It chilled me to the core to read the statistics on here yesterday to find these words ” to say good bye”….. and next to this her name Dr Claire Sturge, that is what somebody typed into google yesterday by doing a search they found my blog.

This blog is about us as a family , our living nightmare ,our experience of surviving closed family court and the final hearing ,it continues 5 years on with surviving being torn apart by social services and solicitors only in it to binning the case from the start ,not to mention coining in taxpayers money for court cases.
Ordinary families can not prepare themselves for this experience,an if the solicitors are honest which they are not they do not have any realistic chance of winning inside what we know as a Kangeroo court.

Who ever has done the search yesterday I dread to think how they are feeling right now I understand what will happen to your family next. I too have had enough of saying goodbye to my son in supervised contact to last a life time.In our case it just heightens what we are saying is wrong with the system that is controlled by Local Authorities and courts.
What the judge said was she could not comprehend how any mother could not want to see her child in a supervised contact setting.Maybe the judge should go into the world of supervised contact do it anon or under cover and use her imagination or have a heart an feel the full force of legal child abuse handed out by social workers in private contact centres then and only then will she understand what is wrong.

What made it really worst for us was my son survived leukeamia and 3 years treatment only to be wasting valuable time off his young life spent wasted in courts, meetings and finally in some run down property run by an ex-social worker who gets £45 an hour to write lies about me in particular for court.

These contact centres are nothing but holding cells to break parents down & children down and are harming children. The strange thing is there is no research done on this is there?

It also pains me to think that nearly 5 years on there are other children & mothers this is still happening to and there is nothing we can do about it realistically to warn families about the closed court experience.

Ideally I would like to connect a few of the media journalists who are writing these stories about mostly women who are losing custody,or who have very little contact or contact has been made so miserable by social services that they walked away from it.

We families are talking about everything and sharing a lot more besides talk.I am going to do a video with parents talking about their individual or personal experience what it was like it could help some people to join all the dots up by taking part in doing research ,or linking up and finding out more each day,which can only help you to understand the system. So this could also be of use to you to .

For a start ,we are wondering just how many of these cases there are, of children gone missing against their expressed wishes ,we have read not just recently in the papers, but over a long period of time the cases of children being forced to go live with fathers.
These same names are coming up time and time again Dr Claire Sturge & Danya Glaser are in connection to so many children going missing and mothers getting no contact with there mother? They bring Dr Sturge in on the final hearing when they want to finish off the mother who is clever an picks up something is wrong with the legal guardian not listening to the child.

Is this some kind of Nazi experiment in trauma ?
What is going on ?
You will have to accept sometimes, children do have issues about not wanting to see their fathers, and it can not all be simply because of PAS or implacable hostility there are valid reasons for not going to see somebody,what if they are being abused or mistreated.

As I am getting more women who are contacting me about Dr Sturge yes this is the same expert in our case I have to ask this next question :”Why are we seeing so many more cases in the media concerning a perverse reversal of custody of children?” is she directly involved or responsible for these cases , is it possible to pull the information from somewhere using the Data of Protection Act?

The GMC case handler that I have, said to me ,please encourage any more people to put in their complaints in writing as another mother had previously rang up and spoke to him and said she wanted to put in complaints but dare not put in complaints as she was threatened with a reversal of custody she had spoken to him first then after speaking to me about my experience with being sliced up in a meeting with Dr Sturge in 2004 at her Gayton Road Family Clinic she went on to use NLP tactics to pull information from me,by doing this Dr Sturge was able to conclude it was implacable hostility and missed obvious important facts out which are relevant to the case .Is this only an agenda with Dr Sturge does she see PAS everywhere or is she just against mothers having a good loving bond with their children?
Why is she promoting the welfare of children to be raised with a parent who is violent or has abused a child in their past.

I left a message  for them ,if anyone has added me on their website and stuck a paypal next to it do not donate to it please. The point I am making is this, the massive waste of money the courts have wasted over the many years  , not too mention the adoption agencies coining in money for a search for birth families all of this time  which is profiting adoption agencies . That is why I have got involved in a non profit campaign and dearly want to start  this global database which  will help adopted children this just has to work ,with no excuses for not signing up as it has to be free .

If I am not being barred out of the Family Court or being banned from Fassit or Wikivorce then I am being used by a website owner to use for making profit of my story of my son having cancer and being taken into anything but care and put at more risk  than he was ever said to be at risk of. I would detach from trying to make profit from this blog as it is very bad for business……. plus it is in piecemeal to a book “When will I Be Coming Home” so stay well away for fear of copy right infringement and do not use the photographs without my permission to do so first. The BBC News have got copies of a dvd when they interviewed me in Luton about the NHS Walkin Centre campaign and they could not use them then  due to the gag orders.

It is looking like  there is a massive gathering on the social networking sites discussing the loss of children to forced adoption and more cases of women losing custody of children  in the Family Courts to failure to protect these are mothers who are victims of domestic violence they are coming out now.

Even the families who are not like us yet ,are on the FB community & You Tube and as a whole ,seem to understand and  connect with  the overall struggle to survive the court process, as it is put in a simple context to understand,as part  of social services scandal and the complete corruption of solicitors is revealed  how binning your case from the start is pretty much the start of it all .

The Wiki Community are just not ready to discuss this, more like the director is not ready to expose the facts  ,or is willing, or able for this discussion to take place  in an honest way ,well not until the solicitors have got hold of their money and soft soaped them in the regular love in meet ups or piss ups. The concentration is on finding a new partner and nothing else ,there is very little in terms of practical help with stuff when stuff goes pear shaped and they bring in SS after malicious false allegations from a mentally ill STBX …..

I was warned by Ian Rispin to stop talking about women losing their children, as there were parents who were going through a divorce and would not be able to handle this . I tend to disagree with him .If somebody had of prepared me for court like I prepare parents now for court ,then they would have a lot more left to show for their lives post court final hearing,so I carried on regardless and blogged until he banned me off site. The site is paid for by legals so they will have to be obeyed as per ……

These following words below are not worth anything at all , I had a problem I am not an isolated case , I get deluged with calls from people and I have it from a good source your own ex-wife came looking for me after I was banned , she had information for me unfortunately I was far too busy dealing with urgent media cases high profile so  I told the person to tell her I am busy .

I was basically  told to clear off and work on FB and FB community have evolved so much that nobody is blocked not unless you have a real conviction for child abuse or are a terrorist on a mission.

I tell you where are we now : not daring to mention DV otherwise they take your children off you that is where we are today.If you left me on Wiki I could bring over a lot of women honest enough to tell you this is what happened to them lost the children to abusive men or to closed adoption.

If the government know so much , how come they do not know how many families are  connecting and social networking discussing being barred out of court ?Can somebody answer me this please,I doubt you will be reading any sort of thing in a newspaper about this sort of thing either. I tell you what though people in work will be saying they heard this or saw it first on facebook. I wonder if we can get a petition up to have this department taken down after all we are in a recession and do not Department For Schools & Education,this department is equally as useless as certain MP’s with Duck Houses. I would nominate a petition to go up on FB after exposing the as the are   utterly useless for collecting data .

Is Jack Straw also serious here, when he says  that with all this government money,that they can not spend it to employ experts to research what people want to know? Then in a business manner be able to  deal with the technology  side of it ,for collecting important information requested from members of the public .After all this would he still lie and say they still could not cope ? .

Even Jack Straw admits that he would have a problem revealing the figures just how many parents are barred out of court each year on section 91/14 order I thought he was insulting me as an ordinary citizen living in the UK to tell me the computers can not cope. More like Joe Bloggs on FB would not be able to cope he would be bricking it if his family were targeted next.

The majority of UK MPs have not banked on the information going up in the blogging world or on Facebook and how people are using this to fight their cases in the family court or to get out of the country before an other  court order ,which prevents them from going to live a new life in another country were they will not be having a trial by an expert witness.

The sheer bloody arrogance of the professionals who have been getting away with this scandal of forced adoption for god knows how many years now. This sharing of information  is going to be seriously affecting courts and experts alike .As we see it now in the long run, if families are able to access better information which is in their best interest to know they will have better choices for their families.

This said, mostly the majority of families stick with the solicitors and the overall false hope theme of things ,that is right up until the end of the final hearing ,however the tide is changing as cases unfold daily and you can take your pick of similarities ,and ordinary families are quick to pick up on read about court cases or enter discussions before this story hits the National News Papers or ITV or BBC.

Campaigners are not selling on information ,they are giving it away for free. Showing the paperwork is what it is all about ,and regardless of the threat of prison for disclosure ,it is being shown to all & sundry .So get down and do the reversal Jack my offer still stands come and take me to prison first for breaching the reversal of Clayton V Clayton . So get used to it Jack  whether the courts are open or closed parents will talk they will show the paperwork concerned with child trafficking .What has changed is this parents are going online and up and down the motorway with this paperwork which has already cost the taxpayer on average £150 K  per case that is  how much money is being made out of child trafficking children to adoption.

The only thing that these courts are looking at is information stored on 3 databases about your family in schools or hospitals or social services never mind if it is true or not this data is used for court and it is not a fair trial at all especially if it is not evidenced or fact based or tampered with by a bogus expert . The courts do not stop to address perjury, or  even to check out the facts. Welcome to the real world of corruption and private courts were the only 1 telling the truth is the 1 person who is  bound to lose .

Where is the person accountable for the system analyzes thousands or millions of families data ? This must be driving home a point to all of you now .The question is this how much confidence would the public have for  the multi-agency gathering after it has been exposed for holding the wrong details  about your family . So is it any wonder we have chaos and so many people in court coming out saying they have experience of  a miscarriage of justice?

Let us look at the new guidelines that came out recently for disclosure of genetic diseases with the GMC  , the general public believe that this is going to deal with the long term interests for families living apart say for instance divorce or adoption well think again as it is doctors in court we have to blame for this mess we are in .

Well the other trend is this, it won’t be able to cope  as the so called Criminal Psychiatrists working as expert witnesses can not predict the following trends because they are out of touch and out of  date  with times and patterns of life style how people are changing in society .

Some of the families who lose 1 child in secret courts  will not sit in the UK   waiting for this to happen again. The families are fleeing the country ,I have said this well before Poppies case came to light and I will say it again .

Moving on to  these jokers for experts they have in court , these are not so expert  after all ,to say for instance ,after the family moves abroad ,what happens next, or how to deal with contact issues or health problems.

The  good old NHS databases or the  National database is not going to be able to contact these families in time if the case is 1 of some child or adult being critically ill and needing a bone marrow donor. You clearly have 3 children in this 1 broken up family scattered around the globe . Which brings me back to a need for a global database needed to contact the missing person. The control issue of collecting the data now has  finally been lost with this group of governmental agencies . Just to highlight it’s 1 big mistake of all time they failed to pick up on the predictive factor that the parents would change. In court the experts say these families will not change or can not be fixed.

So how stupid is this system that operates on the basis of draconian rule. It will find itself before very long dealing with similar cases of the euthanasia cases were families just got up and moved out of the country and got around the law.Is it not time to look now behind the closed doors of the closed courts an plea bargain for a right to life for all children? This is a personal request to any judges reading this or barristers you do understand what I mean . Close your eyes and listen to any doctor , this is a quick thing for some families acute is the word for it and it needs swift and clear guide lines to be given by doctors to address the current system of search takes too long to search for a donor.

I think I should take Guido Fawkes lead, track down the Caffcass Officer who has run off  with our file an see what property she lives in now in her retirement. Then we could back track the child’s solicitor  Patrick Perusko who is now a judge in Milton Keynes. This blogging sure gets out the information  out concerning these professionals for closed court. The average people  using a search engine will find your story or paperwork what  these professionals have done to your family.  The media are trawling all of the social networking sites looking for your story even if they are gagged as much as we are. At long last MP’s are picking up that their days are numbered for playing dumb,just  what the social services are  getting up to with judges behind closed doors. Yesterday a mother posted up to as the paperwork you can go to prison for disclosing to anyone outside of court. I do not blame her for doing this now. On mass the people on facebook deserve to be shown the level of corruption of the scandal an shame on you MP’s for not doing anything to help families like us.

The last time I saw Clive Anderson was  outside of the  London Dungeon  as he walked past me sometime last year ,he had on a black turtle neck sweater and black trousers.

There was also a young man working the crowd  as the crowd were waiting in the long queue for the London Dungeon attraction. This man was in a cloak  with a horrible prop  which was a bloody head on a stick . I took a photo for my son on my mobile phone  but not 1 of Clive Anderson . I caught up with theBBC One Showlast night  Clive  Anderson was on there  along with Martin Narey from the Barnado’s Charity. Jesus the bare faced lies from Mr Narey so naughty  Mr Narey but  so “sincere with it to mash up the adoption figures”. Then again it is only  a business, it is not about support or helping families, if it is it is helping the wrong families the 1′s that can not be fixed just not fixing us families the 1′s who can cook  budget an take apart in costly court cases an attend every meeting for social services. The families who are clever enough to ask questions about the central government hand outs for adoption cases.

I was always a big fan of Clive  Anderson he told it how it was on his programme what was the title of this programme?it has slipped my mind.I remember this though Clive  said he thought “Margaret Thatcher was a glove puppet for the bankers,  she was a distraction put up front “, whilst the bankers took all of the money out of the country.

Clive Anderosn was right about this .The parents who have been through the system of doing core assessments for court would say this about   Mr Narey an the rest of the charities they are using similar tactics for their own ends….

The real figures we want you to know simply as  a public interest matter.  These MP’s  say they do not know where they are. The real  facts for  serious issues regarding child protection they can not cover even the basics of or the mainstream media are not so stupid they are told to cover only issues like child protection like this.

This is where we come in as parents first , we are experts as we have seen behind the scenes .The MP’s are frightened to sit in a room with us campaigners an take the grilling about the faults that want fixing and who can blame them really.

This week I am recovering slowly now from a hectic week along with the rest of the families out on the demos,which were to open up the closed courts. Sadly there needs to be a cooling down period from the events which have put a lot of people under enormous pressure. This is understandable that feelings will be running high as everyone has different levels of coping in highly stressful situations.

Whatever the problems were I hope we can salvage something from this and move on now to dealing with the main priority WE WANT JUSTICE IN THE FAMILY COURTS !!

I love you all for what you are special families living under enormous amount of pressure and in pain to think You all went to all that effort going up to London is fantastic. A special thank you for having me along for a short while I wish I could have done more to help you out. If I win the lottery tomorrow I will ring up Alan Sugar and get us all some advice how to improve on what is a brilliant idea,next time lets focus on having more laughs and fun on the way around the country on other demos.

We will all learn and move on from this I do not want to see anyone missing from the next demo lets all stay together for the sake of Justice.

I am having a break from the 2004-2006 diaries as this week 18th – 22nd August 2008 is the start of yet more demos this time with street acting,so I have been out with the other families turning up outside the courts in the Luton,Hemel & Watford on the Hercules bus.

We go back to 2005 from the Fassit forum. A 100 people turned up back then in 2005 to a meeting chaired by John Hemmings Lib dem MP for Birmingham in council chambers Justice for Families was launched to help support families navigate through the corruption of closed court.

So where are we 3 years down the line? the answer to this is “we are all struggling on regardless turning up for demos ,also trying to work are own cases”.

There is still as yet note NO work shop for help with the paperwork which was said to be starting up to help parents who have sacked their solicitors and gone on to fight their cases

Just maybe an MP will progress to getting government funding to help such stoic families ,this surely would be a sound investment in the long run,as it WILL save so much for the tax-payer.

Moving on now some of those parents have had the insight, or good fortunate to have escaped this country,whilst managing to take with them their precious children,in fact they are turning their backs on this country in search of a better quality of life for their children ,and who can blame them .So we will have to say good luck to them long may they run.

Rather than face a closed trial here in the UK ,if this keeps up then the courts will have to consider changes in lifestyle people in society really want and not reclassification of alleged child abuse trumped up cases in closed court.

This week saw parents board a double decker bus which eventually is heading out to europe with their cases .We all say the same this draconian rule has simply got to stop, the public & the media should now be allowed inside to stop these kangeroo trials taking place. The identity of the child can still be kept anon. The other Identities of Experts & social Workers can not be kept anon. Only when this request is finally accepted in the public interest,then maybe we will see fairer trials in (closed )court.

What is interesting is the children they seem more clued up than the general public, as we all know gossip is bad for business. I wondered, after being subjected to the insider dealings of court just were their future vote will go, also what career will these children go into when they are adults.

I was left without any doubt these are the next generation coming through a system in the future as parents ,who will be armed with and prepared for the arrival of the corporate parent: looking for future generations of likely targets for adoption or children being abducted by the state for want of a better word.I have to say eugenics is very much the guideline which has been handed down since Margaret Thatcher’s day ; Margaret Thatchers child ! meet the children on the bus they are adamant in saying no to your ideology.
