I am going to use all of this research dates times and who done what to make it work for my family. I am going to document the case with a book. To hell with professionals and MP’s I have no gag order the lot of you are getting named and shamed for making money out of the fact that my son had cancer  if it was not for my son getting cancer I would never have been made a referral to social services ,this quote is from Claire Sturge ,so sue me if you have got the bottle for it. Only thing is,this is your own bloody paperwork it is your own dirty work penned by you .

I will show the general public what kind of best interest this case was really in.

These professionals are pond life , educated scum of the earth working in secret with a pack mentally .  I am so tempted to post on this blog just how they had a shopping list for an expert witness for me that took months to find whilst they rejected another expert witness. I doubt any parent could have fathomed this 1 out whilst focusing on a seriously ill child and trying to  get as much contact to her child.

I am working on my own case right now and putting together the evidence and explaining to the GMC how long this took to get my copies of the paperwork to put events real facts of what really happened instead of complete hogwash supplied by expert witnesses.

If you to,are like me now , a non- resident parent with no contact at all, and no rights even though you still have PR you will be finding out how useless this  Parental Responsibility  really is ,and  also how utterly  useless the Local Authority can really be in situations when they need to step in and address putting right their past mistakes.

Contrary to the reports about me being an “unsuitable  option” shall we say,as a  parent for my son  it was also reported I am  only interested in my own needs ! I have invested a lot of time studying many  other cases post court ,however  none of the cases are similar to ours.In that  the children are not diagnosed with leukaemia  they are healthy .

Moving on now I am however concerned with these facts concerning closed adoption scandals there is no medical date going over with the child. What happens if they get leukeamia?

I am the only on all accounts the only mother to speak out frankly about losing a child with cancer who has survived but is still missing post UK secret courts. When the case was live on Fassit years ago  I could not see no other case like it at all in the UK .I have seen a YT video on CNN Michelle Lafantasie the case of a boy in the Canada he was removed by the hospital staff , over zealous  snatched the boy ,but I have yet to hear about a similar case here in the UK  I was aware of children being removed in hospital when staying in Addenbrookes and I accept that some families can not cope however there was no need to do what they done to us concerning contact .

The professionals looking at this case ,can all see the conflict of interest for the expert  Dr Claire Sturge , this now looks like it has been an  experiment  of some kind ,with forcing a seriously ill child into  placement with a virtual stranger  what a case study just waiting for this to happen.

My child at times was not willing to go to contact  before he had cancer so when he said no to seeing his dad in hospital it was dealt with as implacable hostility ,and he was certainly not willing to go live with dad later on when the courts made their final decision .

To make matters more complex than they already were ,and to make sure that they could add as much stress of it all of this case when it was live  I was also set up for a lighter label of   MSBP ,added to this the false allegation of  neglect, and finally wait for it ,emotional harm too.

It was never considered at all by these experts how contact would be dealt with later on ,they simply focused on getting rid of 1 parent  which happened to be me ,so that the other parent can have ” a relationship”. I would not envy my ex-partner in having to take on this role at all. My ex-partner was used as well if he would only own up to it and for once he deserved to be used so for this I will thank the courts he deserved to be dealt with and made to be a full time parent with all the responsibilities that go with it that he could not be ordinarily bothered with before his son got leukaemia.

As for anything else which Dr Sturge has plans for in the future .I will refuse to take part in any other study either  now or in the future  concerning attachment  and you can include ever working with social services again.In 1 of her reports for court  I read she wrote : again she will have problems when she gets him back again.This indicates she was talking from experience and she has done this before to other mothers……..

This is my son Dr Joan Claire Sturge is talking about. Maybe her interests are in causing problems or rather creating problems that are simply not there at all.

So the experience has left me wondering how other families who have also been set up are going to find Information which could potentially save their  children’s lives in the future,” if these children  are adopted.or   become critically ill in the future and stuck in care having lost all contact with their birth families. thes children have been sold out .Some are said to be lost the paperwork has gone missing .

When I copy & paste d off FB an adopted child/adult saying  they are living with cancer or dying from cancer  then I ring up  the MP’s office and ask now do you UNDERSTAND ?

The task is very difficult with the prime example here which should chill you to the core as we say this  paperwork” a file which should be kept on record until the child is 18 years old.

Coming back to the communication with schools .What is very clear, is this ,the schools are anything  but “willing” from now on to share a “true picture of   exactly what is wrong or what is happening to your lost child with no contact ”

.The schools are NOT willing to share ALL the facts or tell it like it is . So god knows what you will be getting back in the future,that is  if you get your child back .That is if, and a big IF  they do not end up on drugs or drink homeless on the streets . Just how many people in care end up being homeless ,thinking they are not wanted or cared for?

What percentage of homeless people are out of care and who can blame them after living a social services and a closed court lie for the majority for most of their childhood thinking it is not in there best interests to contact their birth family.

This is where we are 5 years down the line now, after experts like Glaser & Stuge suggest well dressed children are in need of protection against emotional harm . My message to you  both is this ,why don’t you try  doing  an honest days work for an honest days pay .Go get your out here on You Tube .That is if you are really interested in basic child protection issues.

I have every right to be concerned about my child as other mothers like me we are watching what happens next to our children .I am getting a much better picture on You Tube than the Local Authority are giving me .

In fact I have just rang them up and shared the links and told them we are now discussing this on Facebook with main stream parents how the Social Care is not working in the Child’s Best Interests. These experts need to go on You Tube an protect the interest of these children.

Now then you would have to agree with me that this paperwork all seems  so academic now. This so called paperwork carefully selected on the basis of evidence to remove your child from your care. People need to question the way this is done and not put before a jury ?

It chilled me to the core to read the statistics on here yesterday to find these words ” to say good bye”….. and next to this her name Dr Claire Sturge, that is what somebody typed into google yesterday by doing a search they found my blog.

This blog is about us as a family , our living nightmare ,our experience of surviving closed family court and the final hearing ,it continues 5 years on with surviving being torn apart by social services and solicitors only in it to binning the case from the start ,not to mention coining in taxpayers money for court cases.
Ordinary families can not prepare themselves for this experience,an if the solicitors are honest which they are not they do not have any realistic chance of winning inside what we know as a Kangeroo court.

Who ever has done the search yesterday I dread to think how they are feeling right now I understand what will happen to your family next. I too have had enough of saying goodbye to my son in supervised contact to last a life time.In our case it just heightens what we are saying is wrong with the system that is controlled by Local Authorities and courts.
What the judge said was she could not comprehend how any mother could not want to see her child in a supervised contact setting.Maybe the judge should go into the world of supervised contact do it anon or under cover and use her imagination or have a heart an feel the full force of legal child abuse handed out by social workers in private contact centres then and only then will she understand what is wrong.

What made it really worst for us was my son survived leukeamia and 3 years treatment only to be wasting valuable time off his young life spent wasted in courts, meetings and finally in some run down property run by an ex-social worker who gets £45 an hour to write lies about me in particular for court.

These contact centres are nothing but holding cells to break parents down & children down and are harming children. The strange thing is there is no research done on this is there?

It also pains me to think that nearly 5 years on there are other children & mothers this is still happening to and there is nothing we can do about it realistically to warn families about the closed court experience.

Ideally I would like to connect a few of the media journalists who are writing these stories about mostly women who are losing custody,or who have very little contact or contact has been made so miserable by social services that they walked away from it.

We families are talking about everything and sharing a lot more besides talk.I am going to do a video with parents talking about their individual or personal experience what it was like it could help some people to join all the dots up by taking part in doing research ,or linking up and finding out more each day,which can only help you to understand the system. So this could also be of use to you to .

For a start ,we are wondering just how many of these cases there are, of children gone missing against their expressed wishes ,we have read not just recently in the papers, but over a long period of time the cases of children being forced to go live with fathers.
These same names are coming up time and time again Dr Claire Sturge & Danya Glaser are in connection to so many children going missing and mothers getting no contact with there mother? They bring Dr Sturge in on the final hearing when they want to finish off the mother who is clever an picks up something is wrong with the legal guardian not listening to the child.

Is this some kind of Nazi experiment in trauma ?
What is going on ?
You will have to accept sometimes, children do have issues about not wanting to see their fathers, and it can not all be simply because of PAS or implacable hostility there are valid reasons for not going to see somebody,what if they are being abused or mistreated.

As I am getting more women who are contacting me about Dr Sturge yes this is the same expert in our case I have to ask this next question :”Why are we seeing so many more cases in the media concerning a perverse reversal of custody of children?” is she directly involved or responsible for these cases , is it possible to pull the information from somewhere using the Data of Protection Act?

The GMC case handler that I have, said to me ,please encourage any more people to put in their complaints in writing as another mother had previously rang up and spoke to him and said she wanted to put in complaints but dare not put in complaints as she was threatened with a reversal of custody she had spoken to him first then after speaking to me about my experience with being sliced up in a meeting with Dr Sturge in 2004 at her Gayton Road Family Clinic she went on to use NLP tactics to pull information from me,by doing this Dr Sturge was able to conclude it was implacable hostility and missed obvious important facts out which are relevant to the case .Is this only an agenda with Dr Sturge does she see PAS everywhere or is she just against mothers having a good loving bond with their children?
Why is she promoting the welfare of children to be raised with a parent who is violent or has abused a child in their past.

What can you expect from the Family Courts.Well If first hand experience is anything to go by and after meeting so many mothers who have had this perverse reversal done to their children it is like this.

Fact Finding evidence in domestic violence cases.

If you have calls logged at the police station for damage to your property or house, how does the Scots Schedule decide this? I do not believe they considered the damage to my front door kicked in or calls to the police. That has to be bullshit too damage to property costs for repairs…..

2) Child sex abuse how do the courts decide on the training of  these SO experts who checks the experts? Have you seen how many children in America are now suing for damages in these perverse reversal of custody cases?

I am left wondering now  how soon it will be when the UK mothers will be quick on the uptake to follow the lead of US mothers in claims for damages . Imagine the cost to the NHS in families taking  out claims on behalf of children,who are finally  sent back home once ,they are seriously damaged children, because lets face it , that is what is happening .

These children are reported to be only  returned when harm is done to them.It seems to me, and also  other professionals, this is an  experiment in trauma ,what else can this be about ?It is staring you in the face ,they only want these children for something , as it is not in any child’s interest to be removed from a good parent in favour of placing with an abusive parent but this is what is taking place.

If  this is not  more about a conflict of interest, and experts either needing subjects to train on, or make money from them staying involved  long term then I will eat my hat .

So much for conflict of interest , take a look at this: Dr Claire Sturge  sent this fax to the child’s solicitor who is now a judge in Milton Keynes. This is:” INTENT TO LABEL ANOTHER FISHING TRIP!” my medical notes have not gone over and she is AT IT !
For those of you  who were sent to the following Family clinics to see Joan Claire Sturge she is  in Gayton Road Harrow Middlesex or ,or to Edward House Lisson Grove   London to see  police forensic psychiatrist  Dr Anthony  Wilkins ( he rents private rooms by the hour)I have to say now ,it was very intimidating  experience in having a meeting with him .I also heard  from other  mothers  they too felt intimidated ,and  having experienced this first hand Dr Wilkins hates women you can tell the way he looks at you ,the words “implacable hostility “had to come from somewhere and this doctors will practise this in a closed court along with Dr Claire Sturge ,and just  like  the lyrics in a Barry Manilow song I write the (song that makes the world go round)these experts write and train the doctors to give evidence  in court ,they write the same guidelines for DV contact ,they write literature for , solicitors to  study emotional harm  when they are training at University the  facts are life is not like a text book 1 – 4 women died in the UK every week from DV yet we dare not say DV in closed court . The  text books and everything else  is bonus ,something else that is very profitable for everyone else who is working behind closed doors  of the court This works very well for all the experts  in court and they have to be respected they wrote the books about it .

Women say the same about Ludwig Lowenstien I have spoken to him he sounds like another money grabbing freak  on the same gravy train ,he has got his own private care homes he has worked with Claire Sturge .Lowenstien said get the legal aid money and I will change the PAS around for you !

So as far as I understand it then ,it seems a legal game for all of them it is not so funny for the children .Be well aware of what you are about to walk into , and make no mistake as you are likely to get fitted up for this psycho-babble as we were .

By now most of us mothers will have undertaken minimal searches for CV’s about the experts who destroyed our lives ,and we have read enough paperwork so we  can prove to you just how far these experts will push a tall story on behalf of 1 parent to get the other parent out of the way so that the parent that wins the court case gets only to have an exclusive relationship with the child.How creepy is that ?

Please note these professionals are  Tavistock or Coram all of these  cases happen to be in the  long term loss of children in custody battles. They also  get away with it by using  these  experts are using NLP training ,or Tavistock training. Here is an example of doctors looking for to rule out a malignancy ,at the same time the patient is busy else where being assessed for abnormal illness behaviour before even meeting the expert or the expert reading the medical notes.

Not once does any of this  look like this is child focused,as they never considered the child, or hear what the child is saying if they do they simply  twist the facts. These experts  will do anything to destroy any child even my child who was  having 3 years treatment for leukemia was not spared , 3 times in total.There were no concessions made for him he had to travel to see Claire Sturge at her clinic as she quotes I charge £150 an hour and do not travel .

It is just child’s play to them  in a sinister way I mean child’s play , the children are house with psychos , pedophiles,sound crazy ? Well wait until it happens to you then see how crazy this is , it works very well for professional’s to abuse vulnerable families in a closed court.

They will take your child break their heart, and force contact on that child without a care for the child’s wishes & feelings. What kind of message is that giving our children?

The final message to children is that they are worthless pawns in the game and moved like  a piece on a chess board. Done get out of that, I can hear the judge saying underneath his or her breath , as you repeatedly return to court and have a long lasting relationship with your bank account with a solicitor for 5 years or more ……

The similarities with all of these cases are of no prior concerns about  these children staying with their carers,so this is a fact, they were never at risk. The fact finding is seriously flawed with barm pot expert witnesses writing reports done using this NLP training so imagine what kind of report you will end up with for court !

My son C went to a non resident parent who  had recently married again,he was  divorced when I met him  with 3 children an ex – wife who says she was in dire need of staying in a battered wives hostel with her 3 children rather than stay in the marriage and similar experience  with DV issues .

Claire Sturge invited me to return to talk with her about contact about contact in Northwick Park hospital  I took along  Liz Oldham Machins solicitor. The only reason I took my solicitor was I never trusted Claire Sturge as she used technic of cutting you up in conversation.

This is a professional giving orders 1 day to stop contact for 3 months then worrying 9 months later why you have not come back . What do these professionals really know about families ?

Get this we families will not be hoodwinked any more .

The expert I would like you to tell the courts what went wrong with contact ,also how much your role ,the recommendations you made about how it should be done contributed to this no contact now.

Why are so many mother talking globally about losing custody or have been subjected to threat therapy private same experts recommending it ,also wanting you to pay them a lot of money for 2 years.

I can’t believe it,  the traffic  is now indicating that I must now have an audience of children from Addenbrookes .I Just read the stats for yesterday.

Is he at it again? Has your mother or father been removed from ward C2 and they are putting you in foster care?

What is the reason have they asked to may questions like I did about your treatment  ?

Where your parents also  asked to take part in the put your name in a hat  UK2003 ALL trial for Randomisation ?

Do you really want to know what is the criteria for emotional harm is?

There is none so the courts can remove your children off you for nothing.

If I was a child of 12 0r 13 years old and this was happening to me .I would ask how long can they detain me in hospital against my wishes ?

This is the age that the courts should be listening to you what you want it is called Gillick comp or Frazier .

The  courts use the reason neglect saying your family will not be able to look after you ,this is untrue it costs less to support a family than it does to pay to take you to court for 42 weeks this costs on average £150 K of tax payers money .

I did hear another  foster carer in ITU saying the child she was looking after it was neglect case so many foster carers on the wards in hospitals must tell you something about the system that does not support families living with cancer to stay together.

A few days later she was looking at me in a different light as I was now the brunt of the ward for gossip as I was now getting the 1 shoe fits all treatment. Being done for neglect too.

There is no history of me ever having neglected my son ,however barristers made sure to embroider this word into court statements and make it stick.My crime was to walk the floor with a junior nurse and make complaints about the state my child was in .

Who is Mr Smellie doctor at Addenbrookes? Is it Dr Amos Burke?

What ever you do ,do not trust a court  Cafcass Coram appointed guardians they are not to be trusted at all ,they lie about your wishes and feelings. They will tell you that your mother is to sick to come and see you at the same time they will also  say that when you are in hospital,” you never ask to see your mother or father”.

I never had a chance to prepare my child for what happened to us whilst staying in hospital he was only 7 years old children living with cancer have to grow up very quickly indeed . If children are old enough to ask a question and put it in a search engine wanting answers then I am going to tell it like it is.

The medical staff  threaten to call the police or section your parents in Addenbrookes if you make any complaints about the standard of care. There is a Liverpool case too Alder Hey  a mother lost all of her children only complained about the waiting time for a child with a leg injury.

When the social workers tell you you have to go into care for a short time while your parents are under taking medical  training to look after you ,do  not believe them either.

Are the Social Workers  sitting next to your bed with a note pad and pen writing down everything your parents say to you all the other parents know what s going on and all talking about your family having social problems tell Addebrooke’s you will sue them for doing this  to you ?

The money  all goes to  solicitors and expert witnesses who label you parents unfit and you never go home.

Was your parent difficult like I was,and  complained about the staff or the doctor Dr Burke not giving them any information how you are doing and when you are likely to be coming home?

Ask for a transfer to another hospital and see if he lets you go there.

Does Jim the nurse still work there,and does he still talk about other parents making negative remarks about them because the are from another ethnic back ground.

Sorry you are searching for answers to questions or have had enough of life on ward C2  .

If you are staying in Addenbrookes hospital ward C2 we were there in April 2004 . Prior to this in 2003 the hospitals had trouble recruiting children into UK2003 ALL Trials . This is a fact.

I want to know under Freedom of Information Act how many children from ward C2 were put in this UK2003 ALL trial when they got rid of the parents. All this is against your human rights to stop contact while you are seriously ill.

This photo is of my son on holiday a few days before he was diagnosed with T cell ALL , tell me doe she look like he is a child suffering from neglect.

This photo is in the front of Machin’s Solicitors I refused to go to a contact centre and be set up  again . My oldest son was denied seeing his brother today ,no reason is needed to stop your contact. A nursery nurse with experience can suggest to the court to keep your parents locked down in a children’s prison =contact centre and charge your parent £45 an hour to see you there.

Do not trust social services in Addenbrookes hospital or anywhere else they do more damage and harm than was ever suggested a child was at risk from in the first place.

I think how can I  justify  wasting anymore or time on complaints.This is exactly what I am doing complaining and finding traffic on my blog with yet more families searching for help regarding closed family courts.

I do not hope it is  a case of : I look back and think was that a complete waste of time ,as this time has gone and I will never get to spend it again .

The plus side of this is, it creates more work in terms of creates more information which is not in the media yet , with  more contacts for people  behind the scenes to access help with their cases which is the positive side of all of this.It is vital to be seen to be  helping others to access important information to be shared with each other.

This is the opposite of what the multi- agency groups do for court. They can not even do this right as they concentrate on pulling data which is so not relevant to cases .

Sad when you think about it yet more time off my life ,as if I have not been through enough already .

Some days I think enough is enough when the phone rings  and it is another desperate parent asking for help . I am still left working my own way through  a system of  complaints  about the courts,a  system which it clearly protects the interests of professionals,so that  you can never win this is the equivalent of being  as close to madness as you can ever get  ?

Then I look at the blog statistics on here seeing who has visited.I get an interesting selection of people on this blog from media ,to barristers  then mostly  families or  people who searching for answers to the same questions I had  over 5 years a go.

I also now get more hits than the experts on the search engine. I now  come out top of them most days on a search engine.As people read what I have to say regarding our experience of having met them and read what papers they have written over the years.

The awful thing is, this will never stop happening to other families unless we all do our part to  expose the system for what it is. Were once people felt so sorry for us as a family ,now people admire me for fighting back against the system.

I just hope that you are not the next person to be typing in similar  questions like Patrick Persuko solicitor ,or solicitor stitched me up.

Then add it to another blog roll and watch it rise to top of the google after you drop it on Facebook keep going it will help others understand  what they are up against ,and it will also make life a lot more difficult for solicitors to betray their clients and rip money off from the public purse.

Borneo Linnells solicitor’s never represented his best interests, or protected him when he needed help, they done nothing at all in respect of this child’s long term interests for contact with his family.

I would like to know from other mothers did Patrick Perusko take your child out for the day? I do not remember him asking to do this I had PR and he never thought to ask my permission to take him out to a Rugby Match he just took him out.

When I think about all the wonderful trips & the life we had in the days before a care order was taken out. I could just stop and say the legal game is over now it is all academic to say I am a mother who could not look after myself or my children. The fact is this they won and i lost custody of my son. The question you should be asking is how well do you think you could do in a secret court if this happened to you . Then would you ever trust a solicitor or a doctor with your life?

I want you to type in a name of an expert you had , I kicked off with my experts .If you all take my lead and justify the time spent in private chat on Facebook to blog and drop on a social networking site this will help many families by educating them with information which they so desperately  need to survive the system is to understand how it works against  you .

I hope that some families will come together with many complaints and push through the complaints procedure to deal with experts. This way we might just have some justice  for the wrong doing done or serious miscarriages of justice taking place in secret courts. If we do nothing about it,then  these same experts will habitually rule the courts to go on to destroy more families with theories which are out of date, or have no real meaning or data or research given for studies used in evidence against parents.

Who are you complaining about ?I am complaining about these 3 experts here r Claire Sturge , Dr Anthony Wilkins Psychiatrist & Graham Flatman Psychologist  and I think how can you not help others going through the same corrupt system by naming and shaming these individuals who get paid thousands for doing reports for court .In some cases like Dr Wilkins he has another warning from the GMC for writing reports without even meeting Miss P

These professionals do not expect you to be in any fit state to be dealing with complaints after your final hearing. Many families just do not have the fight left in them at this stage , and most are either too scared, or exhausted to complete the transaction part of the complaints without a proper disclosure of paperwork to do this.

Today I received a letter from “The Solicitors Regulation Authority” have said they are opening up a file concerning Patrick Persuko which is something I failed with the complaints to Social Services I never got past the 1st stage of complaints. Caffcass destroyed their file they should have kept on record too.

Did I ever tell you this  I am related to James Larkin from my  nanny  Mc’s side she was a Larkin. This must be were the energy & drive comes from .

These are some of  the kind of happy memories I have left of my son C , us on holiday  the last few days spent together in April 2004 in Puerto Rico Gran Canaria  on the top of a mountain  looking down into the sea from the swimming pool of the Gloria Place hotel.

C was singing the song from the advert off tv for the ice cream Just 1 Cornetto , he was quiet the entertainer ,was always happy and singing or joking around.

Then our world was shattered after he was diagnosed  27th April 2004 with T cell ALL ,this was a 2 days later when we returned off this last holiday,  we ended up in the intensive care ward of Addenbrookes hospital preparing him for his 3 years treatment ,by using a hydrating process to protect his organs from the damage the drugs can do to a young body.

Moving on now .I am often asked about the video camera ,I could see that we were not ever going to be coming home  at any rate . Even C observed this ,as he witnessed all of the other children going home on weekend leave “Mum when  am I going home ?”Please he would plead to me ,I want to go home we never got home off holiday,  he would continue to ask me.I never got any answers to my questions from the consultant . My GP rang me up and warned me ,back down you are guilty of asking far to many questions.” Then I was advised to change your attitude “, this was about attitude ,I did not care for Dr Burke, and another fact was  he did not care about letting us out of ward C2 with support to look after C at home, or to even go to GOS hospital if this was truly a personality clash or a communication problem.

I know I am not alone as the stats on this blog other families are  using a search engine and finding this blog by typing in :What Happens when they take out and emergency protection order at Addenbrookes hospital.

The last resort was to seek legal advice of a solicitor and if they would not listen to me ,then they would have to listen to the child’s wishes and feelings. I asked another parent to help me he carried in the camera bag. Then my oldest son G I said bring him in the play room and we will record what he is saying he wants and I will get him a solicitor.

This was used against me in Kangeroo court as I was to take it to a solicitor who had a contract for the Local Authority. The team manager in Luton Social Services LAC 3 “said it could be considered for emotional harm”.

I do know who said this and for their  own protection  I will not even hint at who said this someone said “this was not the outcome  the hospital wanted for us as a family . This was  not what they intended to happen to us at all.

If this is true then why did someone not step in and say something in my defense at the final hearing? Instead of saying nothing ,as expert Dr Claire Sturge gave evidence and made allegations about me in a closed court?

The words “SIGNIFICANT EMOTIONAL HARM & MUST BE PROTECTED FROM” are enough to seal the documents on care cases,  for children to go missing long term, in the care system or for closed adoption.

So this is my crime , being difficult ,complaining about the standard of care of my child and my child wanting to go home and who could blame him after 1 month if the treatment is working these children are ready to go home with basic training and support given to the family.

I will leave you to draw the analogy of this video above , and consider our video  the court accepted on the low probability as emotionally harming.A clear example of what is right for 1 family to do a video ,a court will decide meets the threshold criteria for emotional harm in a private court .

Only in the realm of a  secret family court is this said to harmful to the child ,when thousands of other families going about their daily lives   are using a video camera to document  issues that affect them when dealing with cancer .Take a look at the  blogs and loads of  other families campaigning &  fund raising all  doing You Tube videos.  Please also  take a  look at the JimmyTeens video the hospital have their own editor ,teenagers are  encouraged  alongside parents  to do  video diary of their experience of living with leukaemia,this includes hospital  stays, and dealing with a difficult part of your life. I think the real side of the difficulties are carefully edited out and the videos.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing . I wish I had done an under cover video of the complaints about the hospital  exposing some of the problems instead: highlighting the empty shelves with no bedding on the trolly.Fact   I was freezing with a lack of bedding for all of the beds .

My friend A pointed out the  young man,he said look at the state of that I am going to say something about that . A student cleaner who wore trainers thick with mud all over them who walked right onto a hospital ward which was said to be cleaned to a certain level, due to children being in neutrapenic  phase of their treatment and at risk of picking up infections ,which  could kill them when their immune systems were suppressed due to chemotherapy.

I have to say they have  a lovely gentleman  who is a chef in the kitchen who will do anything for the children. The other problem is this he does not work weekends .  The fact that Jamie Oliver would keel over at the thought of taking huge political steps to bring healthy eating into schools when children on ward C2 only had the choice of take or leave it McDonalds meal at the weekend as there was no chef on over the weekend.

This was a case of double standards and the hospital letting seriously letting down children 2 days out of 7 days in a week.

Do not what ever you do leave your child at a weekend as they will not get the care they deserve as their is a shortage of staff in Addenbrookes hospital at the weekend.
