I am having a break for a few days , I would also like to say for those of you who are dealing with the journalists and the so called media, please be mindful of this,”they only want a story” it may not be the same as you would wish to be printed when it goes live.I get lots of phone calls and lots of offers however I record as do not trust the media after what we have been through with so called professionals.

You can not guarantee that you will see printed what you say to them.I have had parents ringing me up, saying I did not say that. I would say this ,you want to record , you want first quotes, and you also more important want paying for the story and your time. The journalist take up too much time to deal with.The are never as quick on the uptake as the parents who have first hand experience of being abused by the courts and the system,harsh words I know but I do not suffer fools gladly .

Moving on now to issues of domestic violence .I would if you are a domestic violence victim talk to “Women’s Aid “they will check out who the journalist is for you,then  let you know who they are ,if they are creditable.

If you have no conviction against your ex-partner for abuse then  the appropriate thing to do is to say nothing about the abuse.

Moving on now to DOP questions ,and to how do you get your copies of your file from Social Services & Caffcass aka Crafty Cap?

Make the request using the Data of Protection Act if after 40 days they do not give it to you contact the ICO Information Commissioner Office. They will take over and deal with the Local Authority.The Authorities do every thing in their power to destroy you and wear you down.Do not give up  after exhausting all the domestic remedies in the UK head of to the ECHR’s to expose the no complaints system which has legally kidnapped your child/children.

Good Luck keep going do not give in.

I am taking a business approach with CraftyCap .

Some families are not so fortunate as us ,and  dare I say it ,at least our child has not gone missing yet !. In Some cases yellow files go missing and children go missing without a care order. This is why I want to get a global data base for missing children to be able to find stem cell donors or bone marrow donors.I do not care if it is a sensitive issue for most families to deal with .This system stinks , you can stand in our town now outside Social Services and see the walking wounded who are being targeted for adoption……. This week I met another mother I have know for years.A lovely baby in the pram the 2 year old was going for adoption she told me. Another DV victim talking to another mother who lost her case in 2005.Nothing has changed stay or leave SS have you , you can not win.It is PAS or it is failure to protect…….

Coming back to Caffcass I decided since it was on my way I would be helpful and drop of a bundle which they are going to get anyway . Maybe we will call this a back up service. I got the idea from BT ,don’t worry if you lose a file we will have  aback up………

I would advise  many parents to back track and see if your file has gone missing.

The GMC are putting in an application to the courts for a Non Party Disclosure. I do not know many people who have got this far. Thanks to the Clayton ruling and a lot of support over the years I have had on the internet I would like to say to all of you do not give up.

In any other business you simply would not be allowed to break the law to get off with legally kidnapping children.

For many of us now it is too late , however for most of you it is not too late to cop yourself on.

Get the message out to children look for your file if it is gone it is a corrupt file .You are STOLEN TO ORDER!

I can not remember this mans name , the guy sitting with Esther seen him on the tv a presenter ? We all know the mouth piece at the back of the room who kept interjecting with stupid remarks all night long.
At one stage he told me it was not the platform for this. I have spent thousands visiting these so called contact centres over the years and they are in Luton & Dunstable so this is the right location , also the subject would have been of interest to some like Esther Rantzen , who has had a significant interest in child protection over the years she has been in the media. If Esther is to decide to stand as an independent MP then I will contact her again and as a children’s rights campaigner,and certainly will want to bring up the serious short comings of the Children’s Prisons we have in our areas until conditions have improved along with staff training of so called professionals.
Many more parents need to contact MP’s with complaints and also ask Ofsted to re think their policies on inspection of private companies making a lot of money and causing so much misery to children.

I got a brief chance to tell Esther about the grim contact centres in Luton. We have all been to a contact centre somewhere in the UK and it is just like a Children’s Prison . I have tried to find out more about them . I will ask My MP again what we can do about these places to improve the safety and make it a place where children can relax and have fun if only for 1 hour a month. It is the least we can do when families travel so far to have contact post court hearings.

All being well I am hoping to go to the public meeting in Luton Tuesday 16th June 7:00-7:30 pm Esther Rantzen is coming to the Luton Town football Club  she wants as many people there as possible.I hope to tell Esther why I think she will make a good MP for Luton. One of the questions I will be raising as a children’s rights campaigner will be to see  if Esther decides she will stand in now Margaret Moran has gone,will she be able to  help me to investigate the scandal of the appalling state of the  private contact centres here in Luton that   the local authority has given a contract too.

I also want reassurances from MP’s  to finding out who is responsible  for the safety of women going there in perverse reversal of custody cases in Domestic Violence cases ,now wasn’t that Margaret Moran’s  campaign domestic violence ?,I had no joy with Margaret over the safety issues for women travelling alone to these back streets to see their children in contact centres.

I also want reassurances that  there will be  no further cases of complaints, or  serious incidents whilst families are locked inside the contact centres.I refer to the Daily Mail article  involving a father Mr Johnathon Phillips  going to prison for attacking social worker.This was case in Norfolk the father got  2 years  in prison for defending his daughter from a social worker harming her .

Moving on now to a more serious complaint ,I do not want to hear of any more children dying whilst assessments are being done in contact centres either .The serious incident of a drunken father rolling over his baby in a contact centre .Then the other case of a woman who lost it, with a knife,  inside a contact centre.

There needs to be a cctv and properly trained staff on the premises.Then we can actually see the problem with who the abuser IS  and the innocent parties being set up for court. I would warn people not to cross the threshold without  a witness or a body guard or a solicitor .It is going to be their word that is heard and not yours in court.

I personally do not like the chances or the probability of this being a safe place , who says it is? Well it is a safe way to make a fast buck and not spend much of the budget that you are paid by Local Authorities. Question do the  MPs know ? and  who will turn a blind eye  & a deaf ear when you ask how  much is being spent. I am still waiting for the information.

I am sure Esther  is the woman for the job ,given her passion for children’s rights , also the team work in producing That’s Life with a brilliant track record for under cover corruption ………

I personally think it is high time now that  Luton was cleaned up and public and private sectors held accountable for service they provide and auditing is long over due.

I want to know how much it cost to detain children in a Children’s Prison= private contact centre.

This crossed my mind when I stepped off a plane at Gatwick on my return journey from a wedding in Ireland in July 2004 to see my son whilst we were being assessed for 42 weeks in a court case. This is just backward ,also it is  just so disgusting to house families here. You would not dream of taking your child to such a depressing hole as these contact centre’s are  in poorer  areas which are run down.

Moving on now I would be embarrassed as a resident in Luton to have a visitor from abroad to have to visit a family  member in there ,only to see how badly our children are being looked after or being neglected by local authorities passing the buck to private companies to get away with murder.

It cost me thousands to visit my son in 2004 -2006 ,now I want to know how much do private companies make and spend on the improvements of their properties in Luton.

Let us see under Data of Protection how much this venue makes and what the incentives are for untrained people who work for social services to say that families have to stay locked down for the duration of many years in supervised contact.

If it has locks and bars on doors and windows ,if it is a lasting negative experience for children .Then a contact centre is now being classified as a Children’s Prison.

In view of past comments like Childline bread a monster , and other comments about social services is a  system which is totally out of control now and long in need of an over haul.

I think it is high time many more  children & families  trapped in the system need to have a voice.Or at least an independent body to turn to when they need to complain about a corporate parent abusing a looked after child.

Well my god did you see the state of the BBC Panorama Programme last night David Southall?What ever happened to investigation team? They never mention how much he got for trials or research how he spent the money, nothing.

It is really about time someone told the “BBC the DUMBING DOWN ERA IS OVER ”

Thank god for the GMC believing the mother, they are well used to seeing lying social workers reports and carefully edited minutes from meetings.As for Penny Mellor was that the 2 second phone call somebody made to her house she was done for they had no proof of anything else she was set up by Dr Southall .

Moving on now  quote from the book ‘Stolen Innocence” by John Batt solicitor also a very good  family friend of the Clark Family.The BBC left out the name of the person from the Sally Clark trial, you know the 1 that hid the evidence so as she would be left to rot in jail for something she never done.

Shame on  you for doing this programme, is all I have to say really to the BBC this is not what we pay our tv license for . Just maybe Panorama  would have all been better off  staying at home and taking a break this was pathetic journalism .This is not what the public want ,more insults, about  the” truth about the misuse of NHS employees “and how much money a year they make in private numbers too these other expert witnesses make out of families post final hearing court cases.

We the audience are  kind of ready now for the truth now we even demand or expect real exposure of a kind where we can highlight the real abuse of children by the corporate parent obviously this is far too sensitive a subject for the BBC and best left to campaigners as the BBC do not want to dirty their hands .

When you are ready to do a programme tacking issues that really concern the general public then come back.Once we open up the corruption then can we begin to deal with the abuse of all children that does include even those children in care.

I am switching off from the tv -media and will be relying on the social networking sites which is light years ahead of the media when it comes to stories. It does not take that long to find  families ,also first hand experience from families willing to tell the truth about how they lost their children or they were harmed by doctors .I believe it took 18 years or 20 years for the BBC to do many of these cases how the nanny state dictates how the media feeds us bullshit .

The dumbing down the  audience which is us !!

Just take notice, of how low, they will go to cover up corruption in the family division.  It is ALL  about the money folks thats all it is about.Caffcass is a non-departmental public body of the Department for Children,Schools and Families(DCSF) 

Caffcass making sure it will lose your file and your child .

Do not be fooled by the cutes logo in the top right hand corner.

Just for the record Caffcass   did not bother to  investigate my complaints about Dale Wood Caffcass officer in 2005 -2006 either.
