Ritual laying in bed relaxing reading a book.

Sunday is a luxury now as I get a cup of french coffee pick up the book and head back to the comfort of my bed,after all that I have been through over the years I make time to rest up . I used to head back here on my worst days to my bedroom sometimes I would take a sleeping tablet when I got up and go back to sleep again escaping from this awful nightmare .

In the earlier days the social worker would not ring up she would just turn up out of the blue in the 4 wheel drive would turn up with a family aid un announced . You see it is against the law to call them social workers if they are not in-fact SW’s.So I would make a cup of coffee some lunch and to avoid anymore intrusion into our home by letting them,I decided I would make her ring up and ask first if this was ok to turn up .I never had a minute back then to rest or even by fresh food whilst these assessments were going on and I got given the general run around.

Someone later said to me it is necessary to train some people just like you would a dog. With this sound advice I made sure this social worker never ever intimidated me ,later on she tried her hardest to abuse this position.I did eventually have her trained like a dog ,making her deliver letters by hand to my solicitors office .Confidential letters which you the public or 3rd party must never see! All the lies & perjury that social workers say and the stuff that goes on behind the secret closed court doors.

The last post my ex-partner just did not get the part about his son having cancer at all.This was about him not his son what he needed to get out of all of this before it was too late. So he continued in a manner he has done all his life. With attacking me which is a form of bullying.So when professionals who have since had to work with this father have written up reports for court I am not surprised they have encountered the same problems ,he has a past of a history of violent crime and is well able to protect himself. So this hard man reputation is not going to wash with man that I am the one who was violent.

I am not even going there to answer the allegation my son has done it for me later when in a session with DR B she came out and asked him did your mother ever………

It is a pity she did not listen instead of creating a picture of Parent Alienation Syndrome for the court. IF my son says” he was hit you listen to who IT was he say’s “HIT him “you do not shut a child up, this is what she done,the expert witness,she shut us up for

Saturday Morning I have taken up a ritual,I treat myself I go back to bed with a cup of coffee & a book and stay there till I am good and ready to get up.I am reading the Kite Runner by Kaled Hosseini . I stop at page 163 and read over these words ” Blood is a powerful thing,bachem never forget that”.

The couple discuss adoption as an option ,other quotes follow such as” you do not know what blood you are going to get when adopting a child “. This is all relevant to those of us families, as we watch innocent families fight for the return of their children who have been abducted by the state to achieve adoption targets in borough after borough the figures for adoption are soaring and no 1 can deny this fact.

Until my son got leukaemia , and Emergency Protection Order was taken out by a doctor, much later on I was set up in a witch-hunt for a mild dose of a MSBP mother in closed court . It is fair to say I had not got a clue about the difficulties these adopted children face in the future regarding finding a blood relative .The mammoth task involved in finding a blood donor or a stem cell donor or a bone marrow donor is a frightening task for these families to say the very least. I have supported the recent campaigner Adrian Sudbury who sadly recently died, Adrian went to see Gordon Brown with over 11,000 signatures to recruit more people to join the register. Well who is campaigning for the adopted children/adults. I can not see anyone out there doing anything at all because simply it has not affect their family yet.

We have all the appropriate departments in Goverment ,then along comes some child’s mother another campaigner who is now convinced having gone through the system ,that the courts are not dealing with the pathology as they should do .The pathology is now being discredited in closed court .Who the hell do these solicitor’s & Judges think they are to play long drawn out legal games with expert opinions with peoples lives,simply because the money is there to finance it all.

You only have to look at the adopted parents in the Gay Salt Death Case & lots of other cases.I apologize sorry “you can’t look,you can not see either , as it is secret” ,well the secret is out now as the families are removing the gagging orders and getting their stories out on the internet.The power of the courts is this to tell them take down the information or do the 2 years maximum in prison. The power of the internet now is that supporters & campaigners have now join forces in exposing this system that is long due an overhaul .

People are free in other countries are able to discuss also post on websites what is the real shame of our Governments who are central to the concern of the real abuse or human rights of children in the UK.So as one site goes down another will go up in an effort to maintain freedom of speech.

Returning now back to those diaries if I do not do it now I never will.

9th August 2004 1:45 – 2:00 L& D Oncology clinic

To meet the team looking after C I am asked by Dr T why C is not down for UK2003 ALL trials ,I thought it was a choice? now it seems more like a question! , I have said no to parts of research yes to other parts of the research . I have said this before in other posts.So much for the MSBP they would have said yes to this looking for the attention or glory that this would bring them by taking part in such a trial.

By the 11th week the team need to have entered C into the trial I researched this later when I stumbled across ethics safety report on the John Radcliff Site my son has a 4 digit number 47..

10th August 2004 10:00- 1:00 pm contact in or around Luton

I bought C some games for the play station also a disposable camera for C we went for a McDonald’s I never eat in there just have a coffee.C asks when am I going to see my brother G? next question when are the courts going to make a decision? bearing in mind this is a 7 year old child having treatment for leukaemia.

We go the same places week in week out it never differs ,it is boring,also repetitive,same activities as bowling ,then McDonalds,maybe the Pictures week in, week out, it is costing me a fortune and note I am not working . I am paying out a lot of money to go to contact, the social worker is suppose to be supporting us! however, it feels like us nannying the Social Workers around, I am more than sick & tired of this already, as we find out from experience just how useless this lot are,she has now lost her car in the Arndale car park she has a habit of getting lost on a regular basis on trips to Cambridge. Much later on, I wish she would just get lost as she turns up unannounced to our home wanting to get in!! .

So we are left alone waiting by a wall the safer option than trawling the multi-story car park with some token idiot who has lost her car and can’t find it ,can you believe this she has been given a position as a senior child protection officer:allocated this position by social services and I can not see what she really is good at as she seems to have no real life skills?. I study her very closely throughout our ordeal over the 42 weeks it takes to run it’s course .C asks what happened about the woman ? he remembers I got in trouble for complaining about the woman in hospital snoring etc …… I think he wants more information as to the extent of trouble I am now in?

I try and calm him a bit now by saying” he must be good and do what the foster carers say they are only looking after you till I can get you home”,he asks me ” am I doing my medical training with the nurse”?,I reply yes” how long is it going to take”, ?(It is suppose to take a weekto train the average joe bloggs in reality, however, let’s face it I am in a situation now were I can not pass go and I can NEVER collect my child back from the courts I just do not know this at the time).

C is still not happy about going to bed early. If he is on steroids then he is hyperactive and won’t be able to sleep much.If you go to bed early this way time goes faster for you and you will see me again soon the next day,I hope this persuades him to go to bed early now,however this is the worst time of the day for me too, so the same could be said for C.

I then ask him” is he angry with me or does he hate me”, he says” no” to this he is even adamant about this.Finally I manage to find this out before the token SW arrives back in her small big four wheel drive car . I ask C “if he is seeing his dad”?He said” he hoped he wouldn’t have to”.Only once he saw him C then told me that his dad told him” that he had marks & bruises on him when he was little or his dad was persuading him to say something similar”.

On May the 7/5/2004 I read the reports the father rang social services up and said” he read somewhere diet caused leukaemia “, he said” he thought it was down to me not being able to look after him feeding him proper food,”he said ” I had not fed him a proper diet”. This child was old enough to remember his fathers mother, his grandmother sit down in our home and eat a 3 course meal with glasses of wine & brandy to finishing it all off with.This is just 1 example of the many family gatherings which took place at our home. There is a parent at St Martins school who remembers my kindness towards this grandmother, she said” I think this is great you get on with each other,even though you do not get on with her son”my philosophy was for this to work we did not have to necessary like each other she had a right to see her grandson.

This lady has now watched what has happened to her daughter’s friend , with shock horror as it unfolds now reading more reports that the grandmother went behind my back to the head mistress and said” she had concerns about C “. There were no concerns in the past about my son only the false allegations once said can never be retracted or forgiven .What took this family nearly 8 years to come forward with allegations of abuse? They were not so concerned to let me take sole care of a relative who would never have been made a referral to social services if it was not for a doctor taking out an EPO. The allegations would have lay dormant un -acted on as none of it could be proved or is a true account of what happened. I would never have been any wiser to what they had said about me until under data of protection I got access to the files.Now I want to see more files that are following my son from school to school .

I have had a tough week this week, I have been to the hospital to see a consultant I have been booked in for urgent surgery for a frozen shoulder so will be struggling to blog as the recovery is said to take at least 6 weeks. The expert witness says” I have stomatoise disorder,abnormal illness behaviour” the doctors say different. I need urgent surgery and no amount of cbt therapy is going to help this .My quality of life is now suffering.I always seem to leave it far too long,before I seek appropriate help for anything to do with my own health ,knowing now the comments that are written on my case file post final hearing. I lost all sense of privacy & dignity when solicitors read & EW’s stepped outside their field of expertise. Now I know how the woman with cancer who died fearing going to the doctors incase they took her children away from her felt.

I am not if I confess finding this easy to keep going back,however if it helps someone else then it will be worth it all.

This week I have also been delayed with the paperwork Caffcass has said the file was not kept I will have to try again, appeal if necessary ,ask if they will look again . I have been told the Legal Services Commission will use their discretion if I give a reason why I have gone over the 6 month period for complaints now 4 years down the line .I am complaining about EW’s who are doctors , part of it feels like it is crazy to even try.I am not alone it seems the consensus is,that it is a waste of time. This is just an academic exercise,or fact finding which , also will help to research just how far the departments will go to cover up maladministration of paperwork.

It turns out the child’s solicitor is a judge now,why does this not surprise me? the legal guardian in tow with this solicitor has made sure after she retired there would be no paper trail.

You can just guess this mother is like the character Columbo who remembers Columbo ? he just goes on and on ….. except I do not smoke.

I am pushing for a public Inquiry I guess there will be a standard reply from ……. there is insufficient evidence. There is ample evidence they just will not hand it to me under data of protection blah blah blah First of all they delay the paperwork for court make sure your barrister does not get an chance to read it. It is delivered at the final hour,this is however the oldest trick in the book. These professionals all know they are protected to do what ever they like under the guise of data of protection.

Jack Straw has replied with the bog standard letter ,computers are not able to cope with storing information about how many parents are barred out of court on section 91/14 thats all well and good Jack but what are you going to do about it ?.Well thank you Jack put your feet up honey and we will collect the data for you even install it on your hard drive then you can get someone to remove it just like the caffcass family advisor did before she retired with assurance her name would be kept out of a cover up..

I am waiting for a reply from Mr Gordon Brown next waiting for you to fobb me off next.

This week I am recovering slowly now from a hectic week along with the rest of the families out on the demos,which were to open up the closed courts. Sadly there needs to be a cooling down period from the events which have put a lot of people under enormous pressure. This is understandable that feelings will be running high as everyone has different levels of coping in highly stressful situations.

Whatever the problems were I hope we can salvage something from this and move on now to dealing with the main priority WE WANT JUSTICE IN THE FAMILY COURTS !!

I love you all for what you are special families living under enormous amount of pressure and in pain to think You all went to all that effort going up to London is fantastic. A special thank you for having me along for a short while I wish I could have done more to help you out. If I win the lottery tomorrow I will ring up Alan Sugar and get us all some advice how to improve on what is a brilliant idea,next time lets focus on having more laughs and fun on the way around the country on other demos.

We will all learn and move on from this I do not want to see anyone missing from the next demo lets all stay together for the sake of Justice.

I have started to ring around each one of you and will be now asking you to stop the comments on facebook as a favour to me .

Anyway no one else will look as good as Father Christmas & No one will ever pull of a performance like Lady the Judge.

I am having a break from the 2004-2006 diaries as this week 18th – 22nd August 2008 is the start of yet more demos this time with street acting,so I have been out with the other families turning up outside the courts in the Luton,Hemel & Watford on the Hercules bus.

We go back to 2005 from the Fassit forum. A 100 people turned up back then in 2005 to a meeting chaired by John Hemmings Lib dem MP for Birmingham in council chambers Justice for Families was launched to help support families navigate through the corruption of closed court.

So where are we 3 years down the line? the answer to this is “we are all struggling on regardless turning up for demos ,also trying to work are own cases”.

There is still as yet note NO work shop for help with the paperwork which was said to be starting up to help parents who have sacked their solicitors and gone on to fight their cases

Just maybe an MP will progress to getting government funding to help such stoic families ,this surely would be a sound investment in the long run,as it WILL save so much for the tax-payer.

Moving on now some of those parents have had the insight, or good fortunate to have escaped this country,whilst managing to take with them their precious children,in fact they are turning their backs on this country in search of a better quality of life for their children ,and who can blame them .So we will have to say good luck to them long may they run.

Rather than face a closed trial here in the UK ,if this keeps up then the courts will have to consider changes in lifestyle people in society really want and not reclassification of alleged child abuse trumped up cases in closed court.

This week saw parents board a double decker bus which eventually is heading out to europe with their cases .We all say the same this draconian rule has simply got to stop, the public & the media should now be allowed inside to stop these kangeroo trials taking place. The identity of the child can still be kept anon. The other Identities of Experts & social Workers can not be kept anon. Only when this request is finally accepted in the public interest,then maybe we will see fairer trials in (closed )court.

What is interesting is the children they seem more clued up than the general public, as we all know gossip is bad for business. I wondered, after being subjected to the insider dealings of court just were their future vote will go, also what career will these children go into when they are adults.

I was left without any doubt these are the next generation coming through a system in the future as parents ,who will be armed with and prepared for the arrival of the corporate parent: looking for future generations of likely targets for adoption or children being abducted by the state for want of a better word.I have to say eugenics is very much the guideline which has been handed down since Margaret Thatcher’s day ; Margaret Thatchers child ! meet the children on the bus they are adamant in saying no to your ideology.

I was sitting in my GP’s surgery the other day I look up and read: domestic violence poster Your Right to be safe !I want to tear this poster down or warn women do not say in closed court your ex has been violent because they use this against you. I have since gone live with Women’s Aid anon of course

This is the sickest joke of all time.

I attend the first appointment for a report for court with the Dr A he says “I would not believe her when she says about the Domestic Violence ” , he believes my ex though when he lies to him about the CRB check: tells him he does not have 1 .

We have not arrived and she wants to know how Dr A is going to do me I find it in the paperwork years later? Psychiatrist Dr B we will call her the ex is booked in for 10th Friday September ,I am booked in after him with her on 17th Friday ,funny thing is this she has a woman sit in with he for safety ? The SW’s later go to his house in pairs ,yet they say no DV problems.

If there is a private joke maybe someone should tell the mothers about it.

The ex tells her what he does not tell DR A he has a CRB because I have told her. Well what they all say in conference and what the judges say to the media is all what is what they want you to hear.

I just wonder what Audrey Mullender,Professor of Social Work at the University of Warrick would have to say if she clapped eyes on the report she done on myself and my son.

Google Children &Domestic Violence it’s effects and implications for contact London 9 November 2001 see who is sitting on the conference ,then meet up with the mothers in chat rooms and compare notes on the so called experts . We have all lost children to abusive men .

We mothers have not seen our children for over 2- 4 years in some cases .

The child’s solicitor advertises the same crap you have a right to feel safe from DV wonder how my son is getting on now? he must be fully aware of that temper by now regardless what number wife he is on now also why we never really got on as a couple or stayed together for his sake.

My son has more treatment for leukaemia he is expected to travel to Harrow to see the next EW as she does NOT travel, she charges
