Recently I took a break and I mean a break,have you noticed this ,you never get time off from the paperwork?

The professionals are always taking time off for  a holiday,the good old taxpayers are paying for the holiday ,and next all that is required is the naive client , who can be caught off guard because simply  they have been totally terrorized by social services getting a care order to remove their  child from their care.

I confess to having an interest in how it all comes together ,this collating of facts and evidence especially as the system has failed so many children who have died . I am not using the poor child’s name in the case of ……

What with no media still allowed in a court , and the threat of do not show your paperwork this would be a reality tv programme worth making as a matter   for the general public interest . Forget that it will never happen.I guess your next  wish would be just like  mine would be ,if  I could be a fly on the wall in the offices of these  so called practitioners  and experts and observe them at work. I doubt in reality and not in our life time we will be able to  see how they work or collate the paperwork for court  all that we know is this , it is a mess and it is not lawful either. Now how come there is no watchdog to turn to regarding complaint’s,this  urgently needs to check out this system, as the professionals are all alike in so much as the  professionals all use the same old template for destroying or long term labeling parents for court.

I do  wonder why I bother some days  to share this information,then I remember the day I left Dr Claire Sturge’s Family centre  clinic in Gayton Road,Harrow  & Dr Anthony Wilkins office rented out by the hour in Edward House Lisson Grove .Dr Sturges clinic it was stock piled with families with children waiting to be seen  in the waiting area at the front of a run down property . Dr Wilkins temporary   offices in Lisson Grove there were 2 people waiting . Dr Wilkins has his offices in Windsor, he also has a  previous warning on the GMC website……

Then I remembered   what she done to me ,and how I felt walking down the road away from the clinic ,with an awful feeling of  utter despair, and feeling totally emotionally  exhausted.

I also noted that this feeling had taken days at first then months then years  until it dawned on me ,then I admitted to myself there is no  finally getting over the reports for court or losing your child ever.

Then in May 2005  the 3rd expert who was cherry picked , we trust you do not need his CV …….this   next  question came up ” do you feel hopeless” it was asked by  by Graham Flatman I knew what he meant , but I said no to this question as they all made an expensive effort to destroy all hope .

Some days I was on that roller coaster  going up and down , I could be standing  on the platform waiting for the tube in London somewhere being ordered to go see these bullies or I would be on a Virgin transatlantic flight to somewhere getting away from it all. Next week I have to send in the report to the HPC ,hindsight is a great thing if I had never listened to the barrister when she used undue  influence on me I would not be here 6 years later doing the complaints as a method of exhausting all domestic remedies  to go to COA ……….

I want to waive the :”STRICTLY PRIVATE & CONFIDENTAL  POLICY THAT PROTECTS PROFESSIONALS”.

This is the start of yet another complaint about an expert for court which has run on for 6 years with the GMC currently looking at serious complaints I have made about an expert .It cost taxpayers £300 to ferry me from Luton  Magistrates court in an ABC taxi to see an in-house psychiatrist called Dr Horne. Please take a look at paragragph 3 Clearly the case is very complicated? (only day 3 into kangeroo trial and it is complicated,the child has cancer I have complained about his care and the rest is so expensive and complicated)and other explanations will have to be sort. In other words she is not mental ill send her to somebody else to label…..

This is for a mother (me)who has just found out her child has leukeamia and is stressed out ,a peaditrican Dr Burke thinks he will try this out for size , send me to closed court ,for emotional harm allegations and multi-axle personality tests. Please be warned these tests they are damning.

The outcome is I lost my case now I can show you how much it would cost to break us or support us as a family so if you find another high handed newly registered doctor working on a children’s cancer ward repeating this template ,here is what will happen to you & your family step by step guide to surviving the family court and doctors who remove your children from you.

It chilled me to the core to read the statistics on here yesterday to find these words ” to say good bye”….. and next to this her name Dr Claire Sturge, that is what somebody typed into google yesterday by doing a search they found my blog.

This blog is about us as a family , our living nightmare ,our experience of surviving closed family court and the final hearing ,it continues 5 years on with surviving being torn apart by social services and solicitors only in it to binning the case from the start ,not to mention coining in taxpayers money for court cases.
Ordinary families can not prepare themselves for this experience,an if the solicitors are honest which they are not they do not have any realistic chance of winning inside what we know as a Kangeroo court.

Who ever has done the search yesterday I dread to think how they are feeling right now I understand what will happen to your family next. I too have had enough of saying goodbye to my son in supervised contact to last a life time.In our case it just heightens what we are saying is wrong with the system that is controlled by Local Authorities and courts.
What the judge said was she could not comprehend how any mother could not want to see her child in a supervised contact setting.Maybe the judge should go into the world of supervised contact do it anon or under cover and use her imagination or have a heart an feel the full force of legal child abuse handed out by social workers in private contact centres then and only then will she understand what is wrong.

What made it really worst for us was my son survived leukeamia and 3 years treatment only to be wasting valuable time off his young life spent wasted in courts, meetings and finally in some run down property run by an ex-social worker who gets £45 an hour to write lies about me in particular for court.

These contact centres are nothing but holding cells to break parents down & children down and are harming children. The strange thing is there is no research done on this is there?

It also pains me to think that nearly 5 years on there are other children & mothers this is still happening to and there is nothing we can do about it realistically to warn families about the closed court experience.

Ideally I would like to connect a few of the media journalists who are writing these stories about mostly women who are losing custody,or who have very little contact or contact has been made so miserable by social services that they walked away from it.

We families are talking about everything and sharing a lot more besides talk.I am going to do a video with parents talking about their individual or personal experience what it was like it could help some people to join all the dots up by taking part in doing research ,or linking up and finding out more each day,which can only help you to understand the system. So this could also be of use to you to .

For a start ,we are wondering just how many of these cases there are, of children gone missing against their expressed wishes ,we have read not just recently in the papers, but over a long period of time the cases of children being forced to go live with fathers.
These same names are coming up time and time again Dr Claire Sturge & Danya Glaser are in connection to so many children going missing and mothers getting no contact with there mother? They bring Dr Sturge in on the final hearing when they want to finish off the mother who is clever an picks up something is wrong with the legal guardian not listening to the child.

Is this some kind of Nazi experiment in trauma ?
What is going on ?
You will have to accept sometimes, children do have issues about not wanting to see their fathers, and it can not all be simply because of PAS or implacable hostility there are valid reasons for not going to see somebody,what if they are being abused or mistreated.

As I am getting more women who are contacting me about Dr Sturge yes this is the same expert in our case I have to ask this next question :”Why are we seeing so many more cases in the media concerning a perverse reversal of custody of children?” is she directly involved or responsible for these cases , is it possible to pull the information from somewhere using the Data of Protection Act?

The GMC case handler that I have, said to me ,please encourage any more people to put in their complaints in writing as another mother had previously rang up and spoke to him and said she wanted to put in complaints but dare not put in complaints as she was threatened with a reversal of custody she had spoken to him first then after speaking to me about my experience with being sliced up in a meeting with Dr Sturge in 2004 at her Gayton Road Family Clinic she went on to use NLP tactics to pull information from me,by doing this Dr Sturge was able to conclude it was implacable hostility and missed obvious important facts out which are relevant to the case .Is this only an agenda with Dr Sturge does she see PAS everywhere or is she just against mothers having a good loving bond with their children?
Why is she promoting the welfare of children to be raised with a parent who is violent or has abused a child in their past.

These contact centres an the way they get access to a list of experts witnesses for court there is a common thread to all of this.These experts are into trauma an attachment research. Have you ever wondered why there is an issue with the private contact centres. Ofsted are not interested at all in your complaints about your experience in there either. The drug addicts an alcoholics could not attend all the dates for court an be consistent to get through the 42 weeks or more of core assessments an recommended therapy sessions needed to have your child returned home.

For those of you who are facing adoption an have babies , take a look at this link , they need families an what better way to trap innocent families that love their children an will fight for them and stick with the social services working agreement for court. This became a reality for me an I had a 7 year old child not the ages of these babies or toddlers. There is a need for an a demand an you have the goods necessary for these power freaks to do research .

The timescale is 3 months get it in if they lose your case they have to pay you compensation for losing your case.I am 4 years out of time , and not enough hours in the day to complain about my experience dealing with solicitors.I went to pay 10p a sheet for copies of paperwork I needed. I called in to Machins in  Victoria Street Lutonan what did I find? I have certainly not had copies of  all the letters of instruction to the expert witnesses for court.I have not more important got copies of a placement meeting either ,if you read the contents of this then you will see why the earlier post of Caffcass have said they have destroyed the file. When you cross reference these 1 contradicts the wishes & feelings of the child altogether an the only 1 being heard is the same sex foster carer on  a hefty wage of £500 for a special needs child.

I have to keep this post short now as I have to get ready for court, a solicitor is putting in a request for an application for a 3rd party disclosure for transcribes from the court as the experts oral evidence is just bizare as the reports an the costs they charged for writing them. £5,598 for an inconclusive report done by a psychologist who is shy about giving out his address.So works from a POBOX number. This kind of tells me what kind of personality disorder he has, andwhat a generous personality trusting taxpayers have who are willing to pay for this kind of thing to go on in secret .Just so you know that  the psychologist has had it off with your taxpayers money for incomplete work done for court . Time to get a jury into the closed courts if not to save children from forced adoption at least in a recession save us from this debt.

There is a list of interested parties the GMC listed  for court and guess what? There is now 1 of them who is not  happy about the bundles being put in to court an the request for complaints to be dealt with as a matter of public interest.

Do not mind me being set up, or being given the run around by  not  being given a chance to get hold of files or data for years now. I ask you how the hell are you expected to be able to raise complaints or give a concise report of my own of what I say is wrong with the experts. Note the solicitors leave you to get on with this as they will not help with this matter of complaint. So now it seems the expert is stonewalling all the way .The judge  who retained the case is not available  either .I can not see what is in the list that is the doctor is worried about and will not  agree the bundles.So lets see if another judge will hear it.It is listed for today 30 mins an am not sure if it will be dismissed all because the man from  Lisson Grove says NO !!!.

These  so called” Experts For Court “scam is all it comes down to  I was extremely unfortunate that my solicitor went an got me  1 of the top experts Dr Clarie Sturge  et al Danya Glaser they done the paper on emotional harm .This doctor  has been  employed for approximately for almost 60 years now.I think I should be able to discuss without prejudice an reveal the reports an faxes of how this so called expert operates independently when fact finding as an expert. I do this on a regular basis  with the use of the Clayton ruling. I am not a professional however  I am a mother who can give a true account of facts an be clear about the way the evidence is carefully selected for court. Moving on now :what I do not like to see is the contempt rule by these so called professionals  when it comes down to the  disclosure  rule  being bent right over  when it suites them for example: the open court case in February 2009  of a father going for committal proceedings of the Caffcass officer does not want her name on the judgement her crime is showing the fathers psych reports to an outside agency again not experienced enough to be able to offer counselling to the father. The Caffcass officer is afraid she will not work again. Clearly it is a pity she did not apply the same rule for the father when she leaked his psych report. Coming back to our case an my own experience .I  have spent some of my spare time when I am not sweeping through either my sons medical records or my own reading just  how, or what comments are pulled from historic events to be able to fall into such a MSBP  category.This label just hast to be the  worst label  of them all, an if you go investigating your files looking for evidence then you risk  ending  up looking obsessive.

With my experience I have tried to be constructive in so much as  I have the intellect to be able to read , understand an expose the system an all it’s failings. Oh an I am willing to learn more  about this.I also guide desperate families  who are shocked by finding they have got some damning results when these reports come back to them via the solicitor. Please try to keep a level head on such matters . Families  are  more than likely to be either exposed to psychiatric abuse or have already been exposed an harmed in this process. Typically most parents will go along with the legal game plan until it is far to late the damage is done . I went through the system  so far, an then put my foot down on firmer ground just use your common sense .

The so called facts you will need are these, you will be emotionally vulnerable having lost your children to foster care and will only be getting limited  contact on the basis thinking that  if you play along…..So when you get told to go for psych reports check out the concerns that the Family Law blog are highlighting………

Are  you REALLY going to admit  to a FAULT  that you have  never  before the EPO was taken out against you , this problem  which only exists on this court  paperwork ,which can not be shown to anyone else for legal advice if you do you can go to prison for ?Free advice do not worry about the gag orders or penal attachments try  using the Clayton Ruling why don’t you  expose  the corruption of it all  who are getting paid by  opening up the scandal . The doors need to be opened  wide now as a general public interest.

You are going missing into private therapy for years or so this was suggested I do so for 2 years.

It has come to light that the timescale for the court case an the amount of time the expert interviews you is not sufficient enough time to diagnose such personality disorders.So for the purposes of  a court case an expert will say  MAYBE have a personality disorder an the judge accepts this .

My  current position is this I am not willing to pay the same expert witness a fee for 2 years for CBT therapy I do not consider I need. Every solicitor you tend to meet is conditioned to think that they can put  emotional pressure on very scared parents at a time when they have had their child removed from them.They are told to go along with assessments some of which are invasive an most disturbing to identify the lack of training of social workers and family aids who are allowed to put in their own bulky reports to solicitors who feed the experts  when these parent  are being looked at for an option to see if they are a good enough option for them being able to consistently look after their child.

I started to blog originally to highlight these  problems that other parents were going to face when going to closed court.  I have  mostly given emotional support,an some practical help  to some parents who are able to do the paperwork .The  biggest problem is the longest process is getting  access to the data you request DOP an putting up with the Social Services dirty tactics to stonewall you getting this for something like up to 2 years.

I think I should take Guido Fawkes lead, track down the Caffcass Officer who has run off  with our file an see what property she lives in now in her retirement. Then we could back track the child’s solicitor  Patrick Perusko who is now a judge in Milton Keynes. This blogging sure gets out the information  out concerning these professionals for closed court. I get parents thinking like this: they can not stop my contact when they are doing either core assessments or goodbye contact.

The social services or the child’s legal guardian can stop contact an they do not even need a court order.

Let us look at the reasons they give for stopping contact to children.

In our case I got a letter an a telephone message saying it is not in C’s best interests.

Then a child psychiatrist recommended that contact to a seriously ill child had to be stopped for 3 months for settling in period with the father .The same expert contacted me via the multi-agency the professionals you know the  pack of them that operate within the  courts.The expert wanted to know why I did not return to contact the day after the 3 months was up? Dr Claire Sturge asked me to return to contact as it was now not in the child’s best interest not to see me.

FAQ How long does it take to destroy the loving bond with the child?

Answer not that long post court it is very quick you are lucky if it is 2 days a year or 1 hour a year with your child supervised in a prison like setting.

FAQ how much money is spent on paying out for services for court ,meetings and contact centres?
