You can look on this like a rough guide book if you like , similar to buying a rough guide when you go on holiday to get the general idea what is going to happen ,I know that I have changed the way I book a holiday as I research more, and pay more attention to the previous holiday makers reviews on trip adviser.

This  method has never let me down yet  . If you apply the same rules to listening carefully and taking notes about solicitors and social workers the out come is pretty much the same . After this is done you are much better informed about what is going to happen to you next ,before your solicitor comes clean and tells you .

if courts persist in hiding behind the excuse of keeping the ID anon for the child and trying to shove a shit load of corruption which is going on behind the closed doors  as well as protecting the ID of the children  you protect  a hell of a lot of professionals by allowing them to get away with legally abusing children in care . Professionals who are legally abusing children’s rights and selling them out to forced adoption .

If we are all to keep up with this  pretense in the child’s best interests   , then professionals are only going to  add  petrol to the bonfire . If my stats are anything to go by  and this is just 5 I am not copying and pasting all of the information this would prove a point .It  appears there is a niche for supply and demand of information.

Looks like   people want to know what they are likely  to be going to experience . Why not listen to an ex- servicer users account , the MP’s could do worse than employ 1 of us to help clean up the system from a whistle blowers first hand account with a paper trial of evidence a mile wide . I doubt there is an MP in Parliament big enough for the job, or who would want to alienate any more social workers from fleeing the profession so would want to let sleeping dogs lie ……..

Whilst personal experience is individual and it must not be projected onto a scared parent seeking advice , we can stick to the basics and say how it could end up . After sitting around courts for 6 years you can learn a lot.

Identify the worst culprits test them out and record what they say and how they never stick with a decision which will last for all of 5 minutes.

The Cafcass officer & social worker just so has to be the biggest  liars of all. These 2 players give you false sense of security ,leading to false  hope which is necessary to get you to that final hearing.

The last thing you need to know from the start is this is you have no chance and once this sinks in they do not get paid . The solicitors will tell you they will try their best , this too is a lie they too are in the pocket of the Local Authority.

Who can blame  parents for wanting to be better informed on the current situation .

One thing is for certain the trust has completely gone for solicitors , social workers  the search is on more than ever for information . Parents are finding that they are only  1 click away from your control . People ordinarily will search and double check the legal advise  before they go with it ,and who can blame them Research is showing that similarly parents want to compare  cases, and who can blame them for doing this they want to be sure they too are not being hoodwinked like the other parents until the final hearing. Lets face it you have to much to lose

Given that the overall confidence is very poor concerning the complaints procedure for the Legal complaints service  &  social services  in house is a waste of time & money . It is little wonder parents have taken to building data bases and sharing the information about the  level of corruption  going on ,between the firms the cherry picking of expert witnesses and the poor training of social work staff.

The limit is 3 months for compensation for complaints about solicitors with the LCS .

The message to the legals is : this is the question which is always being searched .Will My violent ex partner get custody?

Never insult the intelligence of your next walk in client regardless of who is paying the bill tell them the risks of saying I am a domestic violence victim . If you do not I will after seeing first hand what they done to a mother for calling the police to protect her children she lost them as to ring the police 3 times leads to a red flag for failure to protect .

Obviously the Guardian did not take the time to read the older posts on here. It was a very brave decision for me to start to campaign then the next step was the blog . Like you say the blogs are hosted outside the country so are out of the jurisdiction of the UK , what I want to do is this give a clear message to the media by saying the 1 liner hate campaign is not exactly doing the campaign justice at all it is not about hating social workers but discussing experiences you have had like anything else people talk they talk online and they have a right to have a voice, if they have an unresolved issue it will not go way by deleting a whole section of a diverse groups of people not unless you gas them like the Nazi’s did .

These families have been tortured , abused , falsely accused and have had their children legally kidnapped. Not all of the families , some of them deserve to have their children removed from them we know who they are and warn others if they approach them online.

I found our particular social worker was playing a very  small part and is just a mere light weight player in all of this .Most social workers are useless would not know what age Calpol to buy when they got sent to the chemist on the spar of the moment for a client as they can not remember the day of the lie or the colour of the hair or shoes, never mind the child’s age . So being this useless,  and pathetic how can you blame the social workers for all of this ? or the small part they  play for court ,You have to look at all the key players .The solicitors , are the biggest trouble causers .

The judges rubber stamp and sit two faced in the play in kangeroo court ,this whole fiasco or mess that I still find my self stuck in since 2004 and am not allowed to move on because I am traumatized so badly by this .

I like thousands of parents who are online ,  they sit looking searching online  hitting on sites looking for answers to  questions for court . Looking for an escape out of a living hell . I am marginalized from society as I am labled a child abuser because of  the lack of integrity of professionals to do their job well, nothing will change until they re train the social workers and scrap this chaotic approach at sharing information about families held on record which has no business being stored or used if it is incorrect.

Panorama programme came close to exposing the system and how it works. Until I get justice and my name cleared I am going to help other families cope and understand how to get back into court for court of appeal by blogging letters and facts ,so get used to it .

Have a look at how it will affect your family  as they now have our children ,and we have nothing to lose now so what it is contempt of court we are past caring now this is a life sentence to live without your children . This is not contempt for families it is a free helpline .

I think I have  a right to blog ,I been honest ,knowing if I say, or do anything ,it can be used against me in court . I am hoping for a court order to drop through my door I would welcome a fair trial in a criminal court .

Currently this social worker Julie Tadd  and family aid Sharon Andrews  have all got off  with mistakes and personal attacks not to mention a character assassination  on me .I have to date had no serious review of the case, or my complaints up held by Luton Social Services this was my last resort given that my son was abused by these social workers in a supervised contact setting I have a right to complain about this on his behalf to my MP . I know that other parents are searching this social worker and have discussed other cases she has worked on in Luton they all say the same she likes to get hands ON and pushes people around .

So  I am  now free to talk about the case no children’s names.I am breaking no law if I give a true account of how I was set up either, I am getting well trained in  providing the proof of how bad it is to obtain using the DPA the letters faxes and the contact sheets to highlight to  a 3rd party which is the GMC who are investigating the case right now how difficult it really is to put in a clear and concise complaint about what really happened.

Why would I lie?  More important a question is when do I have time to focus on a  hate campaign of my social worker Julie Tadd who I heard was last off work for a year who had taken maternity leave albeit without pushing or giving birth to her own baby  literally . Julie  is entitled to by law to simply walked off with the  child take him or her  out of the care pool another FACT and taxpayers pay her extra money to look after children I wish her well and hope that she can try and get as close to the real thing,the feeling the bond the whole  experince of being a real birth mother, but I sincerely doubt it, so I have a lot of pity for somebody like her not hatred at all as a mature person and a mother I can see her pain feel her lost and always knowing that you can only ever achieve being second best in a child’s life until they find out the truth will be hard to live with  !

Should 1 of their fostered or adopted children get acutely ill with leukaemia she will remember I was central to the debate with MP’s &  Families in discussing the serious matter of a right to life for all children . Their right to find a genetic key.

This is a sad individual who can not function as a woman and have a child of her own I pity her she has little experience  of the real world .

It was our misfortune, that when she is at her desk it was my experience she was so busy that she just deleted out the names of another family and forgot to change the age of my son who was 7 years old at that time and she put 4 years old.

Then Addenbrookes staff said change your facts and your attitude or we will not work with you! I am reading from paperwork if you want I can and will use the Clayton V Clayton ruling and show you this evidence that the GMC caseworker is reading. Julie Tadd penned C is not responding to treatment in 2005  . The child was and medical staff were frustrated and angry no doubt to read this. I got an apology, nothing else, imagine reading after they accused you of emotional harm& neglect  to see your child being abused man handled into a social workers car and forced in a placement that she could not be bothered to assess the current carers he lives with now.

Later on  I read in the Herald & Post local paper  a Global Search for a rare gene by an adopted man Graham Barnell .

This was a week earlier before his visit that I went to up to the House of Commons as a campaigner and ex-service user  to see Tim Loughton the Children’s Shadow Minister I sent an e-mail to Tim saying I wanted to discuss the issue of stem cell donors for adopted children . Tim told me he tried to raise this issue and people told me yes he is good he is interested in the issue for adopted children .

The bill fell at the first hurdle, forgive me for being arrogant but probably because the information and the facts are not being really acknowledged by anyone or anyone is really interested in this section of classless people in society or have they any personal experience of living with or battling with cancer .

That is the way it will stay, until we change the think tanks that govern our daily lives and future generations of commodities (looked after children by the state) being fast tracked for government incentives and being studied for trauma & attachment research ONLY. The long term interest nobody clearly the courts the Social Services  the MP’s give a damn.

I had a choice in 2004 -2006 never to get personal with anyone whilst this case was live. Previously I had worked with crowds of people coming from a retail back ground in shops & pubs so it would be fool hardy to focus on 1 person plus only an idiot would try to blame 1 person many of the professionals need to own up to their part and their role they played in it  .

This taught me very much about people and how they behave towards each other. I stood back and took check of every social worker , every nurse, doctor, solicitor & last of all judge . I can relay back who done what where and when I kept a diary and stood my ground when it caved in underneath me .

Many a parent would not have made it through this far they would have died of fright  having come through all of this in their lifetime.

By the time I have completed this campaign even the freaks and dregs of society will benefit who go into social care and cause untold damage to families with lies and perjury in court. If the media done the research and asked as many questions as we do then you would see the WHOLE PICTURE !

I know I am asking a lot ,” BUT WHAT IF”   the child gets acutely ill how quick will the multi-agency ” ACT “to guarantee that the child or adult will be able  to get them access to a genetic key they are looking for which is the answer they need when half the DNA is missing .

The missing biological parent may be that key we will never know or find out as they have been literally thrown out with the bath water when the child has been taken for long term care or adoption.

Granted some unfit parents ,do get contact sporadically to missing children in care, after many years some get no contact at all, or some parents walk away broken down by the social workers lies. This said that leaves a lot of room for families to emigrate or some will die  prematurely ,or some will simply want to start a new life and leave the life that has been destroyed by intervention tactics of SS and will  not want to be found at all after the lies written for court to the tune of the average case costing taxpayers £150K

A global database will have to go up as a start for  a register only with limited information on it like dead or alive and some charity will have to come to the aid to pick up the bill for supporting families like these in crisis.

In memory for Graham Barnell and his lovely family please do something about this right to life issue for adopted children and families think to do something for your child that the government does not wish to deal with at all. They say simply I do not understand what you mean. Well understand this Julia Dinh has cancer and is adopted talking about finding her family on facebook so understand their lives being discussed with our campaigners. Just because MP’s do not want to listen the general public just might if they experience this can’t find your genetic key !

Judge and Barristers dance to the tune of abuser in domestic violence case.

Children and Mother continue to be abused by the psychopath legally endorsed by the system in the heart of Suffolk.

In my role as an independent supporter, adviser, and advocate for children and protective parents over the last 15 years, I have encountered and observed many situations of domestic violence and the terrorising of mothers and children by abusive males.

As an example, my most recent case involved a mother with two children and the abject fears, which the abuser brought into their lives. After many years of suffering such violence in all its forms, physical, mental, emotional, sexual and financial, the protective mother was finally able to gather enough strength to escape with her children from the torture and torment of their persecutor and tormentor.

Their sufferings were reminiscent of the 17th Century rather than the 21^st Century. How could this be happening in today’s world – yet it is happening every day, in every part of the country, and at all levels of social class in our society, and with alarming and increasing frequency.

But the abuse and torture did not end with their leaving the family home, but continued and increased. The police records show that the mother suffered extreme mental torture whereby the abuser kept telling his victims daily that he had poisoned her with arsenic and warfarin and that he added dirt to her food, that he could shoot her and she would not feel it, that he could murder and walk away. The Police decided to do blood tests and hair analysis on the victim in the hope of putting the woman’s mind at ease and to find out why she ended up in this condition in such a short space of time.

The abused mother had gone from 10 stone to 7 stone, with her teeth all going rotten in the space of a year, causing her to look like an AIDS victim or a druggie. Every order given by this abuser had to be obeyed. The neighbors describe the fear on the children’s faces on seeing their father drive home and run inside. The abused mother had to get permission for every penny spent in the home. As time went by the mother and children were being deprived of more and more essentials and in the end the children stopped asking, as they knew it was a futile exercise. Their dreams of horse riding and playing golf were shattered.

Ultimate control was the order of the day, even when he was working.

Often it took 3 months of asking to be taken to the shops for shoes for the children before the abuser finally went. By then the whole joy had been taken out of it. The children were no longer allowed to play their pianos and compose music in the home. The mother and children were no longer allowed to sing or paint.Every positive thing the mother did for her children was knocked on the head.

The children sank deeper and deeper into despair.

One day, the children conducted a court hearing at home in an effort to show the abuser what he was doing to them and their mother, in the hope that he would change.They had no idea that a psychopath never changes but only becomes worse when he realizes that their victims are awakening to truth.Pictures show the physical abuse of both children.

The mother had become so ill as to be unable to make a cup of tea.

However the abuser smiled as she screamed in pain and he stepped over her, like she did not exist. If she asked for a soft-boiled egg, because of her teeth, he gave a hard-boiled one, in full knowing that she could not eat it. He then called her a pig. Then he slapped her so hard for not eating that she blanked out from the pain. When the mother asked for an explanation, the abuser said it was to teach her a lesson.

The abuser took sadistic pleasure in watching his victims squirm under his total control and only lost his cool when the terminally ill grandfather of 80 years came in for a week to help out.

That week the mother gained her strength and the children experienced the joys of working and learning from their grandfather.

This act of human kindness sparked the planned exit from the abuser.

The gaunt appearance of the abused mother led most of the professionals to form the wrong opinion of her. The crocodile tears of the abuser worked, leading people to pity him. Inside he was laughing at all of them, as he was succeeding in dividing and destroying the victim’s entire family. The abuser’s ring of destruction has widened and is widening by the day. The system is allowing him to do so.

He is fully aware of what he does, mesmerizing family members and professionals alike, as he entraps all of them in his web The abuser has now managed to worm his way into getting a family member to hold the children hostage and not allow them to see their mother. The children are being used to send messages to their distraught mother that their father is going to buy some arsenic and warfarin and 2 body bags the following day. This is child abuse in itself and continued mental abuse of the mother. Text messages sent in the middle of the night, stating the children are being moved again and the mother will never see them again. One of the children has already ended up in hospital through neglect and no one in the system informed the mother, furthering her anguish.

The dominant male abuser has all around dancing to his tune only. His aim is to have his victim committed, so he can get her house and bring in another woman. After all, he has sucked the living life out of this wife and needs fresh meat to feed on. The abuser even managed to get the GP to force the mother to undergo psychiatric assessments.

A court hearing took place the other day and the abuser applied for occupation of the family home and residence of the children. It is not classified as a domestic abuse case, despite the fact that an advocate from the IDVA being present, photos of bruises on the mother and children being in the hands of the barrister. The judge, barristers etc were clueless and running around trying to do deals, so they could scurry off home. No one listened to the weak voice of the abused, but they all danced to the tune of the bully.So, when the abuser said the first psychiatric assessment of the victim was a fake, the judge ordered another one, but failed to make an order for the abuser to have one, showing clear discrimination of the female victim.

The victim said she felt totally violated and abused by the Judge and legal professionals. All were pushing her to agree to the demands of the abuser.

One would have expected the children to be a priority in this case too, but sadly, the court- in its wisdom has ordered the children to remain hostages in a strange house, stripped of all their own possessions, pianos, computers, books, etc, as these children are home schooled and about 5 years ahead of their peers in state schooling.

In typical patriarchal fashion, the children must obey the abuser for a further 6 weeks and loose out on their education at home. There was not once ounce of human kindness in that courtroom towards the victim, except from the advocate.

The victim was a nuisance to them and they just wanted rid of her. Her weakness and frailty was held against her. The trauma caused to the children and mother by this experience is enormous, but the men and women of the court are clearly ignorant of this or are deliberately condoning it and colluding with a criminal.

The victims are mere numbers, pawns in a chess game and of course as long as the abuser is on the board, the game continues and money is made.

Meanwhile the vultures circle their prey, weak from abuse, in the hope of finishing them off.

This case shows beyond a shadow of a doubt that protective parents and their children are being punished by this patriarchal system for daring to break free of violence and abuse. The system as it is, keeps the protective parent enslaved through the use of children. The only professional to see past the façade is the lady trained in domestic abuse.

In the media it speaks of all the agencies rallying around to help victims of domestic abuse, but 6 weeks down the line and the only agency in sight is an independent domestic violence agency.

Clearly it is a trap to ensnare the protective parents and their children.55% of domestic abuse victims looses their children to forced adoption in the UK.This shows that protective parents and children are being punished for doing the right thing in trying to free themselves from abuse and violence.

The professionals need proper training so they can understand all the dynamics involved in domestic abuse. The professionals need to learn from the survivors. However, most professionals believe themselves to know it all and feel that to speak to survivors is somehow lowering themselves. The truth on domestic abuse is rarely to be found in books. It is to be found though in talking to those who have lived through the abuse and survived.

The next time some professional reprimands a victim of domestic abuse for not coming forward sooner, hopefully, you the reader will have a better understanding of why.

For  an Independent MP you are hard to get hold off to discuss this serious matter of contact centres for children in your are .Now then will  be so kind as to look at what is behind the scandal of the Children’s Prisons in Luton?

I requested information from Kelvin Hopkins and I have not heard anything back yet ,I have been waiting years ,how much do taxpayers contribute to abusing children’s basic human rights to enjoy their time spent with a parent ordered to visit a contact centre.

Are these Coram Contact centres , are they linked to Cafcass and are the solicitors Coram or The Judges Coram ,I want to know as it was in bold letters written all over Machins paperwork Coram = Conflict of Interest , studying attachment in children or stealing them to order for forced adoption………

If you to,are like me now , a non- resident parent with no contact at all, and no rights even though you still have PR you will be finding out how useless this  Parental Responsibility  really is ,and  also how utterly  useless the Local Authority can really be in situations when they need to step in and address putting right their past mistakes.

Contrary to the reports about me being an “unsuitable  option” shall we say,as a  parent for my son  it was also reported I am  only interested in my own needs ! I have invested a lot of time studying many  other cases post court ,however  none of the cases are similar to ours.In that  the children are not diagnosed with leukaemia  they are healthy .

Moving on now I am however concerned with these facts concerning closed adoption scandals there is no medical date going over with the child. What happens if they get leukeamia?

I am the only on all accounts the only mother to speak out frankly about losing a child with cancer who has survived but is still missing post UK secret courts. When the case was live on Fassit years ago  I could not see no other case like it at all in the UK .I have seen a YT video on CNN Michelle Lafantasie the case of a boy in the Canada he was removed by the hospital staff , over zealous  snatched the boy ,but I have yet to hear about a similar case here in the UK  I was aware of children being removed in hospital when staying in Addenbrookes and I accept that some families can not cope however there was no need to do what they done to us concerning contact .

The professionals looking at this case ,can all see the conflict of interest for the expert  Dr Claire Sturge , this now looks like it has been an  experiment  of some kind ,with forcing a seriously ill child into  placement with a virtual stranger  what a case study just waiting for this to happen.

My child at times was not willing to go to contact  before he had cancer so when he said no to seeing his dad in hospital it was dealt with as implacable hostility ,and he was certainly not willing to go live with dad later on when the courts made their final decision .

To make matters more complex than they already were ,and to make sure that they could add as much stress of it all of this case when it was live  I was also set up for a lighter label of   MSBP ,added to this the false allegation of  neglect, and finally wait for it ,emotional harm too.

It was never considered at all by these experts how contact would be dealt with later on ,they simply focused on getting rid of 1 parent  which happened to be me ,so that the other parent can have ” a relationship”. I would not envy my ex-partner in having to take on this role at all. My ex-partner was used as well if he would only own up to it and for once he deserved to be used so for this I will thank the courts he deserved to be dealt with and made to be a full time parent with all the responsibilities that go with it that he could not be ordinarily bothered with before his son got leukaemia.

As for anything else which Dr Sturge has plans for in the future .I will refuse to take part in any other study either  now or in the future  concerning attachment  and you can include ever working with social services again.In 1 of her reports for court  I read she wrote : again she will have problems when she gets him back again.This indicates she was talking from experience and she has done this before to other mothers……..

This is my son Dr Joan Claire Sturge is talking about. Maybe her interests are in causing problems or rather creating problems that are simply not there at all.

So the experience has left me wondering how other families who have also been set up are going to find Information which could potentially save their  children’s lives in the future,” if these children  are adopted.or   become critically ill in the future and stuck in care having lost all contact with their birth families. thes children have been sold out .Some are said to be lost the paperwork has gone missing .

The task is very difficult with the prime example here which should chill you to the core as we say this  paperwork” a file which should be kept on record until the child is 18 years old.

Coming back to the communication with schools .What is very clear, is this ,the schools are anything  but “willing” from now on to share a “true picture of   exactly what is wrong or what is happening to your lost child with no contact ”

.The schools are NOT willing to share ALL the facts or tell it like it is . So god knows what you will be getting back in the future,that is  if you get your child back .That is if, and a big IF  they do not end up on drugs or drink homeless on the streets . Just how many people in care end up being homeless ,thinking they are not wanted or cared for?

What percentage of homeless people are out of care and who can blame them after living a social services and a closed court lie for the majority for most of their childhood thinking it is not in there best interests to contact their birth family.

This is where we are 5 years down the line now, after experts like Glaser & Stuge suggest well dressed children are in need of protection against emotional harm . I have every right to be concerned about my child as other mothers like me we are watching what happens next to our children .I am getting a much better picture on You Tube than the Local Authority are giving me .

In fact I have just rang them up and shared the links and told them we are now discussing this on Facebook with main stream parents how the Social Care is not working in the Child’s Best Interests. These experts need to go on You Tube an protect the interest of these children.

This is what I found today on facebook : I try to be honest if you are to me i respect you if you do so to me,i will be nice to you.I won’t treat you wrong i’ll treat you the way you wanna be treated,thats all.

These words were updated with a new photo on a Facebook account which is suppose to be my son C.The sad fact is that as an innocent child , little does he know that his legal guardian Dale Wood and his solicitor Patrick Perusko were not that honest with him just how long this would be for , when they told him he had to go an live with his father because his mother had a problem and she could not look after him.
These so called highly paid and highly trained individuals or professionals what ever you want to call it ,were not honest enough to protect his “interests “when their was dereliction of duty of care for him either after the placement and not before the placement.
These so called professionals are quick enough to run with evidence which is not based on fact or proper witness statements for court and it is only a closed court a Kangeroo court anyway. Just so as you now know this fact ,how long this would have to run on all in the Child’s Best Interest’s of course.
None of the information that was put before the court was not based on truth in an honest manner !.

The father was reported to say in a report penned by a social worker , “that C must never lie to him “is that a fact? How sad to say this to a child, when his father is the biggest liar of all .

So, for many children now left living the kangeroo court lie I feel your shame and your pain when you finally find out that you were mainly conceived on a lie originally ,and what is more important,is this for an adult your father to keep up the lie for all of your childhood until it is finally over.
If I was your father I would not want to explain the paperwork when you come to find out my side of what went on and why I will not allow the courts to use us as a family any longer to keep up the abnormality of being a looked after child.
For 2 clicks I am so tempted to add the pegs from a bundle of lies a foster carer said about inhalers in reports for court and post them here and then send you a message to your facebook account.
The courts feel it is best for you to live a lie,rather than upset all of those highly paid individuals who got paid a lot of taxpayers money ,so for now I will also wait until you are so sick of living other peoples lies ……….

I left a message  for them ,if anyone has added me on their website and stuck a paypal next to it do not donate to it please. The point I am making is this, the massive waste of money the courts have wasted over the many years  , not too mention the adoption agencies coining in money for a search for birth families all of this time  which is profiting adoption agencies . That is why I have got involved in a non profit campaign and dearly want to start  this global database which  will help adopted children this just has to work ,with no excuses for not signing up as it has to be free .

If I am not being barred out of the Family Court or being banned from Fassit or Wikivorce then I am being used by a website owner to use for making profit of my story of my son having cancer and being taken into anything but care and put at more risk  than he was ever said to be at risk of. I would detach from trying to make profit from this blog as it is very bad for business……. plus it is in piecemeal to a book “When will I Be Coming Home” so stay well away for fear of copy right infringement and do not use the photographs without my permission to do so first. The BBC News have got copies of a dvd when they interviewed me in Luton about the NHS Walkin Centre campaign and they could not use them then  due to the gag orders.

It is looking like  there is a massive gathering on the social networking sites discussing the loss of children to forced adoption and more cases of women losing custody of children  in the Family Courts to failure to protect these are mothers who are victims of domestic violence they are coming out now.

Even the families who are not like us yet ,are on the FB community & You Tube and as a whole ,seem to understand and  connect with  the overall struggle to survive the court process, as it is put in a simple context to understand,as part  of social services scandal and the complete corruption of solicitors is revealed  how binning your case from the start is pretty much the start of it all .

The Wiki Community are just not ready to discuss this, more like the director is not ready to expose the facts  ,or is willing, or able for this discussion to take place  in an honest way ,well not until the solicitors have got hold of their money and soft soaped them in the regular love in meet ups or piss ups. The concentration is on finding a new partner and nothing else ,there is very little in terms of practical help with stuff when stuff goes pear shaped and they bring in SS after malicious false allegations from a mentally ill STBX …..

I was warned by Ian Rispin to stop talking about women losing their children, as there were parents who were going through a divorce and would not be able to handle this . I tend to disagree with him .If somebody had of prepared me for court like I prepare parents now for court ,then they would have a lot more left to show for their lives post court final hearing,so I carried on regardless and blogged until he banned me off site. The site is paid for by legals so they will have to be obeyed as per ……

These following words below are not worth anything at all , I had a problem I am not an isolated case , I get deluged with calls from people and I have it from a good source your own ex-wife came looking for me after I was banned , she had information for me unfortunately I was far too busy dealing with urgent media cases high profile so  I told the person to tell her I am busy .

I was basically  told to clear off and work on FB and FB community have evolved so much that nobody is blocked not unless you have a real conviction for child abuse or are a terrorist on a mission.

I tell you where are we now : not daring to mention DV otherwise they take your children off you that is where we are today.If you left me on Wiki I could bring over a lot of women honest enough to tell you this is what happened to them lost the children to abusive men or to closed adoption.

Well as it is getting nearer to a New Year I have to now confess to being a blogger who sometimes more often than not sits in my night wear 05:30 am in the morning with a cup of T & toast and is clicking on a keyboard …..as if I do not start then I would not get time to blog at all what with the case and everything else that is going on  there is never enough hours in the day.

Besides,all the offices are now closed now with Social Services & Courts  it seemed pointless to continue working on the case so I had time out too. Thank you so much to the couple who have invited me out to Spain I will come out soon as I can. I am sure I will be departing post hospital appointment  and post court appearance is out of the way .

I do not know about you I spent Christmas  here on my own,which I have quiet got used to it now .It was  so peaceful and it was short lived with far too many phone calls on Boxing Day.I spent time out thinking about my family and my son who I have not spoken to for 3 years now.

I did not feel like company  either on Boxing Day or Shopping  I tried to get into the swing online and could not be bothered with this either . This is the way life has been  for  me for the last 5 years now living as a single woman and not a single parent.The fact is I have adapted well to the single life at 50 years old. I have got very single minded and selfish in my old age. Plus I am not going to be seen as a nutter arguing over contact in court. I lost end of . I just want to know if I can leave a genetic key for C .

I lost my parents many years ago when I was very young 17 years old my father died  then later  34 years old when my mother died I am an only child however I have a large extended family scattered throughout the UK so I am not without support or family at all.

So  this was the start of all our trips abroad &  travelling to different countries I have mostly been free from a commitment other than living life to the full.

It was never a serious attempt to avoid Christmas with relatives it just happened.And losing the major players like parents seems to have given me forgive me that  release to go on to  do anything at Christmas and with my life  .So I learned very well how to avoid the  other invites, I mean can you think of  a good enough reason for not wanting to be at home for Christmas?

The reminder was too painful so I planned a budget and started packing our suitcases well into advance of these awful months ahead . And if anything happened in the meantime I  also had a back up plan if this failed. All of this experience of being alone but , and bringing up children on my own financially,  has stood me in good stead I had no choice but to get on with life. So all the travelling & socializing has greatly  contributed to my survival post Family Courts .

Then the awkwardness of it all, when well meaning friends & family invite you simply because they feel sorry for you or want to fill in the void.

Thanks for all the offers, but it is sometimes better to stay at home if this is what you want to do.

Normally  when we were a family we would travel,just like most families.  I used to observe we were   not alone either as thousands of Brits fly out to Spain ,Cyprus and quickly we would blend in and have fun at the Gala Dinners.  Mostly we would fly out to the Canary Islands  and a typical day would start with having   breakfast and head for the beach.  I do not feel fit to fly out right now but that is still what I would have wanted for Christmas.

So as I now know loads of families online and have met up with some of  them in London  ,this year I extended a warm invitation to those families living apart from loved ones maybe some of us could think about a great escape and go and link up with other families abroad & in Ireland that we have got to know over the years.  A quick video went out on the spur of the moment ,as an open  invitation on Facebook to other families who are living extra ordinary lives living in exile from Social Services & Courts we are here for you just a call away if you need us.

I think others will agree with me now when I say this ,I see no justifiable  reason to marginalize families who have no criminal record for child abuse .The suffering is continuous until they are  find their lost loved ones. These families   have suffered enough by wrongfully removing their children. The more social workers and courts try to destroy these innocent families the more support will go in favour of these families online and in the community and  another fact is this is because Justice has not been seen to be done. Another fact is  this Social Services  would like to make sure families like us are not included in society also that many of these families are exposed to feeling depressed, and left isolated  as they are not in  a group which is considered inclusive  any more socially or worth any real value except to claim lots of funding from a public purse to destroy lives with perjury.

I would just like to add something to this, as a domestic violence victim I was to go on to lose custody of my child because of the attitude to a police forensic Psychiatrist called Dr Wilkins& social workers who said “they did not believe me “.

I shudder to think  what kind of  toolkit he used to assess these  facts, or if it was a case of my face did not fit he took and instant dislike to me when I walked in the room .I can tell you this Dr W never looked at the CRB check of the father, if he did he could have done a proper profile, instead of a complete attack upon my character.

My crime was saying that there were DV issues the root core for the relationship breaking down.My advice is this tread carefully when you say DV this is what we have been telling women for years stay or go talk or keep quiet you can not win in closed court. The reason you can not win is simple the guidelines that this lot here at the Domestic Violence conference with you guess it Dr Claire Sturge & Co …….

Do you ever wonder how these professionals collect the data ? where does it all come from? This man is writing a paper on DV what qualifies him to do this and why does he think he has a right to be avoiding serious issues of  avoiding facts women who have lost custody in closed court of their children to violent men.

Taken from a post Family Law Week Blog:It was a thought provoking day in Brentford. I seem to be doing a run of fact finding hearings and I greatly enjoyed the CPD seminar on the subject given last night by my colleague in Chambers, George Butler. The text of the seminar will be posted on the 4 Brick Court website soon. One of the matters which caused the Judge disappointment was the state of the so-called Scott schedules. It was a private law case with allegations of domestice violence. The documents which had been prepared by each party simply set out a list of allegations made by the Applicant in one table with a separate table prepared for the Respondent setting out the responses.

A Scott Schedule is so-called after a Mr Scott, a surveyor, who invented the tool for use in litigation. It is most often used in the Technology & Construction court. It has no set structure in civil litigation as it will depend on the case and the nature of the allegations as to what information will assist the court. This is what the Technology & Construction Court guidance says:

I am wondering what cowboys  they have coming  in using this toolkit? I say this simply because of the chaos caused to families in closed courts with the fact finding part of the court cases?

“This seriously needs to be checked out by police records & facts,and  not open to interpretation of some un -trained chimp working for social services” or at worst a Misogynist psych like Dr Wilkins who will write a report about Miss P and claim thousands of £££”s for his reports for court. Please check out the GMC website for details of his warning for writing reports on this women he had never met .

These social workers, what training do they have to say whether it is a problem of domestic violence  or not ,they are quick enough though to use DV and the Children Act 1989 when it suits quoting the failure to protect issue ?What tool kit is used then when it is dismissed for DV in another similar case?

The government recently brought into force the provisions of the Children & Adoption Act 2006 which includes the power to make contact activity directions including by sending violent fathers (or mothers) on perpetrators programmes. The provision is geographically patchy – supporting this new legislation and initiative would be one way of working towards reducing violence against women. If men can be helped to eliminate their violent or abusive behaviour they would not pose a risk to the mother of their children or subsequent partners, and the chances of their children repeating their patterns of behaviour would be reduced. Support for women is better but often clients I meed need psychological services not available on the NHS (or not available in a reasonable timeframe). If women can be helped through counselling or psychological services to become less vulnerable to abusive relationships, to make better partner choices they will be less likely to lurch from frying pan to refuge to fire. Not everyone is a candidate for change, but where it works it would be far more effecitve than putting a name on a register.

Here is what I have to say about the court experience& threat therapy  .

I was clearly not punished for becoming detached from my ex-partner in 1999 this was the appropriate thing to do to protect our son from emotional harm.Then later on in a public case in 2004- 2005, I was punished for not giving contact on a regular basis because he was not in the country or ill in 2004 the threshold was met for emotional harm!

Fact is his history or CRB check was completely wipe out! There was important to note no  behaviour modification therapy on record either. C was just fast tracked without a proper parent assessment being done. There  was never any mentioned of him undergoing Psych tests for assessments which I was required to do. Getting custody was made far too easy for him and other men like in Poppies case in the media recently.The other sibling a boy was given to the father, if it was not for this contact case the daughter would still be living with her parents.

I can also relate the can not meet the psychological service NHS at there is none there . The NHS can not pay for junk counselling for junk theories the tax payer can ill afford the thousands of ££’s fees of the experts for court. there is no end to this gravy train at all.

This is really coming together now as we have a lot of contacts and a lot of information how to warn women about giving evidence.These women make very poor witnesses for court and barristers know this too.

With the Clayton v Clayton  rule we compare the reports of 1 mothers case to that of another case.It is frightening reading the risks they are willing to take with children’s lives.The reports reveal confidential detailed accounts of assessments to  show the reports in which expert says it is fine for a child to live with a violent parent or abusive parent ……

The risks are all becoming all to real and parents can related to DV cases also twin tracking other innocent children who have different fathers to fast track adoption cases.

The recent case in the media is nothing new , just another naive mum thought she had a voice, or a right to be heard.  This mother fell but got up very quickly and fled the country to save her next child being stolen for adoption targets. The mother who also fell like many before her  into the category of being labelled bay an expert witness for being mentally unstable whilst her ex – got everything he wanted in terms of custody…… .

Thank you for all of your comments & well wishes for my sons birthday left on facebook yesterday, I find it very hard to sum up what I think of children’s charities and of social services , except to say this.Social Services or Children’s charities do not give a shit about children, not even children who have either had leukeamia or are in remission from leukeamia. The courts  have no respect for families either ,or offer any contact to those families.

I first heard this, from a policeman in Fitness First gym in Luton, I used to be a member there back in 2003 ,I was known to a lot of people in there and I asked this man what would happen to us at the start of the case as I was concerned  . I felt nothing when he said this to me, I feel nothing now, it kind of takes the life out of you when you have been fighting the system for this long term. and getting nowhere.

If I ever see his man  again, I  can now look him in the eye, and say we know what he meant when he said those few words . Which leads me onto  what do kind of problems do these children face, as either children, or adults coming out of the care system? These survivors must know how it really feels, and again it would not take many words to sum this experience up either.

This also caught my eye today: what the treatment does to children My son had 3 years of treatment . The doctors said 1 drug  can cause heart trouble. Another BBC article said “that  a lot of this treatment was done to save lives otherwise children would have died.So admittedly they do not know how to treat children ,how much treatment to give,they were just  trying to save their lives.This is it, basically trial & error. The Ethic Safety Report UK2003 ALL I pulled from the database at John Radcliff  University read: 1 child was overdosed with 800mgs instead of 200mgs of Methotrexate and lots of other children were exhibiting ongoing side affects.

I have got to a stage now when I am thinking life is just 1 big trial …….
