Can you see the social workers  are mentioning that they can  access CBT therapy and it looks like work will pay for it . Look at how they mention their own mental health issues , and those of their family please note these people are assessing you to look after your own children or fast track your children to  forced adoption….these mentally ill social workers are writing reports for court.

Let me open the door to the CLOSED FAMILY court as it is your family who is next in…….. then you will experience  this 1 shoe fits all. There is no point at all being like me ,thinking or saying it will never happen to your family.

These SW’s  do not know what stress is, the solicitors I had Machins Luton spent  all the legal aid funds on their  own costs  and  shared the costs of paying 3 so called experts at approximately £5,000 per expert they all have to agree the experts as they are paying them to write bogus reports.

In our case the child’s solicitor Patrick Persuko left a clue how they were discussing how to label me. Naughty naughty now a judge in Milton Keynes …….. formerly of Boreno Linnells solicitors.

I was told go and ask your GP to look for therapy . The added stress no doubt has caused my  GP to leave the surgery  suddenly along with other commitments, so he is probably looking for therapy or is off work sick . Going back to the referral which was I was exhibiting signs of stress and the stress was heaped on me to perform during 42 weeks of investigations you can imagine what I recorded throughout that time and noticed a lot of paperwork was missing in contact sheets.

My advice is there is an opportunity for a business online for somebody to help parents get the paperwork and then have a good look at putting together complaints fast within 3 months for solicitors…..

I was asked to pay for this myself as at the time the NHS said I never fitted any criteria to be able to access counselling, asked what I had done I explained complained about my sons care in Addenbrookes and the consultant thought I was showing signs of stress!!! I had to change my attitude to trials and stop asking questions about the treatment for my son who had leukemia.

Well have you noticed this,they do not take social workers children off them when they are stress or their spouse is mentally ill.

I post here occasionally but I could do with some advice.

As of, ooooh, 2 weeks time, I’ll be 1 year post-qualified.  Got a job straight away with an adult LD team, and I started off loving the job.  After 6 months they asked me to take on the vacant Transitions post within the team while at the same time maintaining my care management caseload.  I’m running at 27 at the moment, 12 standard, 15 transition.  For months now I’ve been running around like a madman trying to keep up with everything.  The previous transitions social worker was full time.  I’m having to split my job role.

I know that my caseload is pathetically small compared to some other social workers on here.

2 weeks ago, I nearly snapped at work (not to put too fine a point on it) but managed to remain professional, bite my tongue, cover it all up, and just about got home in one piece.  Since then I’ve been struggling to keep up with everything even more.  Had supervision, manager was relatively supportive but struggled to see what he could do.

Last Friday I broke down in floods of tears during a quick update session with the boss.  And I mean, I really fuckin’ broke down.  I haven’t cried like that since my old man died 3 years ago.  Same thing happened on Monday.  Boss’s advice: see your GP.  Went there yesterday evening after work, GP has signed me off on sick for 2 weeks.  Told me to access CBT through Mood Gym website, which seems like a trivial place to condemn yourself to.

Manager has told me to go through the council’s employee assistance programme to access counselling, which might actually be useful.  When I’m in work I can’t keep up with everything, when I’m at home I’m a social worker to my friends (my ex- (amicable break-up) has serious mental health issues and is looking to me to help cos she’s got no-one else she trusts; a good friend was sectioned recently and his parents looked to me to help and support, even though he scared the living sh*t into me while it was all happening).  I’ve got massive money problems, car is fucked, need to move house in 6 weeks but no money so potentially homeless.  I’m not sleeping much, can’t afford to eat well (if at all), and now I’m coming down with some virus which is making me sweat buckets.

Sorry about the ramble but need to give some context to this question: how likely is it that these 2 weeks will impact on future job applications?  Will I have to mention it?  Will my current employer tell prospective new authorities?  This is my first day of 2 weeks off and I’m feeling guilty about calling in sick.  I’ve left colleagues, families and service users potentially in the lurch.  People (GP, colleagues, friends etc) are telling me to put myself first; that I cannot hope to help others if I can’t help myself.

Has anyone else felt like this?  Have others gone off sick and faced reprisals when they return to the office?  I’m genuinely worried abut future job prospects, which isn’t helping my current state of mind.

Also, I know full well that this is a minor hiccup.  I’m not stupid, but I have been ignorant to my own health.  A little way down the line I’ll re-read this post and think, ‘WTF? Pull yourself together you were being pathetic’.

This is the start of yet another complaint about an expert for court which has run on for 6 years with the GMC currently looking at serious complaints I have made about an expert .It cost taxpayers £300 to ferry me from Luton  Magistrates court in an ABC taxi to see an in-house psychiatrist called Dr Horne. Please take a look at paragragph 3 Clearly the case is very complicated? (only day 3 into kangeroo trial and it is complicated,the child has cancer I have complained about his care and the rest is so expensive and complicated)and other explanations will have to be sort. In other words she is not mental ill send her to somebody else to label…..

This is for a mother (me)who has just found out her child has leukeamia and is stressed out ,a peaditrican Dr Burke thinks he will try this out for size , send me to closed court ,for emotional harm allegations and multi-axle personality tests. Please be warned these tests they are damning.

The outcome is I lost my case now I can show you how much it would cost to break us or support us as a family so if you find another high handed newly registered doctor working on a children’s cancer ward repeating this template ,here is what will happen to you & your family step by step guide to surviving the family court and doctors who remove your children from you.

I am going to use all of this research dates times and who done what to make it work for my family. I am going to document the case with a book. To hell with professionals and MP’s I have no gag order the lot of you are getting named and shamed for making money out of the fact that my son had cancer  if it was not for my son getting cancer I would never have been made a referral to social services ,this quote is from Claire Sturge ,so sue me if you have got the bottle for it. Only thing is,this is your own bloody paperwork it is your own dirty work penned by you .

I will show the general public what kind of best interest this case was really in.

These professionals are pond life , educated scum of the earth working in secret with a pack mentally .  I am so tempted to post on this blog just how they had a shopping list for an expert witness for me that took months to find whilst they rejected another expert witness. I doubt any parent could have fathomed this 1 out whilst focusing on a seriously ill child and trying to  get as much contact to her child.

I am working on my own case right now and putting together the evidence and explaining to the GMC how long this took to get my copies of the paperwork to put events real facts of what really happened instead of complete hogwash supplied by expert witnesses.

Have you ever wondered why a police forensic psychiatrist will never say it is stomatoise disorder , when the child psychiatrist will dive straight in ? What is it about a child psychiatrist that they  feel, they are qualified to  step outside their field of expertise and cross over to medical?

Who is really policing the expert witnesses for court ?

Why do the solicitors not help with the complaints about these doctors when you are left getting past a panel on the GMC?

Why do the  doctors who know something is wrong with the evidence stay quiet and let this pack run on for years ,just like the Sally Clark case and many more cases of mothers who have been set up in a kangeroo court.

These are the sort of problems that most parents encounter when they await the reports for court from so called expert witnesses.

The only parents that really escape the psychiatric abuse and get off easy are the other parent who will not get sent to see a psychologist the last expert who will just agree with the other 2 experts.

Did you know that  certain solicitors make sure fathers never sit the MMP1-2 test for court in custody cases? The stress factor alone makes them score really high .

Graham Flatman the expert they  got for me, done the out of date version of this  test which was  designed  over 30 years ago. Basically if you answer yes or no it is a score ,so you are admitting to a problem that you do not have !

Even though lifestyles have changed a lot since then,the questions are not relevant to lifestyles today .  Finally the end result  I scored very high on all levels simply because I was bright.

I was not that bright ,the expert Graham Flatman got paid over £5,000 to do an inconclusive report for court.

I have workmen coming in soon to do my kitchen if any of these workmen were to not complete the job by the end of the week they  would not get paid. Taxpayers paid for a report for court that ended up being the worst out of all 3 of them . I want to warn other parents  to think logically about  this   part of investigations as this has to be  the worst part for court ,sitting being abused for a lot of money .

Why make matters worst than they already are ?

It is high time parents got clued up about the paperwork being generated by bogus experts operating from a PO BOX number and put an stop to it ?

Cut them out right out and tell the social services thanks for babysitting until they child finds out the truth then they can sue them for a wrongful removal  …….

There is no right to a fair  trial in a Kangeroo Court.

It chilled me to the core to read the statistics on here yesterday to find these words ” to say good bye”….. and next to this her name Dr Claire Sturge, that is what somebody typed into google yesterday by doing a search they found my blog.

This blog is about us as a family , our living nightmare ,our experience of surviving closed family court and the final hearing ,it continues 5 years on with surviving being torn apart by social services and solicitors only in it to binning the case from the start ,not to mention coining in taxpayers money for court cases.
Ordinary families can not prepare themselves for this experience,an if the solicitors are honest which they are not they do not have any realistic chance of winning inside what we know as a Kangeroo court.

Who ever has done the search yesterday I dread to think how they are feeling right now I understand what will happen to your family next. I too have had enough of saying goodbye to my son in supervised contact to last a life time.In our case it just heightens what we are saying is wrong with the system that is controlled by Local Authorities and courts.
What the judge said was she could not comprehend how any mother could not want to see her child in a supervised contact setting.Maybe the judge should go into the world of supervised contact do it anon or under cover and use her imagination or have a heart an feel the full force of legal child abuse handed out by social workers in private contact centres then and only then will she understand what is wrong.

What made it really worst for us was my son survived leukeamia and 3 years treatment only to be wasting valuable time off his young life spent wasted in courts, meetings and finally in some run down property run by an ex-social worker who gets £45 an hour to write lies about me in particular for court.

These contact centres are nothing but holding cells to break parents down & children down and are harming children. The strange thing is there is no research done on this is there?

It also pains me to think that nearly 5 years on there are other children & mothers this is still happening to and there is nothing we can do about it realistically to warn families about the closed court experience.

Ideally I would like to connect a few of the media journalists who are writing these stories about mostly women who are losing custody,or who have very little contact or contact has been made so miserable by social services that they walked away from it.

We families are talking about everything and sharing a lot more besides talk.I am going to do a video with parents talking about their individual or personal experience what it was like it could help some people to join all the dots up by taking part in doing research ,or linking up and finding out more each day,which can only help you to understand the system. So this could also be of use to you to .

For a start ,we are wondering just how many of these cases there are, of children gone missing against their expressed wishes ,we have read not just recently in the papers, but over a long period of time the cases of children being forced to go live with fathers.
These same names are coming up time and time again Dr Claire Sturge & Danya Glaser are in connection to so many children going missing and mothers getting no contact with there mother? They bring Dr Sturge in on the final hearing when they want to finish off the mother who is clever an picks up something is wrong with the legal guardian not listening to the child.

Is this some kind of Nazi experiment in trauma ?
What is going on ?
You will have to accept sometimes, children do have issues about not wanting to see their fathers, and it can not all be simply because of PAS or implacable hostility there are valid reasons for not going to see somebody,what if they are being abused or mistreated.

As I am getting more women who are contacting me about Dr Sturge yes this is the same expert in our case I have to ask this next question :”Why are we seeing so many more cases in the media concerning a perverse reversal of custody of children?” is she directly involved or responsible for these cases , is it possible to pull the information from somewhere using the Data of Protection Act?

The GMC case handler that I have, said to me ,please encourage any more people to put in their complaints in writing as another mother had previously rang up and spoke to him and said she wanted to put in complaints but dare not put in complaints as she was threatened with a reversal of custody she had spoken to him first then after speaking to me about my experience with being sliced up in a meeting with Dr Sturge in 2004 at her Gayton Road Family Clinic she went on to use NLP tactics to pull information from me,by doing this Dr Sturge was able to conclude it was implacable hostility and missed obvious important facts out which are relevant to the case .Is this only an agenda with Dr Sturge does she see PAS everywhere or is she just against mothers having a good loving bond with their children?
Why is she promoting the welfare of children to be raised with a parent who is violent or has abused a child in their past.

Do You ever ask yourself WHY  you  TRUSTED  and signed the working agreement document with Social Services?

I trusted the Social Services ,solicitors and courts to be honest . So I completely opened the door to my home and worked with the social workers in good faith,that was in April 2004 – February 2005   the early days, simply because that was the kind of person I was , that person has  I am glad to say died a shocking death in 2006 and paid a hefty price for making this mistake.

Since then I have moved on to 2009 and I said I will not work with Social Services or courts even if that means I will get back my child,and this said I will not take this back that is how strong I feel ,and who can blame me for  taking  a much more  cynical  attitude , also  a hardline approach is very much needed when working with these  professionals. I would doubt a solicitor  or a social worker would dare try it on with me again .

So by the time they finished stitching me up in a closed court , the working relationship if that was the title you could give to it  was anything but that, working with us  was a very difficult experience quoted Dale Wood Cafcass legal guardian to my son.

It would be unfair, to say that I had a good working arrangement with this social worker for a lot of reasons, the biggest reason was she personalized the case from the start, and she also had a very deformed and twisted mind. I found her child like , and very petty and very scruffy to be seen out with in the community I hated the stares people would look at her  trailing around 3 paces behind us  ……….

She would  ideally want to be in my house early in the morning , saying “I am outside your door”, tough I am on the bus in 3 roads up from where you are parked up or watching her do her 15 minutes work out in the  same gym I was going to . I refused to speak to her in the end , hung up on her ,would not go in a room with her at Unity House the more you talked the more they lied about what you said, she even tried to get an injunction out against me saying hello to her in the changing rooms of the gym. She never succeeded ,as the judge said it would scare my son to know I was in prison.

She told Judge Mac Gregor she was scared of me ,and wanted an injunction, she had good reason to be scared she knew I was on to her and she was a liar. Julie Tadd knew her game was up ,as much as she tried to wind up me or my eldest son we laughed at her  for it. At the final hearing she waited for the drama of screaming match to start and again she never got it ,so  when she and her side kick Sharon Andrews expected me to fall to bits, or collapse I retreated and went on holiday ,if the professionals went on holiday I went on holiday . I did say in court to her I could kiss you ,you know ,as I thank her  for doing everything you have done. I now have a much better life than you…. .Her face was a picture when I said this , this process is all about destroying a persons world . I will never forget her face when I said this to her, she let it slip the face was gutted, she turns around in Debenham’s to get a good look at me when she sees me in town. I let her as she can look take a good look at all the hours wasted and thousands of taxpayers money on the mother who never went down for nothing at all.

The working agreement was never signed again , the expert was never trusted either , if she asked to see me again which she did after the final hearing was over , I took my  solicitor with me.I learned to suss people  out in my environment very quickly,also what they wanted from me or wanted me to do next . I questioned the cost of it all and how much it was bankrupting me to continue with working with the courts for so long .

If I was to survive the court experience I needed to function on the same level as them without emotion I soon got sick of being played my friend said they are so predictable.

It has sadly left me with no respect for professionals ,and I  will never completely   trust anyone again after this ,and who can blame me for this I have been abused by all and sundry .I would also have to say that this,  the whole CLOSED  court experience  has hardened me up,much more than I ever expected I would dare to admit too. I got asked a few weeks ago by a doctor if I was a social worker and I can talk like I have no child  without the emotion . So think again if you are heading to the Family courts trust no one. As these respectable professionals  can and will  use you,simply  just because they can get away with it in a secret court.

I was probably no different than the next person to trust a professional . The general public put their  trust in the multi-agency groups and expect them to be honest,and do their job.

It was our experience that they were anything but honest or even cared about the children in their line of duty.

The foster carer was not much different it was for her all about the money. I got the odd homemade card or present a few sweets that are in a box with so many kisses and I love you Mum on the paperwork just does not add up. The foster carer said that my son never asked about me or asked when he would see me next.Then again it is very good money for a special needs child some say £500 a week all in plus petrol so you work out if it pays to tell the truth especially if you have a child who is sick and can not fight back .

What must the children think about their parents , little do they know they have had contact stopped for no reason whilst they settle 3 months nothing not a phone call, or your Easter egg is sitting on the social workers desk for 3 months until it had gone green moldy.

Or how they stop the mothers contact and force a child to go see dad whether  they have expressly wished not to go does not matter.The expert witness says she has specific wishes how this must be done.

Someone said to me it is amazing how long they will keep this up covering up the lies the perjury an most of all protecting the professionals who write this stuff for court.

If somebody else is reading this did you have this social worker Julie Tadd? and did you get nowhere with your complaints . Please can somebody tell me if they know if she also came out of the systems care pool ? Was she put in care as a child? This could explain a lot and why she was off work for 1 year after taking a beautiful child out of the care pool.

I did ask Kelvin Hopkins can he find out how many social workers in Luton take away children and go on maternity leave for 1 year ? I also want to know do they put the children back in the pool and start again when they have to go missing for a long time when they are the centre of a dodgy case like ours was .

What can you expect from the Family Courts.Well If first hand experience is anything to go by and after meeting so many mothers who have had this perverse reversal done to their children it is like this.

Fact Finding evidence in domestic violence cases.

If you have calls logged at the police station for damage to your property or house, how does the Scots Schedule decide this? I do not believe they considered the damage to my front door kicked in or calls to the police. That has to be bullshit too damage to property costs for repairs…..

2) Child sex abuse how do the courts decide on the training of  these SO experts who checks the experts? Have you seen how many children in America are now suing for damages in these perverse reversal of custody cases?

I am left wondering now  how soon it will be when the UK mothers will be quick on the uptake to follow the lead of US mothers in claims for damages . Imagine the cost to the NHS in families taking  out claims on behalf of children,who are finally  sent back home once ,they are seriously damaged children, because lets face it , that is what is happening .

These children are reported to be only  returned when harm is done to them.It seems to me, and also  other professionals, this is an  experiment in trauma ,what else can this be about ?It is staring you in the face ,they only want these children for something , as it is not in any child’s interest to be removed from a good parent in favour of placing with an abusive parent but this is what is taking place.

If  this is not  more about a conflict of interest, and experts either needing subjects to train on, or make money from them staying involved  long term then I will eat my hat .

So much for conflict of interest , take a look at this: Dr Claire Sturge  sent this fax to the child’s solicitor who is now a judge in Milton Keynes. This is:” INTENT TO LABEL ANOTHER FISHING TRIP!” my medical notes have not gone over and she is AT IT !
For those of you  who were sent to the following Family clinics to see Joan Claire Sturge she is  in Gayton Road Harrow Middlesex or ,or to Edward House Lisson Grove   London to see  police forensic psychiatrist  Dr Anthony  Wilkins ( he rents private rooms by the hour)I have to say now ,it was very intimidating  experience in having a meeting with him .I also heard  from other  mothers  they too felt intimidated ,and  having experienced this first hand Dr Wilkins hates women you can tell the way he looks at you ,the words “implacable hostility “had to come from somewhere and this doctors will practise this in a closed court along with Dr Claire Sturge ,and just  like  the lyrics in a Barry Manilow song I write the (song that makes the world go round)these experts write and train the doctors to give evidence  in court ,they write the same guidelines for DV contact ,they write literature for , solicitors to  study emotional harm  when they are training at University the  facts are life is not like a text book 1 – 4 women died in the UK every week from DV yet we dare not say DV in closed court . The  text books and everything else  is bonus ,something else that is very profitable for everyone else who is working behind closed doors  of the court This works very well for all the experts  in court and they have to be respected they wrote the books about it .

Women say the same about Ludwig Lowenstien I have spoken to him he sounds like another money grabbing freak  on the same gravy train ,he has got his own private care homes he has worked with Claire Sturge .Lowenstien said get the legal aid money and I will change the PAS around for you !

So as far as I understand it then ,it seems a legal game for all of them it is not so funny for the children .Be well aware of what you are about to walk into , and make no mistake as you are likely to get fitted up for this psycho-babble as we were .

By now most of us mothers will have undertaken minimal searches for CV’s about the experts who destroyed our lives ,and we have read enough paperwork so we  can prove to you just how far these experts will push a tall story on behalf of 1 parent to get the other parent out of the way so that the parent that wins the court case gets only to have an exclusive relationship with the child.How creepy is that ?

Please note these professionals are  Tavistock or Coram all of these  cases happen to be in the  long term loss of children in custody battles. They also  get away with it by using  these  experts are using NLP training ,or Tavistock training. Here is an example of doctors looking for to rule out a malignancy ,at the same time the patient is busy else where being assessed for abnormal illness behaviour before even meeting the expert or the expert reading the medical notes.

Not once does any of this  look like this is child focused,as they never considered the child, or hear what the child is saying if they do they simply  twist the facts. These experts  will do anything to destroy any child even my child who was  having 3 years treatment for leukemia was not spared , 3 times in total.There were no concessions made for him he had to travel to see Claire Sturge at her clinic as she quotes I charge £150 an hour and do not travel .

It is just child’s play to them  in a sinister way I mean child’s play , the children are house with psychos , pedophiles,sound crazy ? Well wait until it happens to you then see how crazy this is , it works very well for professional’s to abuse vulnerable families in a closed court.

They will take your child break their heart, and force contact on that child without a care for the child’s wishes & feelings. What kind of message is that giving our children?

The final message to children is that they are worthless pawns in the game and moved like  a piece on a chess board. Done get out of that, I can hear the judge saying underneath his or her breath , as you repeatedly return to court and have a long lasting relationship with your bank account with a solicitor for 5 years or more ……

The similarities with all of these cases are of no prior concerns about  these children staying with their carers,so this is a fact, they were never at risk. The fact finding is seriously flawed with barm pot expert witnesses writing reports done using this NLP training so imagine what kind of report you will end up with for court !

My son C went to a non resident parent who  had recently married again,he was  divorced when I met him  with 3 children an ex – wife who says she was in dire need of staying in a battered wives hostel with her 3 children rather than stay in the marriage and similar experience  with DV issues .

Claire Sturge invited me to return to talk with her about contact about contact in Northwick Park hospital  I took along  Liz Oldham Machins solicitor. The only reason I took my solicitor was I never trusted Claire Sturge as she used technic of cutting you up in conversation.

This is a professional giving orders 1 day to stop contact for 3 months then worrying 9 months later why you have not come back . What do these professionals really know about families ?

Get this we families will not be hoodwinked any more .

Why are so many mother talking globally about losing custody or have been subjected to threat therapy private same experts recommending it ,also wanting you to pay them a lot of money for 2 years.

This is Sharon Andrews in the photograph  below she is not a fully qualified social worker she is a family aid worker a mother and a foster carer working for Luton social services. She has no qualifications or training to identify a Munchausen’s mother =Munchausen syndrome by proxy yet , she was expected to find evidence for Dr Claire Sturge.

You may remember seeing her and a 2 more individuals at Addenbrookes hospital  especially after my son had a lumber puncture done in the recovery ward?

Yes that is right we were also  1 of the many families who were subjected to being investigated by social services after a referral made Dr Amos Burke. I know we were not the only family to be referred to in 2004 because other families talked about other families losing their children frequently in the coffee room for neglect they said.

Going back to the events or summary of the case . I was the mother who got ill with pneumonia on the ward and made to wear a face mask . The family aid first wrote in her hand held notes ,the very first notes evidence is in  my medical notes. I told her that I was missing urgent appointments as the consultant not me thought a mass on a lobe which was found in an X-ray which was presenting as a normal infection, but needed further investigations to see if it was malignant.

This Family aid worker gave 1 of the first leads for an expert  Dr Wilkins & Dr Sturge and all the other multi-agency groups to pick up and run with a Muncheasn mother.It had to come from someone as she was the first person I met when I was called into the office it was her.

I was expected to fail core assessments from the start as they wrote and discussed us in a very stressful environment in hospital. I was later to observe how they tried and failed to set me up by not letting me know when my son was to attend out patients hospital at the L&D .This took place before an up and coming LP …..

The foster carer said the cough my son had was not a problem at all. My ex-partner wrote in statements he never saw our son have an asthma attack. The Foster carer never used the inhalers. The consultant said prednisolne steroids would cover this and to stop the preventatives as it could  delay growth. Then the foster care Grace Human sneaked up to Addenbrookes hospital for the LP and I just got there in time to see her get out the inhalers from her bag. So they had a discussion with doctors to make it look like I diagnosed the asthma ,then they could not take the risk of him going under the anesthetic without using them.

The paperwork never adds up so this is just another dirty trick used by all of them to set you up for a Munch Bunch Mother.

I only got to the hospital on time simply because I left the house before 07:00am and got through London , they never offered me a lift to hospital  or the money or even a travel warrant I paid or paid a fine . The working agreement to work with Social Services should read like this .Set up to fail from the start.
