the years in terms of knowing who her real parents are both emotionally & financially . I Wonder  now how she would feel if an expert witness stopped the contact for 3 months whilst she was sick in hospital with a life threatening disease? This just would not happen in her world as she has money . So what is she doing on a reality game show there are more deserving people in there who should have a chance at winning the prize money.

For those of you who know other families like us we have no contact , it was either a case of systematically being destroyed over a period of time either by an ex-partner or the local authority .Or like some of us parents we have simply made a decision and  come off the chess board and left the game.  It is this or put up with the abuse  by social workers. Round about this time families have had almost  had enough of  the harassment or what could best be described as bullying. So most families break under the stain  can not take this  anymore ,under duress  they  make a final decision to  walk away from contact in the child’s best interest . It is also a last ditch attempt to avoid   exposing their children  to being  legally  abused, of  having their basic human rights denied. The last few rights left to enjoy contact as little as  say supervised  1 hour a month . People do say whatever you do,do  not walk away .This is what the social services  want you to do .I read this myself understood it , but couldn’t put up with this ordeal in practise .

I wonder now how Bea would cope or deal with  her own goodbye contact with a family member in a private contact centre if she  was ever was to find her self in this situation. I observed how she has systematically destroyed every person that has come near her in the show, the similarities  are there if you look close enough at her and at a social worker or practitioner.So my next question is this : I  am wondering if she has been  through NLP  programme she would make a very good practitioner you can just see it in her can’t you ?

When I think of all these children  who are going through life thinking they have been abandoned by their biological parents sadly this may be the case for some, who  have been literally abandoned. Then their are cases surrounding confidentially  of the identity of a family . This research has showed us that some children  have  in fact  been wrongfully removed from a family . The children later  believe the contact has broken down maybe because of something they may have done wrong. When in reality the corporate parent just had to sever the ties that break the bond  with the parent because this  would  make it so much easier to control the child in care.

Please be mindful that not all children in care are abandoned by their  parents.The children will never really find out just how hard the missing parents were  fighting the system for their safe return home . Some of these families have been fighting and  are still fighting against all of the odds.The only trouble is  it will take a life time to resolve and their child hood will be over before they are reunited or rehabilitated with their families.

I would like to say we are all delighted to see Angela Wileman , Lucas & Marco  have a happy ending.This mother is truly an inspiration to other families who are also fighting for their children. I do not have a lot of time for listening to the constant stream of forced adoption cases which are being sent my way nothing has changed at all.I do not have the energy left to continue being exposed to all the pain an corruption of families who put up such a valiant fight with or without a barrister.

An why should this system change, where would the courts be without it ? It it works very well for warehousing the  children  of domestic violence victims to be rented out by the state.

There is a lot of help out there it is up to the individual to work at their case.One thing for sure is this, parents are soon finding out they are NO different to the other parents who have gone through the system one shoe fits all.This mother had no right being put through the courts on allegations of a risk to the child being emotionally harmed .

1) By the time most families cop themselves on, the solicitors have totally drained them both financially and emotionally battered them down into submission statements and a lot more besides.

2) Either stick with this system and see it through to the end or go LIP with a MKF and work your case yourself.

3)   I said to this  mother and I will say it to others too : “The Legal Guardian is not on your side, she is there to give you false hope ,he or she is there to keep you going or trap you into making the worse decision of your life.

4) As for those people or should I say SHEEPLE  you can drop the preconceptions about parents who are losing their children because you are ; too thick is 1 to poor is another 1 .The best 1 of all is emotional harm allegation, I am sure there is a risk that if something is done about the use of this as a threshold . At least make sure it was there ,not take a child or remove because some expert says at some stage in the future it may cause a significant risk to the child.

This emotional harm protection issues exists for  some  Caffcass officer to only make loads of cash out of the child in  la la land of cash for false allegations…….. sure there is a phone call put in somewhere down the line to an expert who will work or weave in concerns for court at a price. Emotional harm is used when they can get nothing else on you and they want hands on your child.

Angela was one of the quickest to pick up on advice many are not so  quick on the uptake .

You do have to remember who you are ,where you came from and most important of all keep to the fact that you are a good parent ,also the best option your child has to survive . Otherwise you will end up looking like the label the experts are going to label you with. There is only so much stress an heartbreak the average person can take , so when they take your children they take your reason for living away from you .

The decision is all yours stay an play the dirty legal  game of corruption or relocate your family  it is all down to you .

Let me see how much they got from central government for adoption ? This is what I am interested in . I am not convinced hearing this 1 liner .How many times has this excuse been given ? It is the amount of paperwork ,oh yes we have a lot of paperwork too, however it is the creative selection of historic data used against families being pulled from the archives or family case files some: of which has been left dormant for years which has never affected the parenting  of children.This should never be used in theory or practise. The reality is this it is used when there  is no real risk or need for a referral .

The Panorama programme hinted a while back about  what information IS  being collated also stored on file concerning families .This should  not be on file some of it mere hearsay  ,this will  be used against a parent  for the  fact-finding stage of the hearing. If this  is so  important as a child protection issue why did it take many years later to RED  FLAG  IT  UP  for a child protection case.?

Maybe they should send in a business team or employ ex- service users to highlight the mess the system is in .If the Social Services admit their mistakes which they never do in reality  they could scraped the  current system . Another  system could be put in place a system that worked it could save lives , they could use their manpower how it should be used to prevent baby P cases. This is paid for by you the  taxpayers. The money is claimed  by Social Services as the case snow balls there is no money in the pot for a case until a referral is made.The birth certificate is said to generate a loan to look after the child’s best interests when the child is registered it is a bond for the local authority to claim funds . Public law is very commercial : why rock the boat as a legal guardian it is the best paid work coming in an the client is a child who is easily manipulated .

The incentives has to literally  stay the same  the courts make money the children get removed for adoption this is how it should be working in the future for the professionals in their best interests this is the  state of affairs what could best describe the machine  which leads on to the Children Factory  - pre court assessments are rigged so families are trapped an can not get out or improve their chances or make changes to reclaim their children .

I can not go about my business in the town without hearing of yet another family losing a child an the extended family have been back flipped OVER in a hurry to adopt the  child out .There is a pattern with all of the cases. The extended families can not have them either.

My barrister was to say to me:” never complain about the NHS especially if  they have your child”. I was also told of another case involving another Liverpudlian mother .This  mother also ended up losing her children when she complained about the waiting time it took to treat her child.So we are 5 years on and still waiting for resolution . We are no further forward deeper in debt and a hell of a lot more experienced.

If they take out an EPO you can get rid of it within hours my solicitor never told me this .So go for this ask advice.

The NHS system we have  is not perfect at all ,however when complaints are made about it then surely an investigation should be done to improve the service and make sure the complaints are dealt with . I appreciate that  a lot of decent honest  hard working people work for the hospitals including some of my own family. They do a  fantastic job for a wage  some would not get out of bed for . Without the commitment from the staff to the NHS   we would be lost .

Then we have another side of public sector  services which work for us ! The sinister   side of  social welfare which is rotten to the core . The closed courts pick up the thread and the witch hunt is on with every professional getting paid overtime to run along with the gravy train.

What really sticks out is the cronyism  with reference to:he  NHS  expert witnesses who swing both ways they cross over into private work too .The final nail in the coffin for the parents will be when the expert witness for court will  label the  parents. This leads to a no win situation it creates problems based on historic facts in medical files left dormant for years . This is what is used to embellish facts for fact finding  for court, which will lead on to remove  their children.

These so called experts will stop at nothing. The consultants know who to call up,who  to ask  a favour of , get rid of her box her off I have a trial to complete.Take her off on a long one ,I need rid of her ,get her out of my face .The old MSBP will do the trick it ,is tried an well  tested. Now I know, I knew nothing about this system back then, why should I I trusted the system . It was none of my business. Now it is my business. I have been set up an the experts have hoped to cover up.

Complaints about Addenbrooke’s Hospital Cambridge.

I made the following complaints and more serious complaints too. My child never got his medication .

1) Only 3 staff on at weekends on ward C2 in Addenbrookes Children’s Ward.

2) No chef on at the weekend on ward C2 they brought in McDonalds meals .

3) Not enough bedding or towels to go around on the ward no ward manager present to make sure there was any.

4) The consultants need to be trained to deal with parents who do not want to take part in studies or trials. Especially if they are only just registered as a fully qualified doctor they should not be allowed to take out an EPO.

5) Cleaning staff from Agencies should be asked to not walk through children’s cancer wards with muddy training shoes.The whole point of them being there should be to clean the ward.Check their personal level of hygiene would be a start.

MSBP = A Munch Bunch Mother.

How the hell do you make your child ill with leukaemia ?

Behind every Munch Bunch Mummie = MSBP label there is a medical error which needs to be cover up.The scape goat is the parent .This  or some trial that needs to find new guinea pigs. You only have to look at  the David Southall. The cases of families set up.Nothing has changed since then. I went looking for answers an it did not take me long to find a conflict of interest concerning this case . It is obvious I have no first class honors degree in law or a medical back ground .This should have been dealt with by the child’s legal guardian.

Copy Right of John Radcliff  University . This was taken from the doctors website site or their own Medical Library online .They removed it as they did not want parents reading it.Our case was live in 2005 so the data is relevant they needed children for this trial .

This is a page taken from an Ethic Safety Report for UK2003 ALL it is running up till 2010 . The BBC news said it was running longer than 2010. The report was removed or secured after I obtained data from John Radcliff  University.I spoke to  Professor Sue Richards asking her where trial number 47.. was and how this number was doing.She asked me who I was? “I replied the child’s mother ”

The News Letter sent out from UK2003 ALL says they had trouble recruiting children at the start. As a Children’s Rights Campaigner I want to know how many children on this trial were on a care order when taking part in the trial?

Please note a child was overdosed with 800mgs of a drug given by IV . They cover up mistakes and they will use the MSBP label to make sure they get you out of the way to get consent from another  parent who will say ” I am willing to work with you” .

Other parents talked in the tea room just off to the left of ward C2  they said children were dying in this trial one father said he would sue for the loss of his dear son.

The scale is 1 – 5 and 5 your dead . Intensification of chemotherapy is given for 3 years for boys and 2 years for girls as boys do worst.

The courts have wasted 5 years of my sons life whilst they battle it out over a MSBP versus a medical negligence case.

I have yet to see or hear of a blog or an adoptive parent discussing this sensitive issue. I have not even heard of a case in either  public court, or private court concerning a right to find a true genetic key .

I was outraged as a mother with a child who had  battled with leukaemia to read how the: ” Death by Adoption”Campaigners  in the America fought on behalf of children and lost the cases to find a donor. Can you believe any court would deny the right to life by finding a biological parent for a stem cell donor?The  adopted children asked to have their cases opened to find a donor I read of  named individuals who were turned down. Some of the data was  later removed  from the internet after this .

By the time the average person in the street gets on board with the reality of the secrecy surrounding  family courts . This sensitive subject for many families : it will probably be a matter for personal concern ,as they too will know someone who is having to deal with leukaemia.

The serious problem of  being adopted  simply haunts me having witnessed so many families fighting for their children to be returned home.  The care system is very much played down by the state as they purport to be the better option for the child for the majority of it’s life time ,and it is also a very  different story after this  the reality is this children go missing and so do their case files.

If this is the case then take it , you do not have the same rights or chances as other families.  This is your life in their hands . I am quoting from reading material from  the  creditable  campaigners “Death by Adoption” in the US  this is a true account of orders written out like a virtual death sentence if you like. The courts have given out  a court order NO you can not open the file . Based on the fact that I have come through the system myself  also  I have the paperwork to back up what I am saying regarding my own child.

Many families now  tell me they too are worried about their missing children,grandchildren, post closed adoption. The previous post was about  a  global search for Graham Barnell born here in the UK living in Australia when he was diagnosed with Myeloid leukaemia I know nothing surrounding the details of Graham’s adoption only he had to look for his mother . Every case is different .These families have enough to contend without having to look for a rare gene globally something needs to be in place for them  .

Liam Donaldson has his head stuck in the sand.Families are on the move and can not be found quick enough ,when a child or adult is seriously ill.

Graham Barnell had to search globally for a rare gene he needed , he was also adopted. It is with much sadness that I have to inform you that I read on myspace he lost his battle, he lost his brave battle with cancer.

Liam Donaldson has not done enough for Families, 1 shoe does not fit all.  The truth of the matter is,some  families will not be able to find the answers on a NHS data base or a National data base it needs to be a global data base.
