I would like to show the public what would you do about a case which was a medical priority with serious health problems concerning   a seriously ill child who was having with treatment for leukaemia and on treatment for 3 years?

The fact is the Luton social worker covered it up and now the LA are supporting her. My Mp is writing on my behalf for a serious case review or a public inquiry .

I never wrote the notes,it was a good old fashioned practitioner  senior social worker named Julie Tadd.

I am going to make life harder for Cafcass & Luton Social Services. In stead of posting Sharon Andrews contact sheets and her in house e-mails on this post for all to see . Lets us play a game of cat and mouse with the Local Authority & Cafcass seen as on 02 June  I have been subscribed to this blog  by Sophie .Cappleman @cafcass.gsi.gov.

I will post this information and set to private  and password protect this section and continue to support other families sort the paperwork for court. So if you want to contact me for help on here and I will be checking the IP addresses and taking precautions as this week I have been subjected this week  to a person claiming to be a victim when they were not a victim at all.

Let me state  my position .I have no time for child abusers and lack empathy so do not contact me or I will make a police complaint and track you down with the IP address.

Coming back to this paperwork penned by Sharon Andrews has been cross referenced and sent to the GMC to clarify all the false allegations made against me  . For example when Sharon Andrews family aid  sat for 1 hour in Addenbrookes hospital  by my sons bedside whilst he was sleeping or getting over a lumber puncture  it was a case of  either you or Julie Tadd were writing up the contact sheets you said my son C never asked to see me !

The pressure  which was put on a seriously ill  child to perform for social services ,within a timescale of 1- 2 hours  was horrendous to say the least . Did you not think for a moment that  the challenge was set far to high for a seriously ill child? Later on, I asked for copies of the files and the ICO told Luton SS to hand the copies over to me.

Contained within  this small file that was finally  sent out by Luton SS when accompanied by  the nurses notes from the solicitors bundles , which I  say I never got  the time, or copies of at the time the court case was live to read through all the bundles ,  also you can add to these bundles the  experts minutes meeting to these  just before the final  hearing with Grace Human foster carer .

Armed with all of this evidence , there was ample evidence not picked up by in it to bin it solicitors when cross relating this evidence to support that yourself & the foster carer painted a  very false picture of C’s wishes and feelings.

I have a question for Sharon Andrews how did you look C in the eye when he said this,( I want to see my mummy when am I going to see my mummy) and Alison Dowsett oncology nurse at Addenbrookes  recorded what he said in his medical notes. “I want to see my mummy?” I believe you  replied ,or said to him we are waiting for her to contact us.

How did that sit with you ? lying to a child .Do you lie to your own child at home? or the children you take out of the care pool ?

Would you ever explain your actions to C why you done this, when you reported that he never asked to see his mother? Would this information not be classified as emotional harm, and  would it not be upsetting for him to read in his case file .

This is such a mess now, as even if you say the file is destroyed like Cafcass you can never recover  once your paperwork has been read ,shared and discussed with a 3rd party using the Clayon Versus Clayton ruling.

I stand by the amount of time needed to assess a family and the so called training needs to clearly be  challenged by solicitor’s before putting this as evidence before a court. Social Services should be held accountable and be prosecuted for such maladministration of evidence.

Using the Clayton versus Clayton ruling anyone wishing to see this paperwork when cross referenced as it stands all penned by the multi-agency and has not been doctored .This would go half way to expalining the lies the Luton SS said I could not have copies of the file , they telephoned to say I could come in and look at it in Parys  Road Family centre.

If you are going through a similar ordeal when they delay your request and try and fob you off with looking at the file still persist and ask for copies of your file quoting the correct 40 days handover  section 7 of the DPA ……

I suggest to you that maybe the SS hide so much more  behind the excuse of protecting the child’s ID ,we need transparency in the closed courts as it is long over due.

For anyone who has been through the system and worked with idiots or had to endure the public staring at them when they were being assessed by untrained family aids or fully qualified freaks who have entered the social work industry would also know this is not the answer to why you would not need more time with a social worker.

Tim Loughton needs to sit down and review some of the cases and the parents who have become experts at exposing what is wrong with social services.

I think an example of the paperwork and the mental health capacity and random drug testing would be an ideal place to start looking at what is wrong with the people working in social services.

Time more paperwork was posted I think .

Who would want more time with a social worker or a Family aid worker who could not tell the time of day let alone the truth?

as I have had a lot of hits  this week , I can only conclude it is Luton Social Services reading the blog .I have had a lot of hits about you I would like to tell you what I am intending to do next.

From experience,  we all know the attitude of the Luton Social Services complaints department and other departments through out the country ,and how they have  covered your back for so long. I am willing to let the maladministration run the full length of it’s course until I get a public inquiry which will finally be in the general publics interest to know what kind of people we have working inside Social Care that obviously cares F…k all about children especially children battling to survive leukeamia.

I will tell you what you can do now , you can run off to your legal department and you can guess exactly who has got copies of this paperwork and how far this paperwork has gone using the Clayton ruling and more important of all where will it end up next ?

If you want to play the court game now I have an audience waiting to see how long you get for contempt of court  or more to the point how social workers get for contempt for child abuse. I promise you faithfully that once you make attempts to remove any content from this blog  or get a court order  ,some of your finest work for core assessments and paperwork will be posted online and drop on as many social networking sites all outside of the reach of UK Secret Courts as I have friends across the pond will love to come to my aid and expose what you have done to my son C  , and that includes the in it 2 bin it solicitors in the back pocket of the Local Authority .

Thank you for taking the time to read this I know that you are protected by big gun lawyers who have helped you  cover up your tracks over the last 5 years , but it has failed as the GMC have been sent the paperwork as a 3rd party,the paperwork has been cross referenced  to a complaint put in about the expert Dr Sturge & Dr Wilkins , so just like the Shoesmith saga I am sure you will also have your day back in court and I will finally have the right to Justice .

When is it never child Abuse ? when it is done legally behind closed doors by the corporate parent that is when.

It chilled me to the core to read the statistics on here yesterday to find these words ” to say good bye”….. and next to this her name Dr Claire Sturge, that is what somebody typed into google yesterday by doing a search they found my blog.

This blog is about us as a family , our living nightmare ,our experience of surviving closed family court and the final hearing ,it continues 5 years on with surviving being torn apart by social services and solicitors only in it to binning the case from the start ,not to mention coining in taxpayers money for court cases.
Ordinary families can not prepare themselves for this experience,an if the solicitors are honest which they are not they do not have any realistic chance of winning inside what we know as a Kangeroo court.

Who ever has done the search yesterday I dread to think how they are feeling right now I understand what will happen to your family next. I too have had enough of saying goodbye to my son in supervised contact to last a life time.In our case it just heightens what we are saying is wrong with the system that is controlled by Local Authorities and courts.
What the judge said was she could not comprehend how any mother could not want to see her child in a supervised contact setting.Maybe the judge should go into the world of supervised contact do it anon or under cover and use her imagination or have a heart an feel the full force of legal child abuse handed out by social workers in private contact centres then and only then will she understand what is wrong.

What made it really worst for us was my son survived leukeamia and 3 years treatment only to be wasting valuable time off his young life spent wasted in courts, meetings and finally in some run down property run by an ex-social worker who gets £45 an hour to write lies about me in particular for court.

These contact centres are nothing but holding cells to break parents down & children down and are harming children. The strange thing is there is no research done on this is there?

It also pains me to think that nearly 5 years on there are other children & mothers this is still happening to and there is nothing we can do about it realistically to warn families about the closed court experience.

Ideally I would like to connect a few of the media journalists who are writing these stories about mostly women who are losing custody,or who have very little contact or contact has been made so miserable by social services that they walked away from it.

We families are talking about everything and sharing a lot more besides talk.I am going to do a video with parents talking about their individual or personal experience what it was like it could help some people to join all the dots up by taking part in doing research ,or linking up and finding out more each day,which can only help you to understand the system. So this could also be of use to you to .

For a start ,we are wondering just how many of these cases there are, of children gone missing against their expressed wishes ,we have read not just recently in the papers, but over a long period of time the cases of children being forced to go live with fathers.
These same names are coming up time and time again Dr Claire Sturge & Danya Glaser are in connection to so many children going missing and mothers getting no contact with there mother? They bring Dr Sturge in on the final hearing when they want to finish off the mother who is clever an picks up something is wrong with the legal guardian not listening to the child.

Is this some kind of Nazi experiment in trauma ?
What is going on ?
You will have to accept sometimes, children do have issues about not wanting to see their fathers, and it can not all be simply because of PAS or implacable hostility there are valid reasons for not going to see somebody,what if they are being abused or mistreated.

As I am getting more women who are contacting me about Dr Sturge yes this is the same expert in our case I have to ask this next question :”Why are we seeing so many more cases in the media concerning a perverse reversal of custody of children?” is she directly involved or responsible for these cases , is it possible to pull the information from somewhere using the Data of Protection Act?

The GMC case handler that I have, said to me ,please encourage any more people to put in their complaints in writing as another mother had previously rang up and spoke to him and said she wanted to put in complaints but dare not put in complaints as she was threatened with a reversal of custody she had spoken to him first then after speaking to me about my experience with being sliced up in a meeting with Dr Sturge in 2004 at her Gayton Road Family Clinic she went on to use NLP tactics to pull information from me,by doing this Dr Sturge was able to conclude it was implacable hostility and missed obvious important facts out which are relevant to the case .Is this only an agenda with Dr Sturge does she see PAS everywhere or is she just against mothers having a good loving bond with their children?
Why is she promoting the welfare of children to be raised with a parent who is violent or has abused a child in their past.

Do You ever ask yourself WHY  you  TRUSTED  and signed the working agreement document with Social Services?

I trusted the Social Services ,solicitors and courts to be honest . So I completely opened the door to my home and worked with the social workers in good faith,that was in April 2004 – February 2005   the early days, simply because that was the kind of person I was , that person has  I am glad to say died a shocking death in 2006 and paid a hefty price for making this mistake.

Since then I have moved on to 2009 and I said I will not work with Social Services or courts even if that means I will get back my child,and this said I will not take this back that is how strong I feel ,and who can blame me for  taking  a much more  cynical  attitude , also  a hardline approach is very much needed when working with these  professionals. I would doubt a solicitor  or a social worker would dare try it on with me again .

So by the time they finished stitching me up in a closed court , the working relationship if that was the title you could give to it  was anything but that, working with us  was a very difficult experience quoted Dale Wood Cafcass legal guardian to my son.

It would be unfair, to say that I had a good working arrangement with this social worker for a lot of reasons, the biggest reason was she personalized the case from the start, and she also had a very deformed and twisted mind. I found her child like , and very petty and very scruffy to be seen out with in the community I hated the stares people would look at her  trailing around 3 paces behind us  ……….

She would  ideally want to be in my house early in the morning , saying “I am outside your door”, tough I am on the bus in 3 roads up from where you are parked up or watching her do her 15 minutes work out in the  same gym I was going to . I refused to speak to her in the end , hung up on her ,would not go in a room with her at Unity House the more you talked the more they lied about what you said, she even tried to get an injunction out against me saying hello to her in the changing rooms of the gym. She never succeeded ,as the judge said it would scare my son to know I was in prison.

She told Judge Mac Gregor she was scared of me ,and wanted an injunction, she had good reason to be scared she knew I was on to her and she was a liar. Julie Tadd knew her game was up ,as much as she tried to wind up me or my eldest son we laughed at her  for it. At the final hearing she waited for the drama of screaming match to start and again she never got it ,so  when she and her side kick Sharon Andrews expected me to fall to bits, or collapse I retreated and went on holiday ,if the professionals went on holiday I went on holiday . I did say in court to her I could kiss you ,you know ,as I thank her  for doing everything you have done. I now have a much better life than you…. .Her face was a picture when I said this , this process is all about destroying a persons world . I will never forget her face when I said this to her, she let it slip the face was gutted, she turns around in Debenham’s to get a good look at me when she sees me in town. I let her as she can look take a good look at all the hours wasted and thousands of taxpayers money on the mother who never went down for nothing at all.

The working agreement was never signed again , the expert was never trusted either , if she asked to see me again which she did after the final hearing was over , I took my  solicitor with me.I learned to suss people  out in my environment very quickly,also what they wanted from me or wanted me to do next . I questioned the cost of it all and how much it was bankrupting me to continue with working with the courts for so long .

If I was to survive the court experience I needed to function on the same level as them without emotion I soon got sick of being played my friend said they are so predictable.

It has sadly left me with no respect for professionals ,and I  will never completely   trust anyone again after this ,and who can blame me for this I have been abused by all and sundry .I would also have to say that this,  the whole CLOSED  court experience  has hardened me up,much more than I ever expected I would dare to admit too. I got asked a few weeks ago by a doctor if I was a social worker and I can talk like I have no child  without the emotion . So think again if you are heading to the Family courts trust no one. As these respectable professionals  can and will  use you,simply  just because they can get away with it in a secret court.

I was probably no different than the next person to trust a professional . The general public put their  trust in the multi-agency groups and expect them to be honest,and do their job.

It was our experience that they were anything but honest or even cared about the children in their line of duty.

The foster carer was not much different it was for her all about the money. I got the odd homemade card or present a few sweets that are in a box with so many kisses and I love you Mum on the paperwork just does not add up. The foster carer said that my son never asked about me or asked when he would see me next.Then again it is very good money for a special needs child some say £500 a week all in plus petrol so you work out if it pays to tell the truth especially if you have a child who is sick and can not fight back .

What must the children think about their parents , little do they know they have had contact stopped for no reason whilst they settle 3 months nothing not a phone call, or your Easter egg is sitting on the social workers desk for 3 months until it had gone green moldy.

Or how they stop the mothers contact and force a child to go see dad whether  they have expressly wished not to go does not matter.The expert witness says she has specific wishes how this must be done.

Someone said to me it is amazing how long they will keep this up covering up the lies the perjury an most of all protecting the professionals who write this stuff for court.

If somebody else is reading this did you have this social worker Julie Tadd? and did you get nowhere with your complaints . Please can somebody tell me if they know if she also came out of the systems care pool ? Was she put in care as a child? This could explain a lot and why she was off work for 1 year after taking a beautiful child out of the care pool.

I did ask Kelvin Hopkins can he find out how many social workers in Luton take away children and go on maternity leave for 1 year ? I also want to know do they put the children back in the pool and start again when they have to go missing for a long time when they are the centre of a dodgy case like ours was .
